Loved the ambience (decor, music, TV options). Enjoyed the food. Okay with the service. Overall, a great place for a buddy hang, casual date, or family meal... but bring a jacket for the cold (the A/C is impressive!). All the staff were friendly and welcoming; however, on two separate visits, we had service hangups, but not so much that we didnt have a really good time. The first time, a weekday lunch, took almost 20 minutes to get the food and another 15 for the replacement (after they made a mistake the first time). The second visit, a weekend lunch (at 11:30), was a little faster but still had an error (pepperoni on a cheese pizza order) that took 15 minutes to fix. And again, glasses sat empty with 10-15 minutes between server visits. That said, the burger and grilled chicken were incredible! We were also pleasantly surprised by the noise level on a football game day...good enough to hear the music or game but not so loud that you couldnt talk using your indoor voice. The one strange thing was that the dining area has a single, gender-neutral bathroom with one toilet that felt like a tiny gas station rather than a casual dining restaurant, so if its busy, walk over to the bar side.

I was placed on hold for over 20 mins when I arrived to the restaurant I showed one of the workers I was on hold and no one has picked up the phone when I walked in the staff asked for my phone number to check their caller id and stated they have no record of my calls or any calls coming in then I was told that the phone was not logged into to get call or some sort then they bring me a manager who just apologized and said he can put me on the wait list and it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour wait time after I waited 20 mins on the phone and was told there was nothing he can do but having several staff members just standing around talking and empty tables available then walks away did not wait my boyfriend was also on hold and there was no response unprofessional and felt very disrespected by asking me for my phone number and saying that it doesn t show on the caller id and we both showed them our phone logs and being called liers i had a party of 15 and called twin peaks and they said they will be happy to accommodate us with no wait time so we left

We came with a party of 10. They told us a 10 min wait. No problem! But when they sit us, majority kids and a two year old they give us two tables saying they can t sit us all at one table. There is no way kids will sit without adults. The host did not care about how we were going to sit. She put the ticket on two tables and walked away. If they couldn t sit a party of 10 at one table that is something you tell the party who you see have more kids than adults. Horrible service and definitely wouldn t recommend for a family.. we left and didn t eat there.

Went here about 2 weeks ago and knew we should ve gone elsewhere. Right before we pulled in I told my wife I hear there have been a lot of break-ins on trucks in this lot. Sure enough there were 4 vehicles hit, shattered windows littered the row closest to the access road. My wife insisted on eating there was like, well if we get a handicap spot we ll stay. So I wait for spot to open up and we realize their cameras facing the lot are facing downward, which we thought was odd. We proceed inside after a few minutes of waiting to be seated and I was trailing behind the fam and notice my wife talking to a hostess. Apparently the hostesses had an issue with my wife or just felt like being disrespectful. I said look we waited here on your call, let s let it go and eat. Then we order food and drinks and the server/bartender that brings me my drink was weird about it and gave me a weird stare in my face which we all thought was odd. I said, man I hope they didn t spit in my drink. So I inspect it and found what looked like mucus or some thick substance that isn t usually found in Micheladas. So I canceled the drink and went to the RR, when I was walking back I noticed the 2 hostesses tiptoeing with another young girl trying to look at our table to which they found something funny again. They looked over and were shocked to see me watching them, then I told my wife okay I believe you now and we re gonna just go. I advised the manager/co-owner of the situation and thought the girls were disrespectful, especially since we had our children with us. He apologized and said he d comp us thru email in which we never received. Never going back to any of their locations after this ordeal.

Everything started off really good. We went for my parents birthday. We all received our food except for my dad, without explanation for almost 15 minutes. Then the manager came and said his food was burned so they were remaking it, have him a coupon for the next visit, and apologized. Went there for the first time today. Heard lots of great things about it. So we trued it today. The whole experience wasnt that great. The floor under our table was covered in macaroni and trash, I ordered the 6pc hot wings and my wife ordered the chicken fried chicken or the chicken steak. My wings came plain no cause, I asked for sauce and he brought like salsa hot sauce. We were about to eat but was never brought any utensils to eat with. Her chicken had something hard and in it so she stopped eating it. All in all it was not that great. I was really hoping for a great meal and thats why we chose bubbas....

