I do not recommend the Law Offices of Ruby Garcia and I especially do not recommend Ruby as a lawyer. She is dishonest and backs down on her word. Ruby would rather get sued than do the right thing and that says a lot about a person and even more about a so called lawyer. So think twice about hiring this lady.
