Have mercy, where to begin?! Since the infused pandemic, customer service has gone straight to the dogs. As time has progressed this becomes more and more evident. Todays experience hardly merits a review, however, the Brandon level of IDK what to call it really drives it. Nothing extraordinary about our order, yet, after we pay at the 1st window, we move along to the next window, get our drinks and are asked to move again to the next window still, only after the car ahead of us moves outta the way. The line behind us grows. Five cars are asked to pull over and wait for their order, Those same customers whos orders were taken well after we placed ours are now receiving their orders and weve been waiting for over 10 minutes. Wife goes inside to address the issue, gets a who farted look with no recourse from the manager, the employees were running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to get things done. Lack of leadership? Perhaps a level of corporate pressure to meet and exceed the service metrics for processing orders ?? What ever the fall out, the customers suffer, customer service suffers and the unnecessary stress is elevated due to poor management and or training. Well never return to this location and weill be dumping all stock options that are tied to the McDonalds franchise. P.S. This McDonalds location SUCKS. DA DA DAT DAT DA NOT LOVING IT!

They Never get my order right and they re always forgetting something. It s infuriating when you realize that you didn t get all your food or even the right food. Add the lengthy curbside pickup time to the whole situation and it s not worth it anymore. In my opinion, this used to be the best McDonald s in town, now I d rather drive across town to the other ones.

It was ok. The restaurant was clean. They were out of frappe coffees. I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was so dry and the brioche bun was tough. I couldnt even eat the bottom bun. There was no mayo, ketchup, mustard, or any kind of sauce whatsoever on the sandwich. I ordered extra pickles, so they put 2 extra pickles on my sandwich which helped a little. The fries were hot and fresh. Definitely not worth the $11 this meal cost. I should have just ordered the $2 McChicken.

As a previous general manager of a fast food place I feel that this McDonalds needs to get their managers in check the attitude they give their customers is ridiculous. Especially today. Im not a complainer but Im more than willing to come help train your managers on customer service skills!!! G-granddaughter and some other kids from church enjoyed their food and the playground. The kids say the playground is awesome. There is dining room and play area that is soundproof from the rest of the restaurant. There is seating in both places. There is a drive through if you just wnt to order and go. I took my mom here through the drive through yesterday..its been our thing for years, and since I got married and have 6 kids, we dont get the opportunity to do this like we used too. Now write this because Ive been reading everywhere as well as seeing advertisements about McDonalds revamping their burgers to be juicy and better tasting. My mom even said something about it yesterday, so she was excited. Well..drive thru was fast...faster than normal...and we were very optimistic. She ordered a big Mac and large fry, I did 2 double cheeseburgers with no muster and ketchup and added mayo, with a large fry, large Dr. Pepper and 2 sides of ranch, and 2 sides of sweet and sour... Now we get our order, and get to my moms house, which is 5 minutes away...literally!! The burgers were dry. Infact they had to be old and sat in the warmers...and the fries were cold, and the sauces I requested werent in the bag either!! Now I used to work at this McDonalds, and know that the owners of the franchise would be pretty ticked about this, and should be told. The managment never, I repeat Never!! Holds themselves or their subordinates accountable...so highly advise going to burger King or maybe even gorilla burger...

I literally never have a good experience at S Bryant s location. I ve given this place 3 tries, once my burger was missing the top bun, the second time I was missing a happy meal for my kid and this time I did a mobile order. Took my granddaughter and some of her friends there and right in the middle of her ordering her food the person working the window just cut the speaker off and started talking to the other lane orders. And then I was gonna tell the person that was working window number one the he had the order wrong cause he put a quarter pounder on the ticket that hamburger was $11.09 just for the hamburger and as soon he opened his window he immediately started apologizing for the wait and the speaker shutting off. Making all kinds of excuses, didnt even count my change back to me he took the receipt and put the money with hand the change back and shut the window in our face, pulled up to the next window and I mentioned it to that person he looked at me like I was stupid and then he just stood at the window with a bag in one hand and messing with the food try he pulls off of closes the window, I hollered at him and just told him to give the food to us, then he shuts the window waits a couple of minutes then hands the drinks out. Then he. Looks at me while we are sitting here and mubbles some words I couldnt even hear what he was trying to tell me, and I would go to manger to the first window and tell him to we took off my granddaughter asked for her fries and none of the fries where in the back had to go all the way back, you would think being next to a busy freeway heavy traffic, they would have there speakers turned up so they could hear what the customer orders and they would key the order and have the intercome turned up so the customers could here the cashier, cause 4 sandwiches, 4fries, 4 drinks should have been around $25 to $30 for dinner, not no $54. 00 someone got a good tip today.. wont be back.

I picked up lunch for my son to go to his field trip with him and I ordered the 2 cheese burger meal for him and when I got to the park and it opened the bag.... it was a chicken nugget meal. I looked at the receipt and it clearly said cheese burger meal so my son didnt eat till the trip was over. On another day I went to get a mc rib and they put Mac Sauce on my McRib!! Just got home with my quarter pounder. Opened the bun, put some pepper on it & took a bite. Tasted AWFUL & was ice cold. Looked at the patty & it was raw inside - not rare, RAW! I had to brush my teeth to get the taste of stale cow blood out my mouth. Disgusting! And I even go in & use the order station so I can check the well done option. I also have to check to make sure the bacon I ordered is actually on the burger as they never get my order right. I had to re-cook the meat - if I had wanted to cook I wouldnt have gone out! Took an hour to get my cold $60 order. Only gave me ~$40 of it the first time. From having to redo order on kiosk 2 times to going back up to get the right things for ny order 2 times. did not have a great experience..we were told to pull forward to wait for 2 m doubles and 1 mcchicken...they forgot about us ..we waited as all the other cars drove off with their food ...THEN when I decided to go inside to see what was going on, the person who got my food for me acted like I was a bother. never going back to that store.

This is by far the worst McDonald s I have ever been to. Just an example, today my husband and I went there in the drive thru and ordered a large fry. We paid and got our order. When I looked in the bag the it wasn t even halfway full. We paid $4.21 for less then a half order of fries. I tried calling up there because we didn t have time to turn around and let them know, but the phone rang and was never answered. The service was terrible and the fact that I didn t get a full order of fries is insanely disappointing.

Catalina is rude and awful for laughing in my face and insulting my intelligence. Apparently in order to be a manager at this location, you just have to be rude, not understand numbers and laugh in your paying customers face. To stand at the counter and be completely ignored by the manager Catalina but then get enough of her attention for her to laugh in my face and make smart mouth comments when she didn t think I could hear. Sorry McDonalds is the best you ll ever do Catalina, don t take it out on customers!!