This place is AWESOME! The environment is sports casual with plenty of TVs to catch a game or just hang out. The quality of the food is amazing, and our waitress Genesis was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to be around. She quickly brought our food and kept our drinks full. Messed up our order twice, always ordered big salmon salad with allergy to tomatoes, but today wanted to get grilled cheese and fries with cheese. The server specifically asked if we wanted queso liquid cheese or shredded cheese. We said shredded cheese because the queso tasted pasty last time we went. So they made the fries with cheese, but THEY decided to add bacon, which we never asked for. One of us cant have tomatoes or any meat but didnt think they would add bacon since we never asked for it. They said they would make another one and throw away the whole thing! What a waste of grilled cheese! Didnt want to consume that much cheese, but why waste it. Wasnt planning on getting charged for the fries cuz I ordered broccoli with my meal. So the new grilled cheese, the fries had liquid cheese and green chunky pieces! we didnt wanna wait for another replacement, so we left. They threw away the 2nd screw up, and I got charged for the first screw up even tho I didnt want the fries. so hard to order exactly what we ask for JUST CHEESE. CHEESE Not green chunky pieces or pasty liquid cheese or bacon. What a waste of good food and time.

The service is always great when I go there. The food is great and the drinks taste great. I highly recommend the shotgun shrimp. It is very delicious. This is one of my familys favorite hangout spots. Kid-friendliness: While taking my daughters order, they spoke to my daughter with such care and patience. This restaurant is always a great choice. The pictures are from a couple different visits. The southern fried chicken with mashed potatoes, extra gravy, and the house salad is my favorite, but the California chicken with the avocados and pico di gallo is an excellent dish as well. The problem now they went up in price and burgers are the size of a MC-Double from McDonalds it s still 2 Patties but really small the waitress sd they changed management and he raised the Prices a lot and said to make the food smaller or less. Even the fries they used to put a lot now they hardly did. Vegetarian options: I m sure they should have salads and I believe they can eat chicken also. Parking: There s a lot of parking just don t park on the to go. A lot of people do that they go there and just wanna be close to the door so they take over the to go parking. This place is a hidden gem. I saw their menu on Google maps and figured Id try the parmesan chicken sandwich, honestly not expecting much. But I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwich is big, it tastes really good wrih lots of cheese and their sauce had a little bit of kick to it. I highly recommend, its not your standard Parmesan cheese sandwich. This place is pretty cool from the outside you cant tell much when you walk in it has probably about 40 to 50 TVs all over the place the decor is awesome and the staff was absolutely great. Santos did a great job of waiting the table and was always there asking if I need anything. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Heard about this place, had to check it out. Ordered the appetizer plate (wings/fried cheese bites/fried pickles) couldnt substitute anything. The battered stuff was extreeemly greasy left a pool of grease on the plate. Didnt eat too much of the pickles or cheese cause the grease was just too much. The boneless chicken wings was cubed chicken in sauce. I ordered a blue lemonade and that was great! Our server was super great kept the refills coming didnt even have to asked. She was friendly and even gave us some recommendations!

I wanted to see what the hype was all about. I ordered the Garlic Knots and Shotgun Shrimp for the appetizer. The Shrimp were good. Didnt try the knots. I couldnt choose which main course I wanted so I went with what the menu stated was a popular pick and I went with the Buffalo Chicken Sandwhich. I took ONE bite and I was sick to my stomach with disgust! The flavor was just wrong. That one bite has RUINED Buffalo flavored anything for me. I got a side of mac and cheese and only had one spoon of that as well. The waiter asked if I wanted to box it up and I said no... but he didnt even ask anything LOL. Like dude you see I took one bite... most restaurants would ask how the food was after seeing that. Anyways, the server was kind and the Shotgun Shrimp were good at least but not good enough to try this place again. I left there and had to find dinner elsewhere.

