One stop shop for alllll my beauty needs. After taking a couple of years off of taking care of myself (having babies, you know how it goes) Autumn and the other ladies have been so helpful with recommendations and services, and I m on my way to looking and feeling better with each appointment! So far I ve done a lip flip, hifu, dermaplaning, facials, microblading, tattoo removal, and purchased skin care products all in one place! It makes it 10x better when it s all being done by wonderful people.

I went into ARock today and received laser hair removal on my under arms, legs, and a Brazilian. Jamie who is a new Esthetician at ARock is who provided my services. She was so sweet made me feel comfortable the entire process, and was always making sure she wasn t causing any pain or discomfort. Will be using her for other services in the future.

Finding somebody who knows how to manage and cut curly hair always felt impossible until I met Jordan and Sarah! I haven t colored my hair in 7 years bc it s never held. Jordan worked his magic and made the most beautiful emerald that stayed vibrant for weeks! Sarah also worked her magic and not only helped with my cut but has gone above and beyond in helping me find products that work best with texture and curl type! They both make sure you re comfortable throughout the appointment and not to mention the rad music!

I set an appointment up with Autumn to get cavitation done on my abdomen. I was skeptical but after seeing the results I was amazed. I had my first treatment & waited 10 days to get my next one. She measured me and I lost 3 inches. Upon getting my 1st cavitation treatment she threw in a free session of vanquish. How generous. My second session consisted of cavitation & EMS. She anticipates me losing more inches and toning my abs. I m looking forward to the finished results. The salon is impeccable & trendy. All the stars! All the recognition! Tracy is awesome and she did a mullet hair style that no one else in town would or could do. She fixed what another hair stylist did when he attempted it on me and it looks so good! I am so scared to let people cut my hair but now I know exactly where to go! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Came to San Angelo from San Antonio for the weekend and found Arock Salon. We were very impressed by Natasha. She was professional, friendly, good humored, talented, and an all around great hairstylist I d go back to again. When she did my wife s hair she listened and she outdid herself when doing an updo for an event we attended that night. Top notch service, kudos to you and also let s not forget Gabe for his politeness and attentiveness upon entering and his awesome choice in music. He also sang too! Great atmosphere, felt very welcome so if you re not sure if you should make an appointment, make one with Natasha. You won t be disappointed.

OMG such beautiful ambience greets you when entering. Then Autumn is such a delight. As nervous as you may be with someone with sharp objects near your eye, her professionalism and artistic ability takes over and you are instantly relaxed. I did eyeliner and lips today. Ive been trying to find a good place to get a haircut in San Angelo for a year and I FINALLY found it. Michael was able to fit me in literally 1 day after I contacted him and was able to take my bad bob with HORRIFIC bangs to the cutest faux hawk. He was fun, pleasant and did such an amazing job. Brows By Dree, Dree D. did a super job on my eyebrows. I had them done years ago and it was very painful. With Dree she was totally concerned about making sure I did not feel anything, she s very calm and steady. She is actually an artist, and it shows in the eyebrows that she has done. So far after seeing mine finished, six of my friends have gone to her and have been very happy with their eyebrows. Dree not only does an amazing job, she is friendly and very talented.

The services I have received here have been outstanding! This is where I get my Botox from Sarah, which she is an expert in her field and knows exactly what you need. I received an EMS treatment from Autumn. I chose my stomach area, it was about 30 mins and it tightened, toned and took an inch off my waist! Terra at the front always has a great attitude and everyone is so welcoming. Highly recommend for all of your aesthetic needs.

