From my sons birthday party 10 years ago to my daughters birthday party this weekend, wacky kidz does NOT disappoint. They made everything so easy and were amazing hosts which allowed me to spend more time with my family and kiddos. The awesome thing about this place is that there is something for EVERYONE to do! From toddlers to adults! The older kiddos loved the video games, the teens and adults loved the pool table, air hockey tables and playing basketball , while the little ones LOVED the bounce house and soft play area. Since my son s party here all those years ago they have definitely expanded space wise, making it even better. In addition to the above, I cannot stress enough how well kept and clean they are! Not only did they impress me. But My guest had nothing but wonderful things to say about them as well. Until next time, we love yall wacky kidz !

Hosted my son s 8th party here and our party hosts were amazing!! The venue was so clean and we had the whole place to ourselves, everyone loved that there was something for ALL ages. They were in communication with me weeks leading up to the party for any questions I had and they helped set up & our host really helped make this party incredible! All of our guests were impressed and had a great time! This venue is highly recommended to my family & friends! Thank you guys again for being so kind and helpful

We had our son s birthday party here in July on a Sunday and it was the best experience to date. Not only did our son have a great time, but all adults and kids that came had a blast. I recently celebrated a family event at Wacky Kidz.. this is a private room, and it was a fantastic experience. The ambiance was elevated by excellent music, creating the perfect atmosphere. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, making it feel special. The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting with taking memorable photos and distributing cake and food. They managed everything seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the moment. Their dedication extended to organizing and putting away decorations, which was a huge relief. The employees friendliness and efficiency were truly commendable. Overall, it was an unforgettable celebration, thanks to the beautiful setting and exceptional service.

SO HAPPY! Overall, our experience yesterday, 5/4/24, at Wacky Kidz exceeded our expectations. The combination of excellent service, engaging ambiance and top-notch amenities made it such a memorable birthday for our daughter and her friends. I wasnt sure what to expect since I have always had parties at our home. Had I known it would be this well organized and fun, I would have booked this place sooner. The owner was patient and clear when explaining their policies and procedures. I was anxious free; I booked immediately and was excited for the party. When our guests arrived we were greeted with super friendly staff; that was one of my favorite parts. And to have the actual owner be on sight made me feel confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a fun and hassle-free party experience! My whole family and all of my daughters friends are still talking about it. Such a cool place!

Edit: I am baffled by their repeated response to the reviews of the people who witnesses this event. As I parent that was thinking of booking this place I started looking at more reviews and realized that what this family had to endure that day apparently has happened in similar versions to other people. The rudeness from the lady, the change in policy just because, lack of help, communication, greediness, threatening behavior, and response for her assumption that someone was not going to pay comes up in various reviews from various dates. I will attach the picture of those reviews too, but go take a look for yourself. It is sad to see no regard for the damage inflicted, no apology, nor taking responsibility of her unprofessional way of handling of the situation. The reviews she is getting are due to her display of actions in-front of so many guest to see. All are unfortunately true. Original review: I was excited to attend a friend s birthday party at Wacky Kidz as I was considering booking for my own child, but after what I wittinesses at that birthday party it is a hard NO! I arrived at the birthday party and was not greeted, but harshly stopped to sign a waiver. Later on I overheard the lady talking down to my friend about a misunderstanding over guest count. The woman who I heard said was the owner, was hostile and threatening, even mentioning law enforcement to the mom in front of her guests. We were all shocked by her complete disregard for customer service, compassion, kindness, but most of all professionalism and taking care of the reputation of her business. A mom gets to witness their babies birthday s once a year and this lady ruined that joy for her. It was heartbreaking to see the lack of common sense for the lady/owner to handle this matter privately or even after the party, not in front of guest. After further overhearing the conversation, this owner was demanding an increased additional payment that I heard was not stipulated anywhere in her policy . I heard the family trying to reason with this lady saying they would pay the amount stipulated on the policy, but not the increased price she was demanding out of the blue. I felt sorry for them as she just continued to scream at them and threaten to call 911, when all they were trying to do was pay the correct amount. Later on a man who came off aggressive at first saying he was a retired detective added to the tension. Eventually he was the one to come to reason and understand what the family was trying to pay all along, and said they would accept the fee stipulated on the policy. Coming to show there was absolutely no need for her behavior throughout the party. As a parent, I expect a welcoming and joyful experience for kids. I would urge you to explore alternative options for your event - Wacky Kidz is not a venue I would recommend or wish to support.

