Chicken had a really nice bite to it, sizeable, thick chicken fingers with a crispy breading that didnt go overboard. I just wish they were a little warmer. White gravy was a decent dipping sauce. It could have used a bit more pepper to it, but hey, you can always add more. Wait time was short, and the staff were friendly. Interior was clean and neat. Would come back again.

Amazing food. Every item was delicious! And the chicken fingers were So moist. I will always stop here when in town. Do not miss the jalapeño pasta salad! And service is lovely, friendly and so welcoming. Thank You for doing every aspect of it right.

Friendly servers ... decent chicken and sides ... decent prices if you catch one of their specials. Otherwise, they are more expensive than KFC. I do, however, try to support local businesses. Be careful if you are sensitive to MSG; Roosters uses it.

This restaurant is a gem! Came in for lunch and restaurant was very clean and the counter staff was very friendly. I asked about BBQ sandwich and they offered a sample. I ordered BBQ sandwich with toasted bun and OKRA. Food was what I expected. Hot.Tasty. and Affordable.

I really love the experience Giselle was an awesome awesome cashier it was right before yall were going to close yall ran out of mashed potatoes and she took the time and said no maam Ill make you some mashed potatoes ... The food is good, but can t help but feel the customer isn t considered in a lot of decisions the company has made. Drive thru intercom has been broken for a long time, so orders take a lot longer. Hours are erratic. Open times online are completely wrong and even times on the doors can be wrong since I ve driven up plenty of times and they ve been closed. I really want to support local businesses, but some businesses almost feel consumer hostile. Not much near PaulAnn so I guess I ll still come here consistently. I just usually leave the drive thru annoyed. UPDATE: I wrote this review waiting in the drive thru. After 30 minutes I finally got to the window to put my order in. Just a heads up. Download a podcast before you get in line.

The chicken and rojos were good ... But the rolls and white gravy were terrible!! The rolls were very stale. The gravy was as thin as water with no flavor. It wouldnt stick to the chicken and was so thin it wouldnt even hold the seasoning. The salt and pepper was all in the bottom. No amount of stirring would get it to mix. Do not plan on ever returning.

I and my late wife always enjoyed going to roosters. We love rooster style chicken, and love those rojos. They have a really nice atmosphere. Their facilities and restaurant is very clean. The food does not take long to get. Everybody is very friendly. I recommend roosters to everyone.

Their drive-thru microphone has been disabled for years. They dont really actually care about the customer or they would have fixed it by now. I waited for 30 minutes in their line, and eventually ran out of gas. The person that answered the phone whenever I tried to voice complaint was unconcerned. Perhaps this is why theyve already lost one location. I literally ran out of gas trying to get an order of fries. I had to jump out of my Explorer and pull out my gas can just to get out of the line! It was faster for me to abandon their line and go across the street to Taco Bell and order some cheap garbage food. Their food is nice, but their customer service is abysmal. I would not recommend, was not worth it, ruined my day.

Very very friendly counter service. Interior of the dining room very clean. Price is a little deceptive but still reasonable. Chicken had a high-pitched crunch when you been into it even though it was made about half an hour ago maybe. The baked beans are on the sweet side but still good. The jalapeno pasta is a cold pasta with a Zing of jalapeno to it. Fountain drinks are offered here instead of just can or bottle which is a good thing.
