JT did an amazing job clearing some of the 24 acres on my raw land in Dickinson, TX. We got rained out several times over three months. We found a dry period, but as luck would have it, it rained 2.5 inches on the day and another 1.5 inches over the next three days. It seems the forest was fighting back. Despite this, his crew did an amazing job. Although I didnt get as much cleared as I wanted, it was a fortunate accident because it looks great. Weve decided to keep the rest of the trees, except for a few invasives, which aren t as bad as we first thought. JT s driver, Chris, saved some amazing pine trees for my daughters treehouse. Dalton cleared out a fence that had become one with the trees. Mulchers and metal don t mix. JT said this was the thickest his Barko 930B has seen, and now I m left with mulch to build my pastures. As a former Navy SEAL with PTSD and TBI, this project means a lot to me, my veteran friends, and the brother I ve lost. It s been proven that agriculture significantly helps with PTSD, and this ranch will serve that purpose. We ll be raising sheep and goats for dog food that will be donated to veterans with service dogs. Anyway, this is becoming long-winded. JT and his equipment are top-notch.

Initially I was pleased with the painting crew. Theyre all nice guys (apparently mostly family or friends) but I discovered Raymond was the only painter I could consistently count on. I always requested Raymond and he would show up initially to get the job started, but would then leave to attend to other jobs. When Raymond wasnt actually doing the work there were numerous mistakes - too many to name. Fortunately Ive found a truly outstanding painting contractor that will be my painting contractor from here on out - Ball Brothers Painting. You wont be disappointed with them - guaranteed.

They did a good job with the power washing; HOWEVER, if you have an older home (mine was built in 2006), the window washing (which they strongly recommend if you have power washing) has penetrated into several of the double paned windows and made them look cloudy and dirty. I wish I had not had them washed by this company (or at all) as they looked much better before. My office window looks the worst and that s where I spend a big portion of my time (see photo) The fix they suggested was to get new windows.

I think this business is wonderful. I hired Westlake Home to pressure wash our house, drive, sidewalks, porch, and back patio.Then I also hired them to wash our windows inside and out, and wash the filth trapped in our sills out. They showed up with a big, friendly, very professional team of people who were well organized and worked hard and well. They got the whole thing done in a morning and we have a pretty sizable amount of windows in this two story suburban house. They did a fantastic job, I d absolutely hire them again. I am a hard worker who does things very carefully, ie I am obsessed about doing things the right way. Westlake did things the right way, no cut corners. So: thumbs way up, and I m going to get a bid from them within the next year or so for repainting our house and restating our fences and balcony decking. If their paint crew is as professional as their pressure and widow washing crew, then the quality should be excellent, which is what I care about.

These guys were very professional. We needed to have our house painted while we were moved out, but prior to our renters moving in. Westlake H&C worked with us even when our calendars made it difficult to coordinate the work. I recommend them for any project, and do not dread painting projects anymore! We will use no one else when it comes to taking care of the painting of our home. PLUS, THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING! Even the floors corners, where EVERY OTHER PAINTER leaves those constellations of paint dots. Not Westlake, if they got paint on the floor, wed never know it, because they probably cleaned it immediately.

Just hope they don t show up to your neighbors house and start over spraying your newly detailed car with moldicide. When approached about the white spots all over my car, I was told it won t hurt it . When I asked why didn t they knock on the door and I would have happily moved the car, they just shrugged their shoulders and went back to spraying. I certainly know one company I will not be dealing with.

Shayne and crew were fantastic to work with! I called and scheduled an appointment for the following week. They came out while I was at work to survey what I needed and sent me a bid via email. We negotiated from there and they also came out while I was at work to power wash our entire back deck and the 20 year old stonework work that surrounds it as well as washing the outside windows. I was astounded when I got home! My backyard looked as good as I did the day we finished our build-out. I havent had any other service like it in 20 years of trying to clean dirt and mold off of our Stone. When we were preparing to put our house on the market, I considered replacing the carpets in several rooms because they appeared to beyond saving. However, that would have cost many (many) thousands of dollars so I decided having them professionally cleaned was worth a shot. I also wanted to have the tiles and grout cleaned at the same time. If youve ever tried cleaning grout, its a tedious job and very difficult to get good results. So, I called Westlake H&C, I figured they would at least be able to get the tile / grout looking good, but my expectations for the carpet were not high. I went back to the house a few days after they finished, and was absolutely amazed at how good the carpets looked. The tiles were spotless and every grout line in the house was bright white. It was all far beyond my expectations and I ended up not needing to replace a single square foot of carpet anywhere in the house.

The crew was very professional and we were very pleased with the results. Our 27 year old tile roof had bad mildew especially on the east side. We had roof cleaned as well as our long exposed aggregate driveway. Both came out looking new. Happy to recommend Westlake.

I called Westlake Power Washing in a pinch when an outside party had to be moved into our filthy garage due to weather. Weve used this firm for both their upholstery cleaning and to power wash our pool deck, and in both instances they performed above expectations. Super professional and did a fantastic job cleaning the exterior of my home and my windows. I made the mistake of having my home exterior cleaned via a power wash company in the past and they didnt do nearly as good of a job as WH&CS and even peeled paint from my house. I will hire these guys again for sure!

My experience with Westlake Home and Commercial Services was great from start to finish. The windows of my 2-story home had not been cleaned for over 2 years and they needed a serious cleaning.. I needed someone to come and take down all the window screens, wash them, and check them for damage. Then thoroughly clean the windows and window sills inside and out, and re-hang the screens. I used Angies List and neighborhood mailouts to find a vetted window washing service. After reviewing 3-4 websites I chose Westlake. From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with them. It was easy to get in touch with them, and get on their schedule. They provided a written estimate for the work I needed that, clearly outlined what they would do and what the charges would be. The final bill was the same as the estimate....no surprises. The guys who came out were on time and went right to work. They did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
