I placed an order on the app and they didn t received an order. Ok this is not your fault. My mom on the way back home and pass by there to pick them up, she cannot speak English. Ok you didn t get the order, can I place the order again on the phone and she pay for that? The lady on the phone just tells me I ll be with you for the order and she gives my mom s phone back and never comes back, NEVER COME BACK! Seriously? This is the way you deal with customer? Popeyes! Listen! Get some help with hiring employees! I ve been to only a few Popeyes locations. And this is the third horrible place already!

Food sucked and the manager or leader there was rude her name MARCELA talking mess about the customer while having her speaker is on. Didn t even get my order put in and then walked off and let the guy from the lane come get my order and she never came back to the window since I called her out about talking about me in Spanish. Just remember lady some people know more then one language. And we asked to hold before putting our order in shouldn t be a bad thing. The company needs to retrain her and give her hospitality class.

This place is horrible. They need better management.I waited 6mos to try this place again thinking it would change. They allow there employees to eat while cooking and preparing your food. This has happened 4 times in the past. The cashierhadthe nerve to ask me to hold on while she walked back behind the chicken counter to take a drink and a bite of food. My next call is to the health department. OH and the manager in the Grey shirt was standing right there on multiple occasions. Stay away from this place if you like safe food.

Everyone was extremely lost. everyone was arguing with each other trying to hand off work because they themselves didn t want to do it. Manager was lost, cashier asked her a question and she shrugs and goes i don t know . Guy went into the bathroom and in the 20 minutes we sat and ate he didn t come out. Nothing was clean, floors are sticky and tables are filled with crumbs. Drink machine also didn t have ice or most drinks. Overall the workers are lazy and the food is gross.

The chicken was fried golden brown, beans and rice were delicious and portioned just right with amount of rice and beans/gravy. Ordered 16 pc family meal, unpacked bag, and there were no biscuits which are listed to be included in the family meal. They didn t pack the biscuits. Unfortunately it s not the first time. Same thing happened at a different location. Checklist packing should be mandatory, part of food service training, and reinforced.

I went there and tried to order the same meal I always get. Only today the drive thru person must be new or incompetent. I tried to order the $25 blackened 12pc tenders family meal and I was told it doesn t exist. That I can only get spicy or mild. This is wrong and I told the person I have ordered it from this location before. I just ordered it a few days ago. I said it s even online on Popeyes website and again this incompetent worker, then tried to tell me it s only an app special. That I will have to order it through the app. Which is incorrect because I was on the website not on the app. At that point I just drove off. Please hire people who knows how to do their job! I dont have a question I have a complaint. I went to the store in Missouri City, I ask for the 20 piece special she ask if I wanted it mild or spicy I ask if I could have a mix she said yes! ! I ask her to put the mild on the top and the spicy on the bottom. When I got home I found that not Only was all the chicken spicy but when I picked the chicken up it just broke apart so dray crunchy and hard, I immediately call the stor and the lady I spoke to I explained she said you can bring the chicken back, I said I went to Roshan home and that I could not come back, she said when come back I will replace Only the 5 pieces that should have been mile, I said No!!! Youre going to replace my box because I just explained everything that was wrong she than when you come back bring the box, I ask who was her boss she said Im the manager I ok but who is your boss she said I am. I than got very upset and started to curse because now youre nolonger being a manager your now asking like an angry guess, I got upset because she didnt care where I drove to and didnt care that the product she sold not good and obviously had been sitting up. I dont know who this owner is! But she represents you and you rely on her to serve a product that is of Popeyes standards I paid 22 dollars it is so much going on right now and to be treated like this! No one knows what ppl are going through but I want to know who the owner is. I want my money back!!!! And you should get a manager who care about the community than the chicken.

