I would 100% recommend Melina to anyone who is starting a business. She help me set up my LLC quickly. She met with me to discuss my options and submitted the paperwork to the Secretary of State promptly. She answered all my questions and guided me to what I would need to do once the LLC was formed. She recently made sure I complied with paperwork for the Federal Government. Shes kind and smart, she know what shes doing and that give me peace of mind. I feel like shes looking out for my best interests.

Melina is a wonderful attorney. She helped me set up my LLC and answered any questions I had. When submitting my paperwork, she triple-checked with me that everything was correct before filing it off. She gave me her best advice and told me of any foreseeable risk and didnt push any extra services if she did not deem it necessary. She worked with me on having some things notarized and was able to do it virtually and last minute. She is hard-working and loves what she does. Recommend 100%.

I was very happy to have chosen to meet with Melina Rodriguez. She went out of her way to meet with me on a Saturday afternoon. I was there to just get a document notarized so it could be filed with the county clerk, which should have taken less than two minutes. While listening to her discuss things with a family member, I was totally blown away at Melina s knowledge. I ended up being there over an hour and she was happy to be there for me. I decided to pick her brain at some questions about a will for my wife and I. I already had interviewed SEVERAL other lawyers and thought I had made a decision, but Melina made it too easy for me to change my mind and hire her instead. She made such a difficult case that I have, finally make sense to me. She even touched bases on questions that I couldn t get clear answers about from other lawyers about my special needs grandchildren that I ve been worried about. What other lawyers had no clue how to answer, she had answers for every question I had and educated me throughout the process. I walked out with full confidence of EXACTLY what needs to happen to protect my large estate and how to included special provisions as well as some exclusions. Melina is AMAZING! I messaged her and got a quick reply, which took other lawyers days to do. I needed to do what I thought was a simply deed transfer for my home into my name from my dads. She looked into everything very throughly to protect me. Other lawyers were ready to have us sign documents, but Melina did her due diligence as a wonderful lawyer and realized that the the needed documentation was missing scanned in pages through the Bexar county records. If she wouldn t have looked into it, I would have not truly owned the home and would have had serious problems trying to sell it in the future. I truly thank her for bringing this to my attention. The most heartfelt part was that she told me this prior to even collecting my payment to be my lawyer. She really went out of her way and is truly a caring person. She didn t have to bring this my attention prior to collecting funds. She is wonderful and I will refer her to everyone who could possibly use her services. She will forever be my family attorney!!!! Very easy location to find, and I was greeted right away once I found her location. A very clean area in the waiting room which always helps the time pass. I was early to my appointment time and was able to be seen in 5 min. Miss Rodriguez was very professional throughout my entire experience with her even with all the questions and concerns I had over my case.
