I cant speak to the other agents, but I would firmly advise against using Melanie Love. She was the sellers agent in our recent home purchase, and she hounded our agent to the point I would call it harassment. We almost backed out twice because of it, and we were the only offer on the house in the months it was on the market. The listing photos were just absolutely terribly lit and shot photos from her phone. There were really lazy things that could have made the house show 1000x better, like burnt out lightbulbs. The property was vacant and she never checked on it. She was just relying on buyers agents to tell her if anything was wrong, which they clearly didnt. The house had gotten infested with bugs and the AC went out at some point which delayed move in day, super stressful after moving across the country with 3 small kids and a cat. There were known issues she intentionally hid. We have enough evidence and witnesses of that we could sue if we had the time. Your agent is a legal representative of yours, so I would advise caution before taking her on.

Make sure to ask for Debbie Wilson as your preferred agent! She is the most amazing realtor I know! This is the second time we use her as our realtor and once again, she has far exceeded our expectations. Due to the sellers, I could write a very long story as to the hardship of buying our second home, but I won t lol, I just want to say that she went over and beyond to help us! From the moment we started looking to buy a new home all the way to selling our home. I just really can t say enough good things about Debbie and how she tremendously helped us!! I do also want to recognize Dana from Scott Allison Real Estate, who was Debbie s apprentice at the time we were in the home buying process, she was also so amazing in helping us search for our new home. She didn t hesitate to schedule us an appointment at the drop of a hat. I highly recommend using Debbie Wilson at Scott Allison Real Estate as your first choice when you re ready to purchase or sell your home.

Will is super knowledgeable about the San Angelo Real Estate Market! He looks out for his customers and won t steer you wrong just to make a sale. He s an honest guy and wants you to find the place that right for you at the price you can afford! Thanks Will! Planning on this being the last house I ever buy, but if that changes, I ll be calling you!

Ask for Will Barnes as your agent. My situation required me to buy a house sight unseen, and Will Barnes took the time to make over a dozen walk-throughs virtually with me over the phone. He was extremely professional, responsive to all requests, and knew the answers to all of my questions about San Angelo and the housing options in the area. In the end, my Wife and I found the perfect home and the process was painless. He is also very well networked with utility service professionals, other Realtors in the area, and community VIPs. So, again, ask for Will Barnes when you want to buy or list your next home!

Great Real Estate company to work with! I would give them 5 stars but the front desk receptionist Peggy was rude and short with me. I feel it had to do with my age being 22 and asking about real estate she did not take me seriously and it felt really ageist. I cant think of another reason for the attitude. The agents and brokers are amazing! there slogen is nice matters.
