Amazing food! Love the Warp Wrap! It is a big warm chunk of joy. The peach shake is great too. Love that I can get edamame with my meal. Staff are always great. Vegetarian options: All menu is vegetarian. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access with ramps, but no automated doors. Restrooms spacious.

I m from Houston, where there are restaurants with vegan options or gluten free options, but rarely is there a time when I can find someplace that accommodates all of my dietary restrictions. Until I took a trip to San Antonio! I was overjoyed to find a fast food vegan restaurant that also has gluten free, flavorful buns. I got a classic burger combo, which did not disappoint! My husband (who isn t vegan/no dietary restrictions) got the earth crunch wrap and the classic jr. Let me tell you, he did not miss the meat AT ALL. We were in San Antonio for 3 days, and I ate here 2 out of 3 of them. Can t wait to return again soon!

This was my first experience and eating at a earth Burger it was extremely expensive 1516 for a male then they didnt add the cheese that I ordered as well it was my tater tots cold the gentleman at the register was rude and acted as if I should know exactly what I want although Id never been there treated me like it was a task to serve me or help me as well was there a guy laying around on the benches inside the restaurant with his feet up Ikea is laying on the couch at his house, I just started trying to go vegetarian and I can say I probably will not return to this location of this Earth Burger...

We drove through and I was so excited being a vegan and it being my first time visiting but I was completely disappointed. First off burgers are all sold individually and fries and drinks separate or combo and the burgers are SMALL and to add expensive! We only got one burger and one combo and shared the fries and my chocolate shake which was melted and barely any chocolate in it. I also couldnt even tell what flavor it was because it must have been mixed and uncleaned before somewhat mixing it and tasted like coconut which probably the base? and peanut butter and a little but of chocolate. Then we got a kids meal also expensive for two small tenders and fries! We spent about 40.00 for not all full meals and that is ridiculous. One thing that puts off people that try to eat vegan are the small portions, high prices, and to top it off the service was RUDE! The lady at the window never smiled and when I asked for ketchup she said to look in my bag and couldnt even say have a nice day or thank you. I have been to plenty vegan spots that are much better and this is the WORST just stay away and save your money!! Vegetarian options: VEGAN

Disappointed that I went an hour and a half before closing and the wanted to order ice cream cone. She started to take my order then could hear her being told not to serve then she laughed and said sorry that it wasn t working. I ve worked places where you have to clean a machine like that. It doesn t take that long to clean definitely could have waited later to clean the machine. Super disappointed because really just went there for that. Normally I not one to talk bad about a place that is trying to serve the vegan community but that service was awful.

This is my second time eating here & I love the healthy vegan food here! I used the BoGO coupon for June 12th-July12th. We enjoyed my classic burger w/ vegan cheese(no lactose), plant based Korean beef crunch wrap, tater tots, fries, vegan Oreo cookie shake (no lactose), and BBQ Shiitake Mushroom sandwich w/Gluten free bun was delicious! If my shoes weren t sticking to the floor(I could clearly see & feel that the floor needed to be mopped) & if the tables were clean I would ve given 5 stars. However, a staff member did clean my table per my request .

Weve been coming here for years but the last few times have been the nail in the coffin. Service has always been slow but this most recent time we literally waited 30min in line to pay 20$ for 2 small salads that were both completely incorrectly made (like just plainly the wrong ingredients) and pretty terrible tasting. Unfortunately the item on the top was correct so we didnt find out till we opened them up at home. Sad, cause I used to recommend this place to people

Came here with my boyfriend pretty late, about 10 minutes before 10pm. They asked if we wanted it for here or to go? then gave us the food in a to-go bag (with a look, I might add) after we said for here. According to a different employee, the dining room is closed at 10pm, but the restaurant closes at midnight. I figured, as someone who works in food service, that if the store isnt closed yet, its not a big deal if some people eat quickly and leave. We ate outside. The food was alright, got two burgers and a shake. After a whole burger, though, the taste can get tiring. Fries were pretty good.

Thank you, Earth Burger, for providing fast food for vegans! Ive lived in a few cities since Ive been vegan, and nothing compares to the convenience of pulling up in the drive-thru for a meal. The chickn nuggets are crispy, the sauces are all amazing, the tater tots are fresh, and the customer service is great! To not have to order a burger and drive home to add vegan mayo is priceless!

