Weve been here a few times. Its close to my daughters apartment complex. Its a great place to chill and have a few drinks. Never tried any food; not sure if they have food. Drinks and service are always good though. Music is good too. Nice place to just decompress.

Service is terrible only the people the bartender knows got service. He walked away while in the middle of ordering food and drinks. No attention to detail. Several empty bottles were left on the bar in front of customers. Manny has no customer service at all

I went with a friend one day to establish and see my son Drew and my serogate son Joey. The food was good and the service was excellent. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking and crutch/wheelchair friendly ramps as well as great seating.

Left my tab open & when I went to close I received my Texas D.L Broken In Half!! None of the staff could help me with any answers as to who was responsible. Obviously this is an issue I will have to deal with personally on getting a replacement but would have liked some type of professional response to the situation. Also a heads up to the ladies unfortunately the restrooms are not up to code at all!

I came here for a quick game of pool and decided to check in and wouldnt you know it there was a fun little surprise so I decided to stop by the bar and with quick and swift service the amazing Bartender Isaac, was there in a flash he was able to serve me up to delicious purple geckos with amazing service, great kindness, and made me feel really special in my own way. I will definitely be back for more and hope to see more of this place they have a few games you can play some foosball, pool table, ping-pong, and dark, theres also some Jenga theres indoor and outdoor seating. Its just all in all a great vibe.

I m happy that I was invited to dine at Wurzbach Ice House. It s chill spot, and they have good service as well. I was surprised that the food was delicious. It surpassed my expectations. I tried their garlic and lemon pepper wings and they were seasoned and cooked to perfection!!! The fries are in my top 3 favorite, and the nachos are the best I ve ever eaten!!!! It was so that I forgot to take pics. This place has a chill atmosphere nice place to wind down after a long day. I typically do not consume alcoholic beverages but their Mango Margarita is delicious. Under no circumstances do I drink beer so I can t provide feedback on it. I kicked a couple butts in pool also! I had an absolutely fun time, can t wait to visit again.

09-27-21 (11pm) Stopped in with a party of 7, plenty of open seating, and not crowed at all. Service somewhat slow, beer was cold, and mixed drinks were well made. Bar attendant never offered us a food menu, kitchen could of been closed, but not sure. I would likely stop by again and give them another try. 2nd time here in a week. 1st experience (on a heavy Saturday night) service was standard. Atmosphere was good. 2nd experience on a Friday about 5ish, bar semi full , service substandard, one bartender, draft beer didnt taste well (dirty lines ?) Bartender didnt have the time of day for me because I was an older female by myself. I ordered food. Had to ask for a few extras. He was very indifferent. I was interested in playing pool and asked him house rules. Tried to close out with him about 8 times. Frankly, he walked around the bar smelling his armpits at least once every 20 minutes. Im not kidding. You have to know who I am referring to. The highlight of the night was the door guy. Promote him and lose the rest!