I went there for the first time , and the service was great. I pretty like the Philly sandwich, but the pizza was salty and wasnt as good as the sandwich . Also, the Monday burger deal was $9.99 instead of $6.99. Food

It was ok. Went as a special occasion for my daughter, as she graduating. Our waitress was great, although the atmosphere was very loud we could not hear a thing she was saying. Nor could we at our table talk to each other. The food prices are fine. But our food was not so good. Mac n cheese was very dry. It tasted like plain noodles with no cheese. Loaded mash potato were warm. The loaded part, by the time it got to our table, was just a clump. Trying to get a spoon full and it all came off. The southern fried chicken was very small. If in the center of my place and there was plenty of plate to be seen. Load fries as well were left behind, it was just a clump on top of fries. Shrimp left behind, wings. It was our first time here, maybe we just expected more.

Food was great but the service and experience wasn t good they sat us down and it took over 20 minutes for the server to approach our table to take our drink and food order and it wasn t packed at all. Then we waited so long for our food my 6 month old needed a diaper change and due to the restroom being so dirty I had to change my baby in our car while my husband waited inside for our order when I wanted to come back into the restaurant the servers refused to let me in due to it almost being closing time they gave me a hard time till I had to prove to them my husband was inside waiting for me we then decided to take our meal to go it was such a bad experience. The music was a bit loud for me... otherwise everything was excellent Jasmine, our server, was amazing! I love the fried pickles because they are thin and really crisp and the onion rings and burger were to die for! Parking: They have their own parking with plenty of handicap up front.

I love Bubbas! The menu has something for everyone and the food is delicious! I took my mom, who is very picky, and she really enjoyed her dinner! The ribeye is flavorful, the loaded mashed potatoes are , the tater tots are crispy on the outside and perfect inside! The California chicken is so delicious! The salad is different, but good! It has boiled egg crumbled all over it and a healthy sprinkling of potato chips! Dont knock it until you try it! The pizza and wings are also very good!

We have been to this location multiple times and most recently on May 4th for lunch. They were a little busy but not too bad. We ordered an appetizer and it took way too long to get it. The food came shortly after we finished the appetizer. We noticed other tables that ordered appetizers long after we ordered got their appetizers shortly after we did. It made think our waiter put our order in late or forgot for a while. The food was pretty good as usual. The food was not as warm or hot as it should have been, so I think after it was made it sat too long before our slow waiter brought it to us.

We have been to Bubbas twice and there food has knocked it out of the park! The manager on duty even allowed us to sit close to their event area since we were planning to move tables once our large party came. They were very accommodating. Unfortunately, for a family restaurant, they didnt have a baby changing table so I had to change my baby while balancing on my knee in the bathroom. It was very inconvenient and gross. Hopefully they can address this easy and cheap fix.

Went for the first time as part of a large group. They put us in their covered outside area, which was fine as it wasnt too hot. I ordered their spicy habanero hamburger and my kids got the kids mac n cheese, the chicken tenders, and fries. Apparently the mac was good because my son actually ate all of it. Took my kids a bit to accept the seasoning on the fries and tenders though. My burger was very flavorful and just enough fries so I didnt feel stuffed. With the group, they only gave us one server. She was great, very kind and engaging. However the service was glacial. She wisely took the kids orders first but it still took almost an hour from the time I sat down until I got my burger. They really need to have more servers for those large groups. She did the best She could but 15 different checks is a lot for anyone. Only other minor ding is the music TV. My kids are pretty young and they are playing videos of doja cat, dua Lipa, and Prince which are things I dont really need my kids watching. Kid-friendliness: Solid kids menu with all the staples (cheeseburger, mac, chicken tenders, pizza).