I would absolutely love it if one of my orders could be entirely right. if I am not missing an add on that I paid for, I am missing a drink, or the order is a sloppy mess. When they do not miss most of the order, and they cook their quinoa burger correctly, it is one of the most delicious burgers that I have ever eaten, but more often than not my order is wrong. I have given them so many chances, but tonight was the last straw. They may be better in person, but they are an absolute mess if you order using UberEats. This restaurant is nostalgic for me, because I would always go eat here with my friends when I was younger after a movie! If this is what they have become, I now understand why the other Earth Burger that was in San Antonio closed down.

My review is aimed at people who have stayed away because of the vegetarian/vegan label. I never thought in my 3 decades of life that I would even try someplace that served only vegetarian/vegan items, but Im honestly glad we tried it on a whim. I would implore anyone to give it a try at least once. Its not going to trick you into thinking its real meat, but they have a unique flavor that is completely different. Weve tried their fish-less sandwich, quinoa burger, warp wrap, the junior burger and edamame and have enjoyed it all! Parking: The building has parking as well as plenty of other places to park in the shopping center.

Corbin took our order and he was AWESOME!!! My partner wanted to know if the Ranchero was good. Corbin said it was his favorite, described the Ranchero sauce flavor to us in great deatail then promtly offed us a sample. SO DELICIOUS! No wonder its his favorite!! We ordered several items. The Ranchero, The chicken Cesar Wrap, Chicken Strips and The Warp Wrap with fountain drinks and fries. We love Earth Burger. The staff is always so kind and acomodating. Wish this place was around when I was vegetarian 15 years ago, but sometimes I still get a craving for a no meat meal, and Earth Burger hits the spot. My go to is the Ranchero burger, with their always crispy on the outside crinkle fries and Peach On Earth flavored tea. If you got a sweet tooth get an oreo shake- it does taste very coconut-ty because its dairy free, but still yummy. The loaded Tater Fries are delish too .

Great food, but overpriced. And seeing the owners or whoever driving around in the giant Earth Burger pickup truck is kind of a turn off. Half the point of veganism is to help the climate. And I didnt like the ordering scheme, talking to a remote restaurant worker on webcam is just awkward to me. If I have to order electronically Id rather just punch in my order from a touch screen like at Panera or Shake Shack. Also one time my order was ready and I had no idea they just quietly put the completed food on a rack near the counter so I was sitting there waiting forever not realizing my food was done. Im really sad Project Pollo went away because I think some healthy competition in the vegan sector would be good for Earth Burger. Update: Staff ignored me and made me wait 20 minutes for a small order. I will be taking my business to the nacagdoches location. Orginal review: This restaurant is 100% vegan. Period. No animal products, no mayo, no worries. The food always comes quickly and drive thru is key. The desserts are all vegan coconut based. The vegan cheese here is follow your heart. The #1 Earth Burger is the most popular item and is the best vegan burger. This is beyond meat patties. I take meat eater friends here and they say it tastes just like a regular burger. The chikn is one of the better vegan chickens I have had as well. Best vegan shakes including Oreo. Desserts are bomb.

One of the best veggie burgers in the city! By far, I recommend the fries >> tots and burger >> chicken. The tots and chicken sandwich aren t bad, they are just not as good as the fries and burgers. This is my first time at Earth Burger and it was pretty good. The shake is not bad, the burger is pretty good for being vegan and the fries are fries, nothing really special. The food was good, but as a non-vegan, I don t know if I can be a regular customer; not because it s plant based, but because of the price. I can get non-vegan meals for cheaper at Whataburger, Chik-Fil-A, etc. So until vegan food costs less, I m going to go eat non-vegan options. I still recommend this place. Our whole experience with them was 10/10. The staff was great and friendly. The signature earth burger was so good, definitely recommend. The loaded tater fries were also delicious, the fried pickled onions really set the taste. Their lemonade/limeade was fresh and a great drink to have with your meal. I wanted to try something different so I tried EARTH BURGER. Like most people when trying out a new restaurant, I asked the cashier what would he recommend. He immediately said that the Ranchero burger was the best. So I ordered it and I ordered the combo and payed extras for the loaded fries with the special sauce. I sat down and waited on my order to be prepared. My order came to my table and I opened it up immediately was thrown off by the salad bacon bits on my loaded fries. But I wanted to stay positive so I tried it out. It was a weird combination with the sauce. When I took a bite of the burger I wasn t too impressed. Just a typical vegan burger nothing amazing about it to come back again and spend &20 for a combo. Something needs to be added our taken away. Just can t put my finger on it. I think vegan food has ran its course with me and this EARTH BURGER was the straw that broke the camel s back. Now my head is spinning because I think the the patties are full of sodium.

