I m not sure where to start. I love coming here with my daughter especially when Ephriam is there to greet us. However lately it seems the other employees just stopped caring. You see them constantly not listening to him and when I tried to use the restroom I saw a little girl with dark black hair being harassed by another guy. I love coming here but they need to teach these employees how to listen.

I m a frequent flyer and at the park and it s always a great visit.The main manager Ephriam greets us with a great smile and attitude I don t Know else to say but knowing Ephriam is there to ensure the park is clean and we feel good about our visits each time. We were in a few weeks ago, first time coming in. We all bought an hour of playtime. The counter asked if we had the appropriate socks we said yes since we did. The socks were mixed matched from different jump places. At no time were we told that they wanted them to be specifically from there. Later a few of the kids in our group get escorted to the front and I ask what the issue was and he says we dont have the proper socks. Not a big deal. So I say what about half the kids here? They dont have the proper socks either and no one here on staff said anything til now. Manager did little to help or apologize for the inconvenience. We were only in 10 min and he couldnt get us out any faster. Luckily we got our money back. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. These kids need a little more training. There are bigger and better places for the same price.

I used to bring my kids here all the time because they loved it, but our recent visit was a major letdown. They have implemented a new policy requiring everyone to sign up for a recurring membership in order to jump, which was very frustrating when we arrived this past Sunday afternoon. The line to sign up for these memberships was incredibly long, and there was only one cashier available to help. Meanwhile, five other employees were just hanging out behind the counter, chatting and laughing, instead of assisting with the crowd. To make matters worse, the building was uncomfortably hot we had hoped for a cool place to escape the summer heat. I ve decided to cancel my membership, and unfortunately, we won t be coming back.

Today turned out to be a decent day, after all. I was worried at first when we walked in because it was definitely not like the others; its noticeably apparent theres a lot less area to play. The fee to play for 90 minutes is FAIRLY decent ,and I think theres enough to do and enough time for kids to get all that energy out. Plus, its a reasonable time for parents to wait and relax in the open space where you can easily spot your kids. I think its a win-win place to go to take kids when its too hot to go to a park or when theres not a birthday special event going on at one of those bigger, fancier, and way more pricier places. Its a great JUST BECAUSE type of place to take kids without having to deal with overpaying, overcrowded, or over stimulated noisy indoor parks. At first, I was a bit irritated having to pay to use their new socks, but after thinking about it, its not a bad idea since not everyone practices the same hygiene. Plus, the socks are cute! I took advantage of the massage chairs they have for parents while the kids played since as I mentioned, its small and open enough to be able to keep an eye on your kids and relax at the same time. We left a little earlier than 90 minutes, so it was perfect and more than enough time. So because of all I mentioned above is why I give this place 4 stars.

I took my boys to jump, without realizing it one of them had other socks (always the required ones) they told me this after having paid and having been there for more than an hour, we went to the back and the manager kept telling us that we couldnt be there, my 16-month-old baby was standing on a bank and just because he wasnt wearing the socks they sold, they told me that he couldnt be there either, of course since he is a professional jumper and was going to ride on every trampoline, they were rude people walked like a stalker behind us

Out of all the trampoline places in this city, by far this is the worst one. This place is disgusting. Foam pits, bathrooms and common areas look like they arent cleaned or taken care of. Clearly this places health practices are garbage, no wonder numerous of my friends have gotten sick from their food here. Said something to one of the managers, think his name was Ethrum or something like that. He blew off my complaint and called me nuts, highly unprofessional of a manager. I wouldnt be surprised this place gets closed for sometime after the notice to the health inspector gets read. So if you like dirty, unhealthy and unprofessional places, this be the place to go.

My Granddaughter had her birthday party here and it was PERFECT! The room was amazing, we could see all the kids from the room windows and there was plenty of room and staff to help. The area for the kids to jump and play is very clean, wide open so parents can see the kids from anywhere in the room and all the equipment was very safe and sturdy. We used to go to Urban Air but this was much nicer and safer!

My kids always have a great time here. We do remind our kids to look out for others. Kids forget in the excitement of jumping; person space. ALSO most kids arent aware that if they jump with another child already in that same area it can cause someone to fall, twist an ankle or throw them higher than expected. Its a good idea if we all give our kids that tip to avoid injury. The employees watching definitely dont give advice when they see other kids being rough or unaware. Or even attend when someone seems hurt. They just make sure no ones climbing where they shouldnt. I suggest you just sit near by.