Be careful when doing a party here, the main lady in the front desk will try to charge a rate higher than the one written down and agreed too in the policies. She will also try to charge the extra guest fee for the total number of guest and not just the extra guest. If you have any troubles, try talking with the male owner, he s a lot calmer. The lady in the front will simply yell at you and threaten to call the cops unless if you pay her personal rate, those are her exact words. Edit: The respond does not address any of the issues related to the over charging. The extra guests charge was never an issue, them not following their own policies or pricing was. Their claim of someone use expletives as far as I m aware is a complete fabrication.

I attended a childs birthday party at Wacky Kids as a GUEST, and I am compelled to share the experience we endured due to the staff s behavior. The management, A LADY, displayed an alarming level of rudeness and unprofessionalism from the outset, seeming to take issue with the number of guests despite having admitted them initially. The atmosphere quickly turned sour as she openly expressed their frustration and threatened to involve law enforcement over what seemed to be a misunderstanding or dispute about the guest count. Her approach was not only inappropriate but also extremely distressing for all present, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. At one point, the situation escalated when the lady demanded immediate EXTRA payment in a threatening manner, further mentioning police involvement, which was WHOLLY uncalled for and SHOCKING to witness. (She was VERY rude and NOT PREPROFESSIONAL and NOT COURTEOUS, she was rolling her eyes, threatening customers, raising her voice, telling people to never come back again , all while having the worst manners I have ever seen) Based on this experience, I strongly advise against booking this venue for any event. The lack of professionalism and hostile handling of simple issues turned a celebration into a tense ordeal. Wacky Kids has unfortunately left a very negative impression. I have come back and seen the response they are leaving to some of these reviews, and I m not surprised. I am SURE that if things were handled with care, professionalism and manners, the outcome would have been completely different.

I booked a birthday party for my kids at Wacky Kidz and it turned out to be the worst experience imaginable. The lady claiming to be the owner displayed shockingly poor customer service and lacked basic common sense. Upon arrival, she was glued to her phone, neglecting any assistance or cleanliness of the venue. Instead, she focused on making guests sign waivers, including parents of infants who clearly werent going to partake in any activities. This lack of attention to detail was just the beginning of the nightmare. As the party progressed, the owners rude behavior became increasingly apparent. She was hostile about guest counts, demanding extra payment $20 per person and even threatened to call 911 when I questioned her surprise price mid-party. She was the only person present at venue, no additional help no upkeep nothing. Please know that we paid the $800 up front before party. The lady was extremely disrespectful since we arrived. I told her numerous times she was making me feel extremely uncomfortable and to back of and we could discuss extra fees she wanted to charge after party not in front of guests. I told her we would pay never did I say we would not pay the extra costs incurred. She even cut the party 15min early. At the end we paid almost $450 but were harassed all party long! Her screaming and humiliating demeanor forced my family to leave, tarnishing what should have been a joyous celebration. Its clear that she prioritizes squeezing every penny out of customers over providing even a basic level of customer service. It was an extremely painful and humiliating experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid booking this venue at all costs. Zero assistance, zero regard for customer satisfaction. This was by far the worst experience Ive ever encountered. I am honestly in shock by the way she treated everyone at the party not only me (the host).

