Had the best experience EVER with Aldrich Law Firm! My sister passed away without a will in San Antonio, TX and I live in Virginia. A friend of a friend recommended Russell Aldrich and another firm. I chose Aldrich Law Firm and I was extremely happy I did so! They kept me up to date on everything through emails and phone calls. I was able to visit with a judge and my lawyer via Zoom while I was at school teaching. I highly recommend this law firm!!! If I ever need a lawyer in the state of TX I will gladly go back to them! I was referred to Mr. Aldrich by a family member when I was searching for a probate/estate attorney to discuss estate planning and questions about the process about how and what a Probate attorney does. I contacted Attorney Russel Aldrichs Law Firm for the purpose of finding a estate litigation attorney. I found him to be very informative. My case involved estate jurisdiction. The former POA lives in TX and my mom now lives in PA. Very courteous, polite and knowledgeable in dealing with POAs and clients with dementia.

I hired Russell to represent me in a contested probate matter for a relatively large estate. The issues in the case were complex, involving years of financial records, multiple corporate entities, and various causes of action, to include a breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit and a request to remove the executor of the estate. Russell was meticulous in his approach and remained in constant communication with me throughout the process. Russell was a huge help in assisting me take care of my late Mothers estate. He explained the entire process and kept me posted via phone call, email and text. We ended up doing Muniment of Title which was less expensive and got our needs meet. Russell was transparent and offered some pointers how to deal with out of state banks/insurance companies along with dealing with DMV for our vehicle needs. My first encounter with an estate situation. Although some reviews of Serena seem positive, my experience was all but that. Not once during the 10 minute conversation did she offer her condolences. Not until several minutes after speaking I told her I was looking for advice and she responded well you are getting advice. I chose to politely end the conversation and look elsewhere. That is unfortunate because reviews seemed positive.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Mr. Aldrich and his family. He provided my family and I compassion, comfort, encouragement and wisdom through our whole lawsuit to handle my fathers affairs after he passed. My experience with Russell was very unhelpful! I spoke with him about my grandmothers estate and everything I mentioned he act like he could be of no help and that was pretty disturbing to me cause when I spoke with Serena she was helpful and told me that if things did not go right with another attorney to call her but..I ended up that day with Russell!!!! I feel if you dont know what your doing when it comes to doing probate litigation then tell me dont act like I dont have a case!Then I told him to have Serena call me back and she never did but what they did do when Serena talked to my sister was tell her it would take 40 thousand dollars to litigate our simple case!!!Why lie then try and cheat people out of money especially when you knew first hand that is what the executor of our grandmothers estate was doing!!!!!!

We were needing a San Antonio probate lawyer after a friends father died without a will. I have much more experience dealing with legal situations than my friend, so I gladly accompanied her to find a remedy to her legal dilemma. This was the 2nd probate attorney we met with and we thought he was really knowledgeable and understanding of our rather complex situation that involves 4 other children that were adopted in th 1960s. He suggested an avenue that the other attorney failed to mention. I would highly recommend meeting with him to discuss different options in the probate process. You always want to get 2 opinions regarding a legal situation and Im glad we chose him as one of them.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Russell Aldrich. I had the honor of meeting Mr. Aldrich in 2012. We unexpectantly lost our oldest son. He was 22 and passed away without a will. We hired Mr. Aldrich to be our probate attorney. As you can imagine, it was a very difficult time for me and my family. Russ was with us every step of the way.