Great place for children with Autism. We were invited for a birthday party at Ground control. One of my son is autistic and they were very understanding and met his accommodations. He has sensory issues and did not like the socks or wrist band, the staff was very friendly and understanding. My other kids loved it and had a blast. My oldest son loves the dodgeball area. 03-22-2024 I took my son and his friend. Theyre 10 years old. We had a great time. When we walked in the lights were off and the purple lights were rocking. The music was bumping and the neon colors were shining. I got the boys some socks and off they went. I say they were going about 150 mph. More or less . It lasted a good 15 minutes. Then they settled down. It was fun seen them jump around. They even tried wall climbing. The employee was very nice and gentle when putting on the harness. We stayed for an hour. I enjoyed watching them play dodge ball. My son threw a ball and hit a you lady on the legs. She wanted revenge and started to chase my son. He turned on the mini jets and it was on. I was laughing so hard. She tried to hit him with the ball but missed several times. Then his friend went behind her and popped her in the head with a dodge ball. I could see her get red in the face and it was dark in there. She turned around and popped him with the ball! Before he got hit. He was yelling for his life It lasted about 2 minutes, maybe. The three of them were out of breath. Good times!

My daughter was there on Friday the 15th. I was not there but was informed by her aunt she was hurt. She broke both her ankles due to the inflatable not being properly inflated. When I arrived your staff was so dismissive and had no sense of customer service. They had smug faces and were not sympathetic as to what happened to my daughter. Our recent experience at this establishment was not a pleasant one to say the least. I took my kids and niece this past Friday and because of the staffs negligence and ignorance, my niece broke both her feet jumping from the smaller ledge onto the not properly inflated landing. The staff had no sense of urgency to aid or assist in ANY manner even as my niece screamed and cried in pain. The Assistant GM was of some help by calling EMS, but all the staff had the attitude of like oh well, another kid, another accident. My niece didnt bump her foot on a table or slip and fall and were trying to blame the staff. This is a serious injury, that will affect her for years. Be careful when taking your kids to this establishment and what you sign, its like the staff knew they are untouchable. They showed no sympathy, which is a basic human emotion and cost nothing. You need to provide basic customer service training for your employees, especially management and ensure your equipment is properly inflated and managed. EMS and FD make frequent trips here.

Unfortunately I was over charged for additional jumpers at our child s birthday party and the company is unwilling to refund because they have footage of jumpers checking in. We definitely did not have the number of jumpers at our party that they are charging us for and the management and event coordinators we spoke with said they were unable to refund or assist. What a shame & loss of future business. Update: Respectfully, the tip provided for our host was cash. Additionally, the 3 individuals you all checked in as our guests were indeed not part of our party and did not come in to our bay. I also reviewed my photos and have recounted the kids singing happy birthday at my daughter s side multiple times just in case. The only extra people in our bay were the kids from the previous party that kept coming in and out to get their shoes and belongings, which I recommend you guys could do a better job of maintaining order of. We did ask our host to kindly ask the remaining kids and adults that were still lingering in our bay from the previous reservation because we were trying to set up our party and it was our reserved time slot. I myself am very gracious and understanding that it takes time to transition between parties, although it was now our dedicated time. Furthermore, we had to nicely address the issue ourselves again during the first 15 minutes or so of our party because the same kids were now making a game of coming in and out of our bay and running around our table and seeing who can do it the longest, which I was nice and polite about because after all they are just kids. However, what I do not stand for as a consumer is noticing a discrepancy and a business refusing to make it right when there is total and complete control to do so. I am happy to pay my additional pizza and the jumpers that were in attendance at my party. Finally, I reiterate that the 3 sisters you speak of did not come into our party bay. I stand by asking to remove the charges for the additional jumpers as I am not responsible to pay for people jumping in your establishment that are not in my party.