BEWARE! As a parent, the only thing we want when planning a birthday party for our children is for them to have a memorable, enjoyable experience! I was so heartbroken to see a family experience the total opposite at their childs birthday party we attended last week! I noticed the front desk lady was very unprofessional when she asked me to sign a waiver without even looking up from the cell phone in her hand. This was our first time here, and I was not sure how to get in the gate or what we needed to do. Immediately, I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. The place was so dark, loud, dirty, and unkept. There is ONE womens bathroom for a place that holds 80 people...so horrible! I could see that the mom was stressed trying to clean up and make sure her guests were taken care of. In all other party venues I have been to, the staff is there to take care of that! Suddenly, the lady from the desk came over and starting talking to the host about money and charges! She said it so loud in front of all of the parents humiliating the mom. She was so disrespectful and MEAN to the mom. I was in shock!! What kind of person does that! The home page of Wacky Kidz website IRONICALLY says cleanest and easiest party you will ever host... The entire time we were there, I saw nothing but the opposite! I feel so sorry for this family and their children who instead of having a fun, memorable birthday party that was supposed to be clean and easy, had to see their mom in tears due to unkept, dirty facility and most importantly, the way the staff treated her.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! We have had our grandsons birthday party there twice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for a party for your kids. The place was very clean and it had all the things you would need. Check their policies, some of them dont make sense and are kind of greedy. For example you dont get any prep time prior to the event, I asked why and she quoted that since covid they stopped doing that. Really Covid? But she did offer prep time for an extra charge, go figure. I gave them a 2-star review, the main reason was the horrible customer service the person coordinating your reservation and the one who received us at the event gave us. I have not seen such bad customer service in years. Horrible attitude, nasty responses, and simply zero empathy. The actual girl helping us during the party was really nice and kind, it was just the main person at the front and doing the reservations that was awful. I would not recommend this place at all.

We had a memorable experience at Wacky Kidz. My daughter had her birthday here and we found we had plenty of space for kids to run around of all ages. There was something for everyone. The customer service was amazing and the service provided during the party was extremely helpful. I was able to drop everything (e.g., table covers, forks, banner, etc. ) off a few days prior and they were able to set it all up for us the day of. We were even able to get a balloon garland set up. Super happy with the price and experience. Highly recommend.

We just had our childs birthday party at Wacky Kidz and we had a fantastic experience. The two assistants helped us setup all the decorations, setup and served the food (including cutting and serving the cake) and kept us on our timeline. I felt like I was able to enjoy the party instead of running around making sure everything ran smoothly! The bounce house was a huge hit for the young kids, the toddler area was heavily used by the little kids, and the adults all enjoyed the video games, basketball and shuffleboard. EVERYONE big and small had a blast with the air hockey. I highly recommend Wacky Kidz if you have a wide age range attending your party. The attends were friendly and a huge help from start to finish. We will be hosting our next party there as well. Thank yall so much!!

Cannot recommend this this place enough. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We ordered a balloon arch from them and left our decorations in a box (3 days before party) for them to set up. They did a great job and helped get stuff off the car. They helped keep the time in mind to make sure we got it all done in the 2.5 hours. There was stuff for everyone to do of all ages. Staff helped serve food and started cleaning up.

We went to a friends kids birthday party tonight. This place is fun for all ages. There are a variety of games for ages a preferences. The was an inflatable for the kids to release energy. There is also an area for video games which are free for the party guests. They have a specialized area for toddlers. Those kids or adults can shoot basketball on a rim thats lower than 10 ft. It has air hockey, pool table and shuffle board. There is an eating area with tables to eat and sit and talk.

This place is very nice. I love the personal space and I love that no it s not overwhelming because it s private party. Only the staff is always very nice. The owner is very nice. I ve met her a few times. I ve had several parties here already and I will continue to have my parties here since my kids do not like crowded places, so this works out perfectly for us. Somebody is always at the door watching so we do not have to worry about uninvited visitors coming in or having to watch our kids and making sure they re not running out. Thankfully we are able to enjoy ourselves like the kids, without having to worry about strangers around.

