Would rather shop for groceries here over Walmart any day. The parking lot is stupid, though. Dont make the main entrance/exit road right past the entrance/exit to the store. The drive to the main road should be on the far side past the gas station. I know Im not the only one to avoid this store because of the parking lot.

love this HEB! clean, in great area and plenty of parking. never had a problem with any employees until yesterday when i went and Jacob was the cashier. my husband and i start putting our groceries on the conveyer (no one was in his line so it was just us) and he was giving us the ugliest look. EXTREMELY RUDE. i looked at my husband and said are we doing something wrong bc i have never seen someone so rude while supposedly working in customer service. Jacob didn t say a WORD to my husband or I until my total came up. and that was the ONLY thing that was said to us. DO BETTER

The self-service staff had a bad attitude, rummaged through my food, even dropped it on the floor, still put the shopping bag in, didn t get any help, a big woman blocked my way, whispered to the staff next to her, was very unfriendly to me, discriminated against different faces, was it the staff of talent resources recruitment? Wearing tinted glasses, there were many problems with manual checkout, items were lost, I went back to the self-service checkout to pay for it myself

A rather new HEB, though I still prefer the old one in town, there are a few areas where this store excels, mainly the bakery, deli, meat and seafood. Staff at this store are very helpful and friendly. HEB feeds Texas, and does a great job at it! HEB for President!!!

This HEB is in a great location. There is ample parking. There is a gas station and a car wash. The car wash is under repair most of the time and therefore is not functional. I am not a fan of curbside here. My order is always missing items or contains damaged items..I would say 4 out of 6 times. I know mistakes happen but its annoying to have to travel back to the store to replace the items. When shopping in the store, its a good experience. I would jokingly describe it as club HEB .. the music is jamming and it has good vibes. The store is clean and well organized. The pharmacy is one of The BEST in the city. Do send your prescriptions here. They are quick friendly and have great hours. The employees in the store are so helpful, Marcus went out of his way to help us find a quick check out line and went and replaced a damaged item we had. Update 2024: adding, This store has a great pharmacy and outstanding customer service. Everyone is so helpful. Its a great place to shop!

Its 11:16 in the morning and I still havent received help. I need help to be able to work with my Favor account. But that has been delayed since there is no one at this location who can give me the card that I need.

I shop at HEB weekly spending $200-$300 per trip. Normally Im pleased with both the products and the service but the last two times I have gone have been bad experiences. This last time, the bagger was so concerned with how hot it was outside and so, in turn, how hot she was she kept arguing with the cashier to turn on her fan. That issue finally settled, she finally bagged our products. By the time we got to our car, the products were unbagged and all over the cart. My daughter and I had to stand outside IN THAT SAME HEAT and rebag everything just to load it. Bread was smashed and chips were just tossed in. We work hard for our money and it just sucks that they just dont care. $200/$300 a week may not be a lot to HEB but it is to us. We may have to look for somewhere that puts more care in how they treat the customers.

I am disappointed because of the 2 star rating. We normally truly like our HEB and have aways had a wonderful shopping experience. Thus are complaint concerns the young lady who sacked our groceries and damaged some of our items. First to be sure there is no mix up Christian M. our cashier was a delight and very friendly, very personable as well with a welcoming smile. However this young lady literally through our items in my mobile cart without care and on top of each other to the point my wife and I were concerned glass jars would break. Tossing or milk allowing it to fall over and leaving it as is. The date and our receipt time showed 9:29 am 5/18/24 if you care to review the playback.

I like to go shopping in this place because they have good quality products and I find ingredients that are not available elsewhere. The flour tortillas they make in the store are very tasty and it shows, because they are generally finished quickly, they are the ones that most resemble the ones I am used to so if you are interested in trying there is a greater chance that you will find them in the morning. They always have good order and good customer service. Just like in other places, prices vary depending on the brands. They generally have offers on products where you can use coupons that they have in the aisles from time to time you can come across a nice offer. In general, most of the time I find everything I need in that store, but there are still products that from time to time I cant find because they are out of stock or they dont carry them.

You simply have to shop here to get iy. Store brand is often better quality than label brands. You can outfit your entire kitchen from scratch. Lots of good sales. Only weakness Ive found is school supplies are limited and usually only the store brand. But thats what Target is for! Lol

Has gone down hill so bad it s embarrassing. They ve forgotten stuff over 3 times for curb side pick up. I ALWAYS end up bagging my own groceries, with a TODDLER. The employees are consistently rude, talk down to you. The curbside consistently picks the worst choice of produce, ensures that it expires within a day. I m just DONE. Such a disappointment. Don t ask for premium pricing and give subpar, Walmart level service. I ll be using market street only from now on.

Miss representing prices. Management states, They are too busy to correct the labels on products. Review your receipt very well because other cashiers state the system is faulty and always rings up products incorrectly. When management was also asked this, they started, We cant do anything about this either. We wont keep shopping here knowing they know all this and are very okay with taking the customers money this way and seeing nothing wrong with this practice.

HEB what can I say. HEB is the best I dont think I can find a bad heb really. This one is a new one but they have kept it nice and easy to move inside in. I mistakenly used the self checkout for more than ten items, and the screen turned red twice so the little guy came over and fixed it and proceeded to explain to me what I did wrong, and that those checkouts were for 10 items only, ok I didnt know that but he went on to stand 5 ft from me staring at me the whole time like I was going to steal something! I am not a thief and wont be treated like one. He was very disrespectful to his elder and suggested that next time I come back...so I went ahead and let him know that I wont come back. I will go back to using Walmart unfortunately.

Had more than one negative experience here. The workers shopping for online orders get in the way and have no care for shoppers. Nor do some of them have any class or situational awareness at all. Recently I was shopping, cart and person both standing in the way as he visited with a fellow coworker, saying anything he wanted, completely unfiltered, dropping F-bombs with no care of who is listening. Men, women, and children all within earshot. Had a negative encounter with a different employee a different time and talked to management about it and he didn t act like he cared, so I didn t even bother bringing this one up because I figured it would fall on deaf ears again.

When you get rushed through a line by impatient customers and you havent even paid yet...then you have to bag your own groceries...and then the damned cashier that looks like Cruela DeVille doesnt even help you bag anything...theres something definitely wrong there. I have never had a bad experience at HEB until today. I wanted to buy fresher produce than WalMart has . The iceberg lettuce at WalMart is spoiled and I have to pick through it before I find a head that isnt brown. Today, at HEB, I found NO head of iceberg lettuce that were past brown-they were spoiling. Another shopper commented on the condition of the heads also. We both tried to find some bags of chopped iceberg and they were completely sold out. I imagine this is because the shoppers before me wouldnt buy tge rotten heads either. This stuff was worse than WalMart. Then, all of the full service checkouts had long lines, so I used the self checkout, against my better judgment. Things dont scan or you get a pop-up you placed something in the wrong place and a clerk has to come over and clear that. The self checkouts here are awful. WalMarts are easier. HEB get with it. Your quality of items has slipped and your checkout is awful!!

I like HEB but I dont like the curbside... Ordering online was easy to navigate but apart from that the experience was not that great. The area to park is so small, I was missing my shrimp from my order, which I called about and I was refunded, but the rest of my order was thrown together haphazardly, my blackberries container had opened and I had blackberries all over the place. Just seemed so unorganized for a grocery store such as HEB, think Ill stick with Market Street when it comes to curbside...