Felt rushed when I was placing my order. The car before me seemed to be a friend of the person working there and so since she was distracted she gave me the wrong order I didn t know until I got home. I should ve known to check before I left but I didn t. My soda tasted terrible. My Mac & cheese was just awful. Chicken was good. And in the end like about 1 hour later my stomach started hurting a lot. Popeyes food has really gone downhill unless it s just some locations I don t know. I was very disappointed I was starving and didn t have anything else to eat so I kept eating but I couldn t with the Mac & cheese that was too much I feel like I could taste idk like plastic? Trash...poor customer service...The tall black young man with plaits (didnt get a name because he was apparently operating the host drawer-Alexandra). He did not even give me a chance to order properly, he kept rushing me, and repeatedly said no to things I was asking of ex. Can I have extra mayo added to the order, do yall still have the tackle box special? etc.) Everything was no. Only to receive the order and the fries were thrown in the bag and ketchup pkgs. thrown on top with no pkg./bag for the fries....NEGATIVE.. Mgmt. did not apologize for the horrible service either. You would have actually receive no stars, but unfortunately it is what it is. I would never give you my service or refer anyone to this location. VERY UPSETTING!!!! Today I was craving some wings very badly. I was gonna go to wing stop, but then, I remembered Popeyes came out with some new wings and I wanted give them a try. I ordered a 12 piece wing, half garlic parmesan and half honey bbq. The did not give me any ranch the first time I asked, so I had to go back to the window and ask again. When I came back, the guy at the window was on his phone and didnt realize that I was sitting there.... He eventually came to window and gave me my ranch. I proceeded to go home to eat my food. I got ready to eat my food then I opened the wing containers. There was barely any sauce on the barbecue wings unlike the picture that was advertised. I then thought, maybe I just need to shake them up. I shook the container to try and coat the sauce for at least 10-15 seconds and THE WINGS WHERE STILL UNCOATED. The garlic park wings where decently coated and tasted fine. But the bbq... Absolutely not. I had to get my own barbecue sauce out my pantry to sauce them completely. Very dissatisfied and was a waste of my $12.

As a customer, its not the most pleasant experience to approach someone who doesnt exude friendliness. I believe a small adjustment in her approach, perhaps a smile or a more approachable greeting, would significantly improve the initial interaction. Its essential for the front-of-house staff to create a positive first impression, setting the tone for the rest of the dining experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as a simple improvement in the welcoming atmosphere can make a considerable difference for patrons. As a native Louisianian, I havent been to a Popeyes outside of Cajun Country in 10 years. My first taste was at a Popeyes near Fort Polk, La. Best fried chicken Ive had ever. Today, I stopped here. Its different. Not bad but different. I tasted the aromatic flavors of coleslaw on the biscuits. They must store them together in the fridge. I missed the salted pop of the first bite (a good thing), but the next flavor of garlic and heat were muted. Still the best fried chicken, ever. But you (corporate) have taken away some of the brands magic. Im going to New Orleans in December. 621 Canal Street, please tell me I can still get the best; from the best. Sugarland, may want to dust off the Copelands Bible of damn good chicken again. But if you dont, Ill still be back. Love my Chicken from Popeyes.

The chicken itself is ok, but the outer portion is too thick and crunchy. The mashed potatoes come with the gravy already added to the container which doesnt allow you to distribute the gray as you want it. The Mac & cheese is too mushy, mostly cheese and very little macaroni. The interior of this location is mostly clean and the self serve coke machine works fine.

This cooks at this location are extremely talented! The chicken tenders are cooked to almost perfection: the outside crispy with the inside tender and moist. The mashed potatoes are probably instant, but I am not certain because they dont have that instant taste. The biscuits are so AWESOME they could also be a dessert if honey or jam was offered as a condiment. I could easily eat here three or more times a week!!!!

I stopped by this location yesterday 12-21-2022 Order the 16pcs family meal and my wife and I got really sick serious diarrhea all night! I call the store to speak with the person in-charge of the restaurant but the overall attitude towards my situation is the she didn t care. Marcela the general manager was very unhelpful. I just don t think it s fair to pay $50 in food just to get sick and for Popeyes to do nothing about it. Only because a .25 is not available. Highly disappointed in the repeated poor quality in food at this location. Southwest Freeway near Sweetwater is amazing and consistent. Prices are grotesque everywhere right now. Cherry coke is not cherry coke. Owner going cheap on ingredients and products. Ordered 2 crunchy chicken sandwiches and then 1 small cup of spicy mayo that they put on the spicy chicken they (manager female with looked like henna tattoos) said they dont do that. I said I have been ordering it like that for years from the fortbend toll road and highway 6 location by kroger location. We dont do that here. FYI -- Way better quality food at the Fortbend location and drinks and they dont sacrifice quality for profit. I eat at a lot of restaurants constantly maybe 3 times or more a week. Definitely not eating here or recommending location.

