On Sept 6, 2024 called the store operator phone 9 Times with no answer. Was trying to get connected to Jewrely depth. But it would ring 10 times then they would hang up. Unbelievable. Very disappointed. Will get in touch ti Bentonville Arkansas main office.

It has improved in terms of keeping the groceries stocked, BUT there were only two cashiers opened, and the store was very busy. I had to check and bag a basket full of groceries, and there isnt room to put them anywhere as you go along. Wth? AND I dont work there!!!!!! Grrrrrr. Loathe self- checkout.

i was so exited to take my child who is disabled on the new carts they have sadly i was told to get my child down and put him in a regular cart where his thighs didnt fit and struggled to get his legs in between the leg space i asked for a manager and she said the same thing these people are ruthless and a holes

The automotive deprtment sure needs the advise of an efficiency consultant. I have been in line trying to pay for my vehicle, now for more than 1/2 hour... and it seems it will take at least another 15.minutes. It may be perception but I do not see a sense of urgency!