They will not allow you in to decorate before your scheduled time, so be prepared or adjust your start time on your invitations. They will help you decorate, though. This place is incredible for kids of all ages. My teens had a blast with air hockey, pool, video games, and basketball. My son wants his 16th party here. I left the place beyond happy and grateful! They literally had everything set up by the time I got there. They greet you outside with a cart to help you unpack. I never once had to worry about time management as they keep everything going as scheduled. The hostesses were so helpful and friendly. They cut and served the cake, handed out the party favors. Everything was so cleaned. Its been a few days since the party and guests are still talking about how much fun they had. They literally have something for all ages. Including pool table. This is an honest review from a mom who stresses over making sure their kid s birthday party is perfect because I know there are a lot of us out there! I was stressing over the fact that they don t allow you to come in a few minutes before the party (before your allotted time) to set up. We still got there like 10 minutes earlier and they had a cart outside where we were able to fit all our decorations, side dishes and cake. So I was happy that we didn t have to put everything on the sidewalk or wait for them to open the doors for us to unload the party stuff. Since our party was the first one in the morning, I think our hosts finished getting ready for us earlier and they let us in 5 minutes before our time. Bringing everything in was a breeze and the hosts got right to work helping us set everything up. I was stressed about 2.5 hours not being enough time for the kids to play, sing happy birthday and eat. It was plenty of time! I can see for older kids, maybe wanting the extra time they offer, but for my 3 year old and his friends, it was enough. Everyone had SO MUCH FUN, my son didn t want to leave (even though he was exhausted). The place is super safe for the little ones too and they have a lot of stuff to play with. My son played in every single area and I always felt he was safe. If you re stressing about any of these things, don t. The hosts are very helpful and everyone will love it (including the birthday boy/girl).

This is the second time we have booked with Wacky Kidz and let me tell you- they are AMAZING! It seems like they just get better, honestly. We had our daughters combined party on Friday and they did everything from set up, tear down, time manage, and make sure everyone had an amazing time. I m so grateful for the ease the birthday party dread. They are kind and truly care and it reflects greatly. It s a bit pricy, but if it s in your range it is completely worth it, I promise. We have been to many parties at this venue, my son loves the space. The reason why I am giving it one star is because they only give you 5 minutes to set up. Yes, 5 minutes prior to the start of your party. Our party starts at 10am and I was texted Please arrive 5 minutes early to unload all your birthday items. We open our doors right at party time 10am. When I asked to arrive 15 minutes early to allow us to set up like every other venue I have ever leased for parties, they responded with we have tightened up on our policy since COVID... you are welcome to buy extra time in the morning. Finally, their response to me saying I didnt want to be setting up as guests arrived, Please bring all table unwrapped all paper goods unwrapped. This place is at the top end of expensive for a 2hr party. Charging more just to be able to set up 15 minutes prior to guests arriving is ludicrous. I will never book with them again. Their poor excuse that their policy is COVID related makes no sense when they offer you the time if you pay.

Very sad outcome for us with this place. I was referred to this party place by a friend and without hesitation I booked and paid the deposit. Mind you all I had seen was the pictures online and After I booked, I then received the policy by email that states we are not able to reschedule and that deposit is non refundable. I probably would have given it some more thought if I knew the policy before hand. Well, I came down with the flu the Tuesday before the party which was scheduled for Friday so then my fiancé and son the birthday boy got sick as well. I immediately contacted the party venue and asked what can be done and I was told that unless someone scheduled for that same time and day that nothing can be done and I would loose everything I paid because she still needed to pay rent. Of course no one was going to book within 3 days. Although she was very responsive with me, Long story short it was either go and have the party full blown contagious or loose all my money because they did not work with us on rescheduling. Thinking of all our family and friends and not wanting anyone to get sick we didn t want to risk it. Very sad and upsetting outcome for us and my sons 2nd birthday was basically ruined as we spent all that money and didn t have the party. I was told to give her a call next year for a possible discount. After my experience I will definitely read policy s way before even booking anywhere. Something to think of if you plan on booking here.

