I couldnt believe this place didnt have a line around the block! 3 burgers, one with cheese, 2 fries and a coke came out to just under $22. It was Good. Old fashioned, simple, good burger. The fries were super delicious. As in, they tasted like they used new oil to fry some good quality potatoes into a nostalgic tasting order of fries. Heres how it works. Its a drive-in where you exit your vehicle and walk up to order at the window. They give you a pager. When it goes off, you go get your food from the order window. Simple way to keep cost down. Well definitely be back when were in town again.

Girl qt window has NO idea what she is doing. Cant even write down a simple order . And then get our food and drive home and its ALL wrong . Thats sad . This use to be such a good place to eat . I WONT be going back there again . And if you do , check ALL your food before you leave.

I was raised enjoying these burgers, but this place has definitely went down hill and has been for years now. The service you get here is horrible, the man and girl both that take your order are rude and very impatient with therewhatelse response. On top of that what burger place sales bacon burgers but tells you they are out of bacon when you want to add to your family meal. They are just money hungry people that just want you to order the bacon burger meal then to add to your current order. If you dont have bacon which I have been told this every time I come now and ask thinking maybe this time they will have it. Suggestion Remove the extra sides and cost on menu for bacon if you wont sell it. And friends and family stop giving this company your money they are not worthy of anyones service.

I couldn t find anywhere to park , and the girl who told me to move my car was very rude. I expect good customer service when I go anywhere because I am a very patient and polite person . I will not be coming back. They need to get their parking situation fixed because it s all jacked up.

I have been going to Big Burger for years. Tonight the staff didn t feel like messing with their customers. Everything I ask for the young lady at the register said she wouldn t do because they were 10 minutes from closing. We were there at 8:10 and they usually close at 9:00. She told us she would sell us hamburgers and French Fries but that was all. We went ahead and ordered the burgers and when we got them home they were both overcooked and believe it or not the fries were hard as they could be. This will be my last review of this place as I am fed up with being treated like we are doing the place a favor instead of them providing customer service. Buyer beware this place will treat you they way they feel like. Kinda stupid with so many burger places but in town.

Burgers are in my opion are the best in town. I noticed a help wanted sign, need Casher. They NEED ONE VERY MUCH SO. The young lady and the guy both need to learn how to enteract with people and how to at least SMILE. Have a personality, be Friendly. NOT A GRENCH.

Usually have great service, went the other night and ordered a BBQ sandwich. I asked the guy in the window to take off the pickles and onions, and asked for cheese. He tells me the BBQ sandwich doesnt come with cheese, so I ask him I he can put cheese on there, he says and I quote no I cant put cheese on the sandwich because cheese is for burgers. I asked if he could sell me a slice of cheese on the side and he replied in an agitated voice that no they dont sell cheese on the side. By that time I was mad and decided to leave, as I got in my car I noticed him telling the little elderly lady in there and they started laughing. If that is how they are going to to handle customer service I dont want to go back and will discourage others from going

The big burger was an excellent old fashioned juicy hamburger. It was exactly what I was craving! You place your order, they give u an order ready alert device, and cook your meal while you wait. Parking: There was sufficient parking located around the building. Wheelchair accessibility: The order area & parking area is flat & wheelchair accessible.

The fries was ok bit to crispy. But I ordered drink with no ice got ice told them that it was wrong. I got told that I was wrong that I didnt say anything when the person ordering with me heard me say no ice also. Was told that I was wrong and next time say it out load and not in my head.