Great Fast Service!! The Blackened Chicken Sandwich is Amazing! Thank GOD LA Fitness is next door(5402 Highway 6) so I can work that Apple Cinnamon Pie off! That was amazing too! This is my 3rd time over the past week coming here! I love it Food

I placed an online order at 10:47 pm. When I got there at 10:52 they said they were closed and never got my online order. The night manager was the rudest person Ive met in a while. They argued with me about my order, got upset when I didnt know the sides kept cutting me off and was generally upset that I was there during business hours to buy food. I will just go to Wendys next time. Just unprofessional and trashy

I dont know what it is but this seems to be only at the ones in the Houston and surrounding area Popeyes. Whenever you order the spicy chicken its not spicy at all like it used to be years ago or at least on par like the ones in Lousiana. Also this location in particular will serve you day old dry chicken drive the extra mile to any other location than this one.

I always like coming to this Popeyes, the staff are nice and professional and the food is hot, fresh and delicious. Its never a major line and no one has attitudes when you order. I came here the other day and I was in and out the drive thru with ease. Great experience.

Lousy drive thru service. Order taker could not understand my clear college level dictio, and l could not comprehend her gutter slang. Ordered spicy 3pc meal with dark meat and mashed potato side, which was supposed to be included. Chicken NOT spicy at al, in fact tasteless. Got one drum sti k, one wing, and one breast. The mashed potato side was missing completely. Obviously the owner does not care. The franchise is going to go bankrupt at this rate. Better sell their stock short.

Never had any problems with this location before but todays order was wrong. I wanted to order a 10 pc chicken family meal and they said they have 11pcs. I told them ok, 11pcs is good. I should have opened and checked my order when I got it but I figured what could go wrong. I got home and saw that they gave me 9pcs (8pcs chicken tenders and 1pcs fried skin). I did not order tenders. They charged me $31.00 for 8 pcs chicken tender meal. I was not going to drive another 20-30 minutes to fix the problem. Also, the chicken tenders did not taste like chicken.

Hiighwat 6 near Dulles ..Old chicken so hard it cut my lip. Attitude from staff and no apology. I even asked if the chicken was fresh and they LIED...I would suggest the Popeyes at 69 and Unversity..they have actually trained their staff on customer service

Bad experience from the beginning! Me: I have a coupon code Pop: I ll get the coupon at the window Me: No coupon just a code from my phone Pop: We don t do that! Me: It was sent to us from Popeyes in a text or email IDK the boss (families patriarch) told me it says just give cashier the code. Pop: that s no good here (manager in background take code and put it in like a regular paper coupon ok your total is . Me: I m not done Do you have the the gallon of tea still for sale? Pop: No we don t do that anymore! Me: Your sign says it on the menu Pop: Well we don t have the bags your total is Me: Hold on I haven t given you the rest of the order Pop: What else? Me: I need A,B,C Pop: Ok come to the window Me : MAAM I M NOT FINISHED Pop: What else?!?! Me: A drink and pie Pop: come to the window Me: What s my total? Pop: I ll tell you at the window!! At this point I m not happy but I have my 10 yr old niece with me and she is still sweat and innocent and for some reason really likes me so I bite my tongue I get to the window and whatever the $$ she said wasn t close to even the high end of my math test at the order board when I asked for the total the first couple of times. Me: that can t be right Pop: It s the price the register says!!! Me: you put in the code? May I look at the receipt? Pop: *huhhh* HOW YOU PRINT A RECEIPT BEFORE YOU GET THE MONEY? Manager: Why? Pop: He say I make him overpay!!! Manager walks over looks at the register and says did you put the code in like I said? Pop:yeah!!! with a head bob only a practiced vet couple pull off. Man: Where is it? Pop: I don t know my job is what you want take the money and give them food. Now I m supposed to be wearing a black turtleneck and spossed to know how the register works!?! I don t work at google my name ain t Steve Hobbs how I m spossed to know how that thing works? Well I get home and it s the wrong food and the food is nasty. But as long as they have Steve Hobbs working on it you know it ll get better
