Hired Ms.preimeyer, to have my siblings sign a release so I could pick up my mothers ashes from the funeral home. She asked for a 2500.00 retainer, and i accidentally paid 2587.00. Ms. Priesmeyer-Masinter mentioned her hourly rate was 350. Ms. Priesmeyer-Masinter stated she probably wouldnt need the full 2587.00, no agreement was initiated between us until three days later and she had been paid in full by then. Ms.Priesmeyer-Masinter stated if she did not have to get court orders all of the money that was not used would be returned to me. No court order needed. Both of my siblings agreed for me to pick up my mothers ashes from the funeral home. My phone conversations with Ms. Priesmeyer-Masinter was a total of 33 minutes there were a total of 16, extremely short emails. Time required for those emails approximately 30 mins. Now we have one hour and three minutes in. I requested Ms. Priesmeyer-Masinter for a partial refund, she laughed and said uh no. I was surprised of her reaction. I never met her in person, I live in Katy Texas and she is located in San Antonio. I had to hire an attorney in San Antonio, that is where my mother resided and funeral home was located. I would not mind paying Ms. Priesmeyer-Masinter 1500, for her time. Two Thousand five hundred and Eighty Seven Dollars is just to much for the effort she put in. I am still waiting on an itemized statement showing what my money was applied too. Ms. Priesmeyer-Masinter has yet to provide that. If you choose to hire Ms. Priesmeyer-Masinter meet her in person get it in black and white before giving her a dime.. karma has a place for dishonest attorneys.

Margaret was such an incredible blessing to me and my incredible case of an inheritance my mother-in-law left my deceased wife. This case involved 4 other in-laws that had their issues in arguing the will that was legally left by my mother-in-law. I myself had some back taxes I was responsible for. This was truly a hard case to work with. Which also included selling a property left behind by my mother in-law. Margaret was able to sort through all the legal situations that came across from all angles. I had no idea what I was up against. Margaret held me up, answered all my confusing questions and I never felt alone. I never lost my faith or trust in Margaret. She brought in an incredible and awesome realtor Miss Connet who went above and beyond to work with the title company to insure we would get the best value for that property that was sold. The Most Incompetent Lawyer Ive ever dealt with. In dealing with Probate Issues she iz the LAST person you ever want to contact.! Never will return a call, Procrastination in handling cases, not very Informative, basically Worthless when it comes to handling Probate cases. Everything is done on a Once we get it done basis. Never ahead Always behind. Last minute details...Worthless & useless to Hire her Services.

We consulted with Margaret in March 2019 to represent my sister for her divorce. From the moment we met Margaret, we knew we had the right person in our corner. Her knowledge and caring demeanor made a very ugly situation as painless as possible. During the entire process, Margaret kept us informed of what was going on and was readily available for any questions. She fought hard for my sister and the outcome was more than favorable. In October of 2020, following the death of my sisters son-in-law and unforeseen death of her daughter to Covid-19, we had to retain Margarets services to handle the adoption of my sisters grandson. Again, Margaret acted promptly and efficiently. There was never any hesitation on who should handle this very sensitive matter. Yesterday, not even 4 months later, we received the news that the order for adoption had been granted and signed by the judge! Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Margaret.

Very respectable and caring attorney. She answered my first call attempt from her cell phone.....while on vacation! Unheard of!!!! I m so thankful for Margaret s attention regarding my elderly mothers situation. She stayed in constant communication and provided legal knowledge. I cannot give enough praise to Margaret. I had hired another attorney in the beginning who was basically going to railroad me. She took a large amount of money and was going to do the least amount of work she could get away with. When I fired that attorney and hired Margaret I was pleasantly surprised to find someone who was willing to back me up and go to bat for me. Went to this location and some Lady just kinda yelled at me through the door asking me what do I want. I started to explain and she just yelled that she charges $150 for a one hour consiltation amd asles if i want a card. I said no. Who wants a cars for someone that doesnt even have their office available to go into a lobby?

She was amazing!!!! Going through a crappy divorce with a military ex husband. She always returned calls and helped me understand the process, so it was easier to make decisions. She did not let my ex or his attorney bully me. If I ever need anything with family matters, I will definitely be contacting her again.