I love this place!! I m 55. But I was feeling like 90. With my aging skin and dry, brittle grey hair. Arock salon literally turned back time with hifu, fibroblast, and laser hair removal along with facial massage. I have a hair technician that worked with my hair giving it back that shiny glow with proper hair products that were suggested to me. I needed a change. I wanted to go back to a dark overall color, but still wanted dimension throughout as I wear my hair curly everyday. Esther went above and beyond for me and I am absolutely in LOVE with the end results! The color is truly stunning, has tons of dimension, and is better than I could have imagined in. The salon is beautiful. The facial was great although a little more moisturizer couldve been used before I left. I have combination skin and its cold out so its key to stay moisturized. Dree did a fantastic job! She was very informative and helpful in making sure I understood the process and what all it entailed. She knew that I was very scared and she worked hard to be sure to take each step cautiously and be sure that I was okay each step we went. She made sure that my brows looked exactly the way that I wanted them to look and checked on me many times throughout the process. She was easy to talk to and made feel super comfortable. Would not recommend at all. My idea for a medium length curly bob went full Karen mated with a poofy poodle. I think the stylist tried and it seemed like she felt bad that the cut was unpleasant. Shes a nice lady, but, the result of my visit is one thats going to haunt me for months. Theres probably another business capable of giving you a more acceptable result for $50. Its even worse after a few days of trying to get used to it. Im embarrassed to go out in public. I should have just gone to walmart at this rate.

I went to this salon for the first time, and last time. I called to get a haircut and a blow out. The stylist whom I will not name was nice, but she didn t have a clue what a blow out was. I left the salon with my hair flat and frizzy. I think the owner should research the stylists credentials before letting them rent space. I literally could have done a better blow out myself. Disappointed

The salon was very clean and nice. I went there for eyelash extensions and although Katie did a great job, it wasn t quite what I personally was after. She had no problem refunding me and was very kind and careful around my eyes. If more voluminous lashes are your preference, then I would definitely recommend.

This place was a problem from trying to schedule an appointment to the finished result. I had to leave a voicemail and then had to reach out to the owner on social media just to get an appointment secured. Once the appointment was secured, I was in contact with the stylist Alyssa via text message, and I provided pictures of my hair and pictures of what style I wanted, which was blonde balayage, and requested to see her portfolio, which was like pulling teeth to get from her. When the appointment was finished, my hair was not blonde balayage, but strawberry blonde/orange from root to tip, and even Alyssa said before I got up from the chair that, oh, your hair picked up more red than I thought it would. We can fix that in a second sitting. I got to looking at my hair when I got home (and it looked more orange in natural light), and sent a message to Alyssa that I wanted a different stylist to correct the problem, as I wasn t confident in her ability after the results of the services she provided, and the owner contacted me asking me to come back across town to show her my hair (because Alyssa couldn t show her the pictures she took in the salon), and I didn t have the time to go all the way back. The owner then was extremely rude and told me I couldn t change stylists, and basically I was SOL on the horrible color job that Alyssa did. The owner, I believe her name is Autumn, is very rude and wouldn t help one bit even when Alyssa owned up to doing a poor job on my hair. I had to pay another stylist $200 to fix my hair and obviously damaged my hair (dried it out) due to having to color it twice. Stay far away from this salon, as they don t care about making it right, when they messed it up to begin with. Poor management, extremely poor attitudes, and poor service. ***ETA in response to Justine - the appointment was Aug 27, 2019 - what that has to do with anything as far as your response is beyond me. I reached out to Alyssa immediately and in text on August 28th at 0828 is when she responded, so it wasn t days later; I immediately expressed dissatisfaction with the color as again, before I even got up from the chair, Alyssa was offering to fix it in a second session. There was never any offer by Alyssa or the owner for a refund on services, or any concession in getting a different stylist to mitigate the damage. I never went back into your salon, and all interactions from there on was communicated via phone, so not sure what footage you re referring to, as again, I never stepped foot in there after I left that appointment. As far as how beautiful my hair turned out (again, Alyssa knew that she did a piss-poor job as she was trying to set me up to get it fixed before I got up from the chair), here s what I asked for and here s what I got. I also included the message from Alyssa admitting that the results were not acceptable.

Phenomenal! I have extremely long hair and dyed it dark. I walked in believing I would ultimately have to cut it. But, I kept my length, got my lighter natural color back. To top that, my hair doesnt even feel damaged. I dont style or put heat to my hair. Yet, its as soft as it was walking in. I recommend!