I am a big fan and want to support Earth Burger for its vegan food. I am a regular customer but I have to give it 1-star for its very rude staff!!! They need to be taught lessons on how to speak politely and professionally to parents who are trying to handle 2 kids. I did not leave any mess and I cleaned up the table, bench, chair, and floor after my wife and kids. They could have told us anything politely with professional words such as: Please try to keep the children away from... or Please refrain from .... Instead they were very rude and lack professionalism and have no etiquette in dealing with parents.

We were traveling through San Antonio. One staff was terribly rude yesterday night around 10:30 pm on Friday, December 22, 2023. We paid around $35 to dine in. One staff needs to be taught how to speak professionally while being polite to customers. I could not find the baby diaper station in the restroom so I changed my baby s diaper on the bench (they were not poopy) very quickly and there was no poop and no mess. Also, my husband wiped and cleaned up after us. My husband wiped and cleaned the bench, chair, table, and floor. In my rush, I did not find a diaper changing station in bathroom. I apologize for any inconvenience. The one staff who was rude and had no speaking manners or etiquette could have told us politely. The staff that was rude needs to be taught a lesson in professional etiquette and needs to be taught how to speak politely to customers or it would be better to put up signs for parents.

I am gluten free(highly sensitive) and dairy free and Earth Burger was the only option in my area as it was after 9 when we decided to get food. While I m not vegan, everything still tasted on par. I got a burger with a gluten free bun, edamame beans, and a chocolate shake. I was nervous about the shake because the worker present wasn t sure what the ingredients were, but explained to me it was some sort of soy cream and a chocolate syrup. They do not use the coconut cream recipe anymore that other reviews talked about. I took the risk after reading the chocolate syrup ingredients and I was fine. I think my stomach was confused by the vegan meat but it tasted amazing and the texture was good. I had no allergy reaction symptoms. The fries are NOT celiac safe as they are in the same fryer as battered items. I don t know how safe the beans were either, I was kinda nervous to tear into them. They looked as thought they were cooked on the grill with everything else. I probably wouldn t trust the location to be 100% celiac safe. I probably got lucky. Safer to stick with the restaurants that are knowledgeable about allergies. Oh and it was 20$ for just the burger beans and shake.

First time I went the drive thru wait was over 10 minutes so I had to leave. Next time I tried on a Sunday and only 1 car ahead of me so I was excited! Waited about 7 minutes for that car to pull ahead which is pretty bad. Undeterred, I waited it out and got to the speaker!! Annnnnd: CRICKETS!! I waited 4 minutes exactly before calling out to someone to acknowledge me. A friendly enough voice comes over the speaker. I order the signature burger and loaded tot/fries. Order was $23. Just a burger and fries. Was told to pull around to the front and wait. Waited another 11 minutes for the food which came out as I was about to come inside and ask for a refund. Burger was burned on one side but still edible. It was actually really good despite the burnt parts. The loaded tot/fries were acceptable. I should have asked for extra sauce like other reviews said. All in all I would try it again just not that location. They seemed to have some internal/equipment issues. I wanted so bad to like this place but the wait and the burned sandwich annoyed me.

cute place I love it here I was sad when they discontinued my burger patty and got a new one as it tasted horrible. I told myself this was it I hate the original patty found what worked for me here and loved it only to have it pulled of the menu cures you. then I went back to my ok ill get chicken they do tend to pull things off the menu that I like but the service is always good the price is fair and if you keep trying you will find an option that works for you as everyone has different tastes I hate the burgers here thats my taste I would rather go hungry but the chicken I can get down with is it the best no but its fine for meatless Monday. STOP being closed on Saturdays

At Park North drive thru I asked what menu items were gluten-free & they provided the GF menu options; however, still managed to mess up the order and not use a GF bun, which I had called back to confirm because after leaving drive-thru, my red flag alarms were pinging me to dbl check. Had to go back to have order fixed and also asked if the fries were in fact GF, as the drive thru worker had stated when we ordered, but were corrected that no the fries were in fact Not GF. Thankfully my daughter did not eat the food!! Your people MUST be competent on how to ensure food allergens and intolerances are correctly communicated, handled, & served to customers.