This place is AMAZING!!!! The staff is great. The kids and adults loved it here. One of my guest has his own business and said we could do a team bonding here . The staff was fantastic. It is a family business and I believe they have a few other staff members but the lovely owners handled our party and was very hands on. I will say we had the last party of the day but it was completely worth it. I ve read through some of the other comments and I must say that was not my experience at all. One thing that is true is they do not let you in until you re reservation time .but that is told to you upfront so you can plan accordingly. For example our party was 7p-9:30p. They told me I couldn t come in until 7 because they take that time between parties to sanitize the whole building and all of the equipment, which is great. If you come 10-15mins before your time you re able to give them the supplies and they will start doing the table cloths for you while you wait or you can just wait until your time and do it yourself. I m not sure why you would have a problem with that. They also suggested that I make my invitations for like 7:15 to give myself time to do all of my finishing touches. I mean I didn t because I m fine decorating while the kids play. It s a perfect amount of space and I m so happy they only do one party at a time. That way you don t have to worry about someone walking off with your kiddos. They have things for literally all ages. I also noticed someone had an issue about the cost of her pizza I mean I get it but at the same time it s worth it to make sure your food isn t messed up. I ordered 10 pizzas through little Caesar s and every single pizza was horribly burnt. Even the pepperoni. If had went through them I m sure I wouldn t of had issues. They re are very upfront about their expectations and if you felt rushed to leave that s kind of on you because they tell you that there is another party following. If the party before you left so yours could start on time the party after you should be given the same respect. I ll definitely be back to book with them again.

We celebrated a 6th and 3rd birthday here. Everyone from the age of 1 to 73 had a great time. Kids were having so much fun we didnt hear one complaint. There were things for all ages including a pool table with sports on the TV for adults. They help you with set up and they handle ALL the clean up. The staff was very helpful and friendly! My only complaint is the 2.5 hrs flew by.

I had no idea this place existed until my kiddo got invited to a party here. I was honestly incredibly impressed. The venue is rented out for one group at a time, which means you dont have to worry about your little ones getting lost amongst several other groups- the only ones there are all apart of the same group. Theyve got a couple bounce houses; the arcade games dont cost tokens or anything, so your kiddo can play Subway Surfer as long as they want. Theres a video game area with current popular games available. Theres even an area for the younger kids to play, too. Plus theres a pool table, shuffleboard, and a TV in the adult section- so the adults in the group can have fun, too, while the kids run around.

His party theme was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Michelangelo appearing at his party made his night as the night of many others. We attended a birthday party there. It was fun. I enjoyed it because it was only our group. You rent the place only for your party. It gives it a personal feel and all the kids know each other. @ the party we had Raisen Canes. I believe your allowed to bring your own food and the staff will serve it. There is a Toddler section to enjoy. Also anpool table for the parents. Of course all the kids are around it wanting to play. There is also a moon bounce and indoor basketball court. The court is 8 feet high. It makes it fun for all to shoot. Good times.

Had my daughters Birthday Party there in September 2018 and it was alright. While we were waiting for guest to show up she didn t turn on the games until people showed up, I mean why not turn on the games for my Birthday girl we paid for our time to be there! Don t order pizza through her she makes a little money off that, bring your own food. I had called to ask about prices and I was told she charges a few bucks than they would. Towards the end the lady messed up the transaction for the cost of the pizza, forgot to add the tip so she had to cancel and charge again which it didn t go through but on my end it showed it did so she got upset when I said no it did! I had to call my bank to make sure it didn t and use my husband card it was just too crazy for her to act like I wasn t going to pay!! Overall the kids had fun but I wouldn t booked there again too pricey and the lady was rude towards the end!

This is our second time booking an event (bday party) at this place. Its wonderful each time, kids and adults can be entertained. Enough space for a privately booked location. Video games, arcade, pool table, air hockey tables and bounce house. The price is very reasonable. Better to book on a Wednesday. This would be a 5 star. If there wasnt the surprise $25 hookup fee to plug in any food related warmers... Aka Crock-Pot for cheese dip. Besides that. We enjoyed the staff and the place both times.
