My husband obtained legal representation in the beginning of November after being told they would handle his warrants and represent him on his case with no surprise additional charges later. We are now in late January and he has had little to no communication from them, warrants are still existing and now tell him there there is going to be an additional charge. That was not the agreement and are not cooperating on a refund of $3,000 retainer and even charged debit card for another payment. They have not returned any phone calls or responded to emails.

Miscommunication lead to time wasted on my part. When it comes to being told that a client won t be able to be assisted with the legal matter that s completely fine. However, due to miscommunication on their side, I was not informed that my particular situation did not fall under their jurisdiction until an hour later. This was after waiting to hear back to schedule a consultation, which I was not informed that they had already made note that I could not be helped by them for traffic violations that did not include DUI/DWI. Overall, the customer service was courteous, Which is why I could not give lower than three stars. However, I do not appreciate my personal time being wasted to take care of legal matters that affect my financial situation.

Such horrible firm at the worst time in a persons life, my son had never ever been in any trouble not even a ticket of any kind when we hired this law firm they said no problem, open & shut case! While with this law firm my sons case was transferred to 4 different attorneys and the communication was horrible 2 different scheduled appointments my son and I were there but the attorney wasn t my son was a business owner lived almost a hour away from this office so to drive & cancel his appointments with his clients was disrespectful after 18 months & $14,0000 later still nothing was settled this Criminal Law Firm is more like car sales men cuz they make promises and never give you the time needed for (my sons case)to inform my son on case we had to hire another attorney. We are still going thru this nightmare what has happened to our innocent until proven guilty? I felt as though the lawyer did a good job on my case when he was working on it. I had little to no communication between meeting him and the first court date. Then none between the first and second date. Finally I heard from an intern about my case and then my lawyer. I know my case was a first offense, and probably not the number one priority for the office. When the office worked on my case, they did a good job, but they do need to work on their communication.

I recently needed some advice on a disturbing letter I received and reached out to BRCK based off their reviews and word of mouth. I wasnt disappointed when Trinity was able to schedule me a one on one with one of their lawyers the next morning, free of charge. I showed up (a little late), met with her and Chris where he not only put me at ease about my letter but also advised against retaining them as this was something easily handled by me, saving me money in the long run. Not a business practice Id expect but I surely appreciated it. He spent about half an hour explaining everything to me thoroughly so I had no doubts what to do when the time came. When it was time to leave they walked me to the door chatting the whole time. The experience I had with BRCK was surprisingly easy and comforting, not something you expect in a legal office. Horrible! Horrible! You can hardly understand the guy for one! Super raspy and couldn t even get point across. which makes me question, if can he can be understood In court. Not only that, I called law firm regarding a domestic violence case. On how we need to go about representation for my brother. The lawyer ask, if my brother is out of jail and what s bond. I told him no we haven t scraped up funds quite yet. Immediately, after that he is like, you can t even get your brother out?! What makes you think you can afford a defense attorney? (If the lawyer didn t Rudely interrupt, and let me finish what I had to say) we didn t see a reason to just pay 6800 bail my brother out and then turn around for attorney spend 6800 on attorney! I wasn t familiar with the legal system, or how it did and didn t work before the run in I had with law enforcement. The charges were really serious to me, and something I wasn t ready to face alone by any means. I came across BRCK Defense. I don t believe in coincidences, so to me there s really no other explanation for how or why I chose to roll with them but I did. It wasn t a picture perfect ride along the way, there were definitely some things that I feel in my heart should ve been handled differently but life is never rainbows and butterflies.. and especially in a situation like this one. I felt like at the end of the day, regardless of any differences they wanted what was best for me and they pushed for that outcome. I had 7 charges 5 misdemeanors and 2 felonies pending. After what felt like 100 court dates, not to mention the blood sweat and tears that came with all of this.. my charges were dropped. Case dismissed and that wouldn t and couldn t have been possible without the law firm that I chose. They picked up other people s slack and never minded one bit. They believed me when I shared my truth, and they believed in me. You seriously don t have to hold the weight of the world on your own shoulders. I was honestly nervous to call but my initial conversation with the assistant (female) was very pleasant, she was nice and professional and I immediately felt much more calm. Then she transferred me to Edward Lerner the C.O.O. of BRCK, i was placed on a brief hold and Edward answers introduces himself and title and immediately starts lecturing me of how come I dont have lawyer yet? I was confused because that was the reason for my call? was to hire a lawyer.. The further into conversation we got the more rude he became. Im not the professional in law, he is, and that is why I am coming to him. All i could do was report to him what happened, what my citation said, and i was expecting him to tell me what he can do for me. He made me feel stupid and then he just cuts me off and said I cant help you. I immediately contacted Anthony B Cantrell offices, and they were able to help me, give me time and payment options within 5 minutes... Dont waste your time with this arrogant dude...

Took a lot of weight off my back and kept a lot of money in my pocket. Most places would flaunt their expertise for high rate fees, however that s not the case with BRCK. This law firm advertises 24 hour assistance and legal matters. It was 3:00 am and I couldn t sleep so I submitted to the online chat feature they have for some legal advice. However, when you submit your request through the online chat you get the option to call or schedule an appointment. I choose to call since they advertise 24 hour service. A young lady answered the phone and took my information and the details of why I was calling. She then placed me on hold while she contacted the attorney. She also stated that if the attorney did not answer to leave a message, in which I would have been fine with. Once the attorney was on the phone he asked what I needed help with. I explained the circumstances and he became totally unprofessional. The attorney was upset that I was asking for help at 3:00 am for what he considered a non-emergency. Then told me he couldn t help me. Don t advertise 24 hour if your services are not. Also if your 24 hour service are only for emergencies state so and make sure your people are trained on what those emergencies are. This is horrible business practices.

Its a scam. They probably paid people to leave good reviews. Been working with them for half a year and I feel like Ive been throwing my money down the drain. They are not available to help 24/7 like the online hours say, and every time I leave a message it takes weeks for them to get back to me. I just have to call them again! This is truly ridiculous. Look for a better law firm and dont waste your time or money.
