I recently enjoyed the best breakfast burritos, each one bursting with authentic flavor and cooked to perfection. I tried the Guiso, the Azado, and the spicy hamburger burritos, and every single one was moist, flavorful, and simply delicious. What truly sets Lydia s apart is Lydia herself. She s the heart and soul of this cozy hole-in-the-wall, always serving with a warm smile and genuine gratitude for her customers. The food here is grab-and-go, with no indoor seating, so it s perfect if you re on the move. While it s not the cheapest burrito in town, the slightly higher cost is well worth it for the quality and flavor you get. If you happen to drive by and don t see any cars out front, consider it your lucky day because this place can quickly have a line out the door for her amazing food. I arrived just before the crowd, giving me the chance to have a great conversation with Lydia. She even shared some cooking tips and explained the various aspects of the dishes she prepares. They have specials on certain days for some of their food. Good size hamburgers with fries, burritos, Gorditas, tortas, and other things. Please support Lidia and Ashley.
