Based on my experience with hiring Trey Porter Law for my case, I would absolutely recommend anyone in need of a reliable attorney for their DWI case to do the same. In fact, searching for a more reliable attorney or law firm would be unnecessary. You should hire TPL because they will offer you the utmost reassurance through their reliability in their responsiveness, professionalism and competency. Throughout the full year of TPL working on my case, they did not leave a single question unanswered and did so in a punctual manner responding in no later than an hour or two maximum. TPL s responsiveness was extremely reliable and reassuring during my long and stressful experience knowing that any complicated and nuanced legal question I had would be truthfully answered almost instantly. Secondly, everyone from the paralegals to Mr. Strickland, my attorney who defended me in court, were extremely professional: always understanding, kind, knowledgeable, cordial and respectful. The professionalism of everyone who I corresponded with at TPL gave me every indication that a team of reliable people who sincerely care about excellence in their profession were defending my case which was extremely reassuring for me. Lastly, TPL is extremely competent and consequently will give you the best possible outcome for your case, rest assured. TPL is extremely organized and has all the knowledge and resources to defend your case in order to obtain the best possible outcome. I was extremely fortunate to get the outcome I received. All I m willing to say is that TPL was probably the biggest reason I avoided a serious amount of time, thousands of dollars in fines, and they even gave me a chance to avoid a criminal conviction altogether if I continue to make the next right decision. Whatever their process is, it s second to none, and you will be reassured from the start of this extremely stressful process that you will receive the best possible outcome at the end through TPL s reliability. Obviously the price is hefty, however most of the time you pay for what you get and this mantra certainly applies to this situation. In my circumstance, I would ve payed more money in fines, time, and not to mention be losing sleep every day until my court date had I not hired TPL. Mr Strickland is the best in San Antonio. I say that because he actually delivered what he said. The firm has a cell number that is answered almost immediately by text or phone. Even when I was feeling nervous, someone day or night said what I needed to hear. Mr Stricklands better points is showing up to court looking impeccable. Some of those lawyers look beaten down and like they may have given up. Strickland appears like he can handle himself in a five star restaurant or a rowdy honky tonk. It s never great to get the state to file a charge against you. Hey it was my first .. and I felt lost after essentially being treated like a dog by bexar county justice system. Unfortunately I had a warrant out for my arrest I called Trey because I was in a real bind. Up until this point I was not getting any answers as to how to resolve the issue from the court and other lawyers were only offering to help for insane fees. His team is fair, honest and diligent. Trey is the man! I hired him because I had overheard a county court judge mentioning how awesome of an attorney he is, so if an endorsement from a judge wont convince you then Im not sure what will.
