This theater is amazing. Its real large with ample seating. The facility is well air-conditioned. Its clean and well cared for. There is plenty of parking.

Lower level at 95% capacity. Manager states he wont open baloney areas until every seat is filled. THEN he will open baloney. Many many complaints. Horrible customer service.

Watching Allen High School performance at this beautiful performance center, the lighting and sound system were really good. we have a full house today but the seats are inclined so the view are good.

Went here a few months ago for a senior dance recital for my sister the show went fantastic except for some major disruptions were the fire alarms going off multiple times at least almost 10 times because the construction crew were working and set the fire alarm off multiple times and I evacuated the building one time because it went off for about 5 to 10 minutes until they silenced it and almost every 10 to 20 minutes it would go off and silenced again which was annoying what could ve happened was before making disruptions like this again the construction crew would ve cancelled the day or have the host event requested at a different location because some people may not want to hear the fire alarms going off even if they have sensitive hearing but only lasted the first half of the show and second half of the show no alarms went off finally

This facility is great, what makes it bad is the people. Some families just scream like crazy and show their poor education. This is a performing arts center not a football match...

It has a beautiful large stage. Its always kept very clean. They only problem with the auditorium is that sound echos. As performers say things, sometime it will echo and be difficult to make out what theyre saying. But overall it is a great place to see performances. All of the performances are beautiful whether it be theatre, orchestra, or the talents shows. They put a lot of work in their performances, Im never disappointed.

I never went to Allen but my sister and her kids do now. I have gone to the PAC to see my niece and nephews concerts for years and think its top notch. Allen has great musical performances and I enjoy it every time.

First time here and it is very nice. Seating is very good, comfy and well spaced. Staff is helpful and parking is easy. We arrived waayyyy too early, not knowing the set up. Next time Ill know that 15 minutes or so is plenty. And a HUGE thumbs DOWN to the ridiculous patrons who walk through the door at 1:57 for a 2pm show. So inconsiderate. Dont be That Guy. But yeah, this is a community gem.

Excellent venue for choral and orchestra performances with plenty of parking. Really enjoyed Mele Kalikimaka!!! The talent of the orchestra, conductors and singers was breathtaking!! Everything was crisp and clean (sound). I felt like I attended a performance at Lincoln Center in N.Y.C! The dancers were very entertaining. Please consider making this a Fathom Event!! I do not have this wonderful program in my area!