A vegetarian restaurant surprised me with its flavor and variety of dishes. The staff is also extremely friendly and the opening hours are also suitable for those who get off work late and want to find vegetarian food to eat.

Nice burger and fast food spot. My favorite is the fish sandwich, tastes like my memory of fish filet burger from McDonald s. They also have really nice crinkle fries, and a selection of sauces. We really liked their seasonal menu option of crispy orange tofu!

I come here religiously for the last 3 years since it opened, might be longer! I ve always had great experience here with service. The food depends on a persons palette. I have favorites and tried many new ones. I m impressed how well they care to change it up every now and then. Enjoy the seasonal shakes too! It s festive. Definitely recommend especially since they have gluten free and their protein bowl! their packaging is compostable too. Love that! I ll keep landing here each time I get!

Wow! Delicious vegetarian burger. The burger was huge, my husband, who is not vegetarian, happily finished mine. The fries were sooooo good. Very friendly service. My husband and I were impressed. Whenever we are in the area, we do plan to come back.

I got the ranchero burger with crinkle cut fries and lemonade. It was so delicious, it had me questioning if it was even vegan. Would definitely come here again before I leave San Antonio! Very slow in drive-through but my 1st visit was good ..Fries awesome peach and strawberry shake good.Buffalo chicken wrap not bad.The not chicken was better than most chicken nuggets.Pablano ranch thick tasty on fries..Ill try again and I thought I would not recommend trying...

Earth burger is not just for people that are vegetarian- the food is so good. The fries are the absolute best. I also stand firmly on my Buffalo chicken wrap. I always get it when Im in the vicinity and if Im heading to the airport during business hours I try to get a wrap to eat while I wait on my plane. Love this place

The earth burger itself was disappointing...everything in it was super, super salty and the veggie patty was not only burnt but tasted like the packaged veggie burgers from the grocery store (not good, does not taste like real food)...the crinkly fries were good but overpriced. I did quite enjoy the agave cream soda. I will not be going back.

Last visit was (March 2019). Though I have no photos because I wasnt thinking at the time I have to say earth burger is by far the he Best (and only, lol) establishment to serve kale ginger lemonade hands down! Im not interested in trying any other in the world. Im very happy and pleased with the outcome of my consumption of earth burger serving me kale lemonade. Absolutely amazing and the vegan burger was top notch I felt so good after eating it I was full of energy I was not locked down it did exactly what they supposed to do for nourishment purposes Earth Burger truly understands the assignment of just because its fast food doesnt mean it has to be unhealthy food. Love it!

Love this place. Haven t been at this location for a good bit because someone told it closed; thankfully it didn t. Every time I come to this location service is extremely friendly but when I request the pickles be on the side they manage to leave pickles on the burger and place the fried onions on the side. every single time. I ate here for the first time three weeks ago and it was outstanding! I did NOT expect to enjoy it that much. Even my wife (not a vegan) was surprised at the taste. Today (7-26-23) was the first opportunity I had to make sure it wasnt a fluke... NOPE, still awesome food and service! If there was an Earth Burger near my home, Id be there regularly! The girl at the register repeated my order back to me and still did it wrong on the receipt. She also repeated that it was to go and they still did not pack it to go. Honestly, I wanted to see what the hype was about and they did not disappoint. Although the macros in the Chick n sandwich is comparable to that of a Chik Fil A, the flavor of the Chik n sand which is quite unique. It doesn t taste like chicken but it doesn t taste bad. As someone with a dairy allergy, I appreciate a place that has dairy free options and a drive thru. However, $8+ for an Oreo shake is a little excessive. I wish they used oat milk instead of coconut because its all I tasted. The Signature Burger was pretty decent, but its frustrating when they try to charge you 50¢ for an extra sauce and youre already paying $14 for the burger. Not to mention they ask for tips when they hand you the credit card reader when you pay. imo not worth $22 per person.
