Absolutely stunning venue!!! Don t think twice - just book it! We went for a wedding and couldn t have been happier with all parts of ceremony set up and seating, space for musicians, entries and exits, seating for meal, dance floor space perfect!

Forget about driving to the middle of nowhere to find a beautiful venue with mature trees and hilly landscape. Los Encinos is a lovely, peaceful venue that locates within city limit. Owner and staffs are really friendly and helpful. Their Wisteria flowers bloomed gorgeous last March. Highly recommend this venue for your event!

Best venue ever!! Very hidden and intimate, and best staff!! Bertha and her team made our dreams come true, they listened and executed on everything we wanted! September 16, 2023 will forever be our favorite day! 10/10 would recommend Bertha and her team at Los Encinos.

We got married early December at this venue, and soooo many things to love about it The women working here were so helpful to make our dream wedding come true, and it was the perfect size for what we wanted! I fell in LOVE with the lighted archway, and barely needed to buy decor becauae of how beautiful this place was. Highly recommend getting married here, you WILL be taken care of well

We were there for our nephews wedding. The facility is clean and well appointed. It is not in a crowded area so there is a lot of room outside and there is plenty of parking space. Overall, I give it a thumbs up and would rent it myself if I need to host an event.

We just had our April 22, 2022 wedding here at Los Encinos and it was a great experience! We booked the venue back in June of 2021. Some of our request were unusual and untraditional and they were able to make everything possible. Instead of a traditional dinner, we requested breakfast for dinner and even though it was something that isn t heard of much they still made it possible and did what they were able to do and it was a hit! From the first time we visited to our wedding day it was nothing but lovely. We had been to other venues before finding Los Encinos but the experience didn t compare to the one we had at Los Encinos, the other places were very pushy whereas Bertha and her team were very relaxed and wanted to do whatever they had to in order for us to be happy. While there were a couple of issues with communication via email for example I had to be the one to reach out when deadlines were coming up there was no penalty and they were very accommodating to any inconvenience that might have occurred. Overall our wedding day and experience was everything we wanted and more, during the event if we needed anything or wanted a table broken down to make more room for dancing they did not hesitate to help us out, same goes for set up, if I wanted something a different way, they were able and willing to do what was necessary

Bertha and her staff were absolutely amazing! We had a beautiful wedding! It was different because we had a 10:00 am start time which included a brunch reception. They were so accommodating, meeting with us several times and opening their doors for me at 6:00 AM. The brunch was exceptionally delicious! Everything was just perfect! Thank you Bertha and Los Encinos for giving us an incredible memory!!

I had my wedding this weekend at Los Encinos. All guests loved the venue, and the owner worked with us to have our ceremony outdoor despite the on and off rain. Denise was really helpful with the last minute changes and helped us to have our special day the way that we planned for.

My husband and I selected Los Encinos and it was breathtaking and beautiful. Bertha was super nice and helpful and was always available when we needed her. We had a small reception and ceremony with around 20 people during this Covid pandemic but it came out very intimate and the view outside and venue is just gorgeous !!!! Thank you Bertha :)

Place is very pretty but not equipped for a wedding. They had one toilet for the women and one for the men and the womens toilet was out of order and the women had to share the employees bathroom. Tables were so close together we couldnt push our chairs back to get out. We left early

Its almost impossible to not have a beautiful wedding given the venues outdoor ceremony area. Although everything went will the day of our wedding, dealing with Bertha, the owner, leading up to our special day was difficult & frustrating. She is very forgetful and at times is rude & unprofessional. Worst part is she will not remember your name or face for the life of her. The day before our wedding she was still asking us who we were, when our wedding was & this was after meeting with her on several occasions for months prior to our wedding day. She is a nice lady but definitely needs to retire or step down and let someone else better capable manage this venue.

Words cannot truly express the gratitude we have to Bertha and her staff at Los Encinos. We recently had my daughters wedding ceremony and reception at this beautiful facility. We were helped every step of the way and during the function, these folks took care of whatever needed to be taken care of. Facility was beautiful, grounds well cared for, food was great, and bartender was attentive to our guests. They are phenomenal!!!

We had our wedding July 16, and it was our dream wedding. The food was delicious, everyone complimented the food and how beautiful and fairy tail the venue looked. Bertha took care of EVERYTHING! I never had to stress or worry about much until weeks before the wedding. While dancing the night away and talking to friends Bertha gave me and my husband glasses of water right when we needed it. She is a very nice lady and I could not be happier with the outcome !

We had our wedding with Los Encinos Nov 4, 2012 and we are extremely happy with the entire experience. From the first day touring the venue with Bertha and her daughter until the big day, they were nothing short of amazing. We went w/ Los Encinos because of the beautiful reception area, the landscaping, but most of all: the catering and decorations were all taken care of for us. Even with us living out of state, my wife was able to contact Bertha as often as she needed and we never got the impression they were annoyed. The BYOB bar was excellent, the bartender was awesome. The rehearsal went well and Bertha was instrumental in helping us get organized (I guess she has some experience!). On wedding night, I saw Bertha sparingly (she was probably busy behind the scenes) and was a little nervous because I had not worked very much with her daughter. But she did a FANTASTIC job making sure everything was perfect for us. Everyone loved the place and the service provided by Los Encinos. I cant understand the negative reviews. I read them before dealing with Los Encinos, but must blame the bride and groom for lack of communication. Absolutely everything was worked out well in advance and there were no surprises from Los Encinos or us. They worked well with our vendors also, which was a huge plus! Greg and I were married at Los Encinos Hill Country Estate a week ago on June 2, 2012. We originally chose the venue because of the beautiful building and backyard, as well as the BYOB bar service. As we prepared for the wedding the past six months, we quickly realized what a great find wed made. Bertha and her daughter were wonderful about letting us tour the venue and ask questions as often as we needed to to work through our own wedding day details. It was extremely convenient to have one vendor to work with for tables, chairs, linens, candles, food, wait staff, bar service, etc. We made a few upgrades from her standard package and had several unusual requests on top of that, but Bertha was fine with each of them. Bertha was also very helpful during the rehearsal and the morning of to ensure everything went smoothly. The ceremony took place in the backyard. We planned for 237 guests, with 15 indoor tables and 9 outdoor. About 207 actually showed up. We have received numerous calls, emails and thank you notes from family and friends, all commenting on the beauty of the venue and the fabulous wedding. I was our wedding planner, the cakes were by Ultimate Cheesecake Company, the photographer was Philip Thomas Photography, flowers were by HEB Alon, and music was by Monte Vista Strings and First Choice DJs. We rented four portal coolers from Great Events Rental to balance the 92 degree weather and hired David Pitts to entertain the younger guests. Everything else was by Los Encinos. I am so happy with the way our wedding turned out. I highly recommend Los Encinos Hill Country Estate. I attribute prior negative reviews to poor communication or poor planning, which could ruin any event, regardless of venue.