A rip off. The equipment is wore out. Your balls look like theyve been left outside with holes in the fabric/ plastic outter cover. The middle of the room trampoline area needs maintenance. Your bathrooms are dusty dirty and you can hardly get into the stall and shut the door without your leg rubbing up against the toilet. Party packages are way too high for the time you get. Hopefully the owner sees this post since the manager is not capable of handling the situation. When we tried to resolve this situation with the manager, she disconnected the call after we asked for a brief hold. We had a party there on Sunday which only 9 jumpers checked in. We were charged for 12 jumpers. We reached out to the event corridnator and they stated they had video footage of 12 jumpers and that they were ended it at their end. We advise them that a family of two did not check in nor showed up to the party. Their were additional guest that paid at the front and had green bands meaning they were separate from the party. During our bay time, additional kids from the pervious party were in and out of our reserved bay which may had lead them to believe we had 12 jumpers. We have attempted to resolve this manner over the phone and email and we have not been assisted. I dont recommend hosting a party here. Update to your horrible reply. I could tell from a business standpoint customer service isnt something you inspire to be good at. We paid for 3 jumpers that were not there. So its okay to over charge your customers. We will now dispute the charge since you think it is okay to steal money from your customers. Trying to portray us as if were a cheap family crying about $20.00. Its the fact that we were charged for individuals that were not there! This is why people dont support small businesses. They cannot handle simple irregularities and Im sure this is still not the owner!

A bunch of teenagers oversee the place, and restrooms are always a mess. Staff playing around nocking kids down, nothing is clean over an hr wait for pizza. Kid got sick just for the hr play here. I can only imagine how many kids have gone home sick from this establishment. The only place we visited that day, my kid started up feeling sick right after leaving, hence why a mother stays up all night taking care of her young (3am review mockery) very professional, btw. If only you maintained your establishment with such high-end wisdom and quick turn out. Your staff and food wouldnt be so distasteful. Im sure Dr. FAUCI would also recommend and support such establishment to be shut down when you cant even maintain a clean restroom. Following several inproper hygiene reviews. Review stands. I absolutely do not recommend taking your children to Ground Control. My grandson was jumping on a mat and landed on his back thinking it was padded. He landed on a hard metal spring and hurt his back bad, wound up in the ER. Doc said hes been seeing many kids get hurt at that place from landing on hard metal objects. Now I understand their 5 page waiver! Don t do it!!

Our room was extremely disappointing it looked like the inside of a tractor trailer your really isolated, and I cant see any of the kids Several of the parents struggled to find seating to watch the kids play. The other bays are beautiful, with glass doors open and inviting, allowing you to sit and enjoy watching your family. Unfortunately, they priced the same, so BUYER BEWARE! We tried this place out because we wanted to try something different and both of my daughters loved coming here, it s very spacious and not too crowded like other places which is good. Great music playlist (not too loud either) overcome is a AI robot programmed which helps to understand what she s saying. Prices are decent and my daughters enjoyed it. If I could say anything it would be maybe just more space for adults to sit at, my spot was the black leather bench which was super comfortable. :)

The worst customer service experience they didnt have change so they didnt accept me paying in cash I told them it didnt matter that when they had change they would give it back to me it was my sons birthday and he wanted to jump with me they didnt even try to do anything to resolve the situation. They just put themselves in an uncompromising and rude position, they lost a good client and I will look for a place where they know how to appreciate a client.

If I could give them a zero star I would but I can t my mom took me and my brother here to have fun and little kids kept being in the way and they got hurt because of there own actions went to go tell there parents there parents reported us and me and my brother got kicked out 30 minutes into our little fun stay maybe keep your kids within your sight next time we got kicked out for there actions then we spent the rest of there day at urban air I will tell you right now urban air much nicer

WORSE customer service experience coming from all employees including from the manager who did not assist in the situation with his employees who are illiterate. VR code does not work at all. Employees don t know how to count groups of 4 and more, we waited more than an hour for our slices of pizza. Employees where notified of a falling piece of insulation where they stated oh we know already but will let the manager know . Girls where very rude and laughed saying they are children and shouldn t be spoken to upset when manager was asked for. One of the young men kept sweeping by our feet to get us to leave. I do not recommend this establishment.

A couple things. First, they make a big deal about wearing their socks (something about their waiver which doesnt mention socks) which were are pretty cheap compared to the ones my kid were already wearing but whatever. Second, when we were there it was Sunday at 3 and there were a lot of little kids like 7 and under and most of the things in there were too difficult for them and overall it catered to a slightly older crowd. The kids wont know any better but they wont be able to do most things. Recommend for age 9 and up especially since the staff isnt really monitoring everything.

Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the VR game was out, and that was one of the reasons we went there. The staff is cool, respectful and friendly, the place was clean, snacks are fine. I will recommend this place to have fun with family and kids, you dont have to pay of you are not using the trampolines, wich is good. Nice place

Make sure you know that every Friday & Saturday is glow night and you get 2 hrs + a pizza & drink (they wont let you know at the front desk). At least, he didnt let us know this... my husband happened to read a pamphlet as I was paying. I wasnt impressed with the customer service we received.

I love how clean the place is and the fact that is not crowded my son love it ! But I rated 3 because I have to go around to look for the host to get a knives but they didn t have a knife they gave an spatula that they have to look all over the place for it to cut the cake then I went to look for the host again to get utensils wish I ask before arriving and they say they will provide,I didn t find her so I ask somebody else after few minutes waiting on the line, fountain machine was broken , I completely understand if they were busy but it was not to many people so I don t understand the delay. For me the service was not the best today!

We decided to try it out Friday evening since they were doing Glow Night. They turned off all the lights and everything started to glow under black lights and party strobes. It was so fun! It surprisingly empty with only a few families so there was plenty of space for us, two adults, to jump around and have fun without getting in anyone s way or vice versa. We got the two hour tickets but we had so much fun and we were so worn out that we ended up only using one hour! There are many different trampolines, obstacle courses, foam pits, and jump mats. All were very fun! Our tickets weren t too badly priced and the socks you can buy and then reuse next time you visit! Overall, we had a lot of fun and will definitely be back!

I appreciate this business. You guys opened up a place for kids and adults to bond and have fun together. Theres alot of kids in san antonio and we need places like these to get our kids active. Many parents just let their kids eat and play video games or play on the phone rather than being involved and active with them. Alot of you customers complain about the price but I bet yall do not complain about prices when yall buying on your own self. Appreciate your kids ...treat your kids. If theyre bad its because your not involved enough. Start here.

Pretty fun place with lots to do just wished the staff were more present and clearly identifiable; it seemed like a free-for-all and really had to keep a close eye on our little ones since no employee was monitoring. There were grown adults and teens running really fast and jumping very powerfully around toddlers right next to them. A suggestion to management: maybe have a brightly-colored shirt for your employees and give them whistles to help curb inappropriate and unsafe behavior. Kudos on the giant fans on the ceiling that help circulate the air!

Chaotic to say the least . It may be great during weekdays and off-peak hours but on weekends, my first experience was unpleasant. Some staff was friendly, many were disinterested and lacked initiative which is poor customer service. Lots of young high-schoolers and early college age so that likely plays a part (a little training could turn that around). The parking was a mess as there isn t enough for the crowd it draws at peak times. If you have tiny ones who run away from you easily, you will have to be on your toes to ensure they don t get lost in the crowd. The line for birthday party checkin is super long (maybe they should have 2 people instead of just one but the other register is setup to handle food orders. So maybe tough for them to properly repurpose for birthday party check-ins) The pro is that the pizza is good and there are actually snacks in case anyone gets hungry. (Big relief with kiddos who get hangry easily) . I personally plan on skipping this one going forward.

Kids had fun. Adults that were just there to watch the kids, not so much. Not enough tables to sit at , not many extra benches either. Some spaces along the front where people would sit to put on their socks but not comfortable for seating for long periods of time. Long line for snack bar. Not sure if well come back, since it is on the other side of the city for us. But the kids had fun, especially when it cleared out later in the evening.

My grandson has had several parties they re private parties they booked a room for this coming Sunday the 15th and didn t mention anything about when the deposit was going to be due. My son-in-law calls to do the deposit and they say guess what oh we re booked sorry and pretty much stated that my son-in-law was lying that nobody would ever not tell him there s a 24 hour deposit due, which, in fact was the case, what they re going to do about this when they re not really trying to be helpful at all, I wanted to corporate But I can t seem to find it if anyone knows how to find it, please provide that information From Grandma!

Weve been twice for birthday parties. Its a great place and the staff is so friendly and helpful! My 7 year old really wanted to try to jump from a high ledge this second visit but gave up and got back in line 3 times without jumping. The young man in charge of the line gave her a pep talk (so sweet!) And she did it the 4th time! She was so proud of herself! We were very grateful for the staff being so nice.

This trampoline park was so clean and bright, it was a nice change from places like Urban Air and Altitude. The staff were all very friendly, even held the door for me when we left as I had a stroller. I was pleasantly surprised at the cafe, both the choice of snacks and real food and that it wasn t outrageously priced. We ll definitely be back!
