We appreciate the space. There is a dog and human water fountain and separated areas for large and small dogs. I love that theres a long stretch of grass for fetch.

Two sections both jumps and tubes for the dogs to walk through. Even a fire hydrant haha. Plenty of space for them to roam. And they have a water fountain on both sides for humans and dogs. Dog-friendliness: Small dog and large dog side

This is a nice place to take your dog off leash. No kids 10 or under are allowed. I have a small dog. We try to go in the park when no one else is there. We saw a big dog fight recently in the big dog park. I m sorry to say it traumatized me and my dog. I keep my dog away from other dogs and people. I ve already had too many vet bills this year, thankfully they had nothing to do with dog fights. We go to that park to walk on the sidewalk - mostly for me, and there are bathrooms at the little park across the street. So it s a good place for us to exercise. There are not enough trees so it is really hot during the summer. It will be nicer next month.

Folks bringing their dogs to the park are generally quite friendly and keep their animals in check to prevent any aggressive behaviors to develop . After informing the City Parks Department that the grass at the park was getting quite high which was hiding dog dug holes as deep as a foot deep . These holes could present a injury to patrons walking throughout the park area . The lady I talked with seemed to be surprised and was very helpful to get these problems to be taken care of promptly . I took my dogs to the park this morning and the grass was mowed , Down tree limbs were removed and park looked tidy . Thanks to the Parks Department for a quick response to my concerns.

The park is about as good as they get. In my opinion the park was the perfect size, not too large and not too small. There was quite a bit of good grass and a Sandy play area that probably was grass once upon a time. Its okay, far better than rocks and as long as not raining, should be always good. And even then, I dont know how would be maybe it wouldnt be an issue. For the most part doing a pretty good job of picking up after their dogs. Of course you have those handful of people who are very inconsiderate however, you wont get away from that completely no matter where you go!

So happy to find a dog park on our travels. Appreciate being able to let our small dog run free. The small dog area didn t have water or shade, but the large dog area may have been better. Some of the toys were broken. Overall, good stop, but not amazing.

A very peaceful area, and from my perspective on the first time visiting with a friend, it seems like all the other people with their dogs knew each other. All the animals got along with each other. It has water for the dogs and bags for the poop and also has a nice double gated fence. There are lots of stickers on the ground and there are patches or areas with lots of mud when wet but other than that its spacious for even the bigger friends who have the zoomies. I wish I had pictures but I forgot

FULL OF PRICKERS! My dog couldn t even step 5 feet without his paws being covered in prickers and him limping. How can you call this a dog park if the dogs can t even walk in it? My shoes are covered and my fingers are bleeding from removing all the prickers off my dogs paws. And that s not even the worst part. I picked up multiple pieces of BROKEN GLASS! There is no shade for the humans in the small dog park and only a few trees with a tiny bit of shade in the large dog park.

This was a great little place to take our dogs while we were traveling through! You park about an eighth of a mile or so from the park, itself, and there are nice sidewalks to get you there. Once inside, you can sit in the shade of severl big, beautiful mesquite trees. There are water stations, which many parks around the west dont offer. There are many larger toy balls for dogs to play with. No agility elements or anything fancy, just a solid woven wire fence and a lot of room to run around and be a dog. Some of the park is dirt but Id say somewhere around half of it is nice green grass. Our girls really enjoyed it!

This place is so full of sticker plants and fire ant mounds our dog could not even walk around and it seems to be unkept for a while...its not really a dog park..its just simply a fenced enclosre in need of work!

Been to a lot of dog parks in many states, this one is average. Few trees, none covering the seated areas. They do have obstacles for the dogs, but run area could be a lot larger. Its fine for a brief time, but dont play fetch. Fences low, not a lot of room to throw and run.

Beautiful Park! But I cant give it a five because there are so many stickers in the dog park the dogs can not nor will not play. A local I met there said theyve been trying to get something done about it for a while but to no avail. Unless your dog has shoes and short hair I would not suggest visiting.

This place is an amazing place to let your dog socialize as well as yourself. Please pick up after your dog as this is a community and many folks regularly come here, dont ruin it! The regulars like to be playful and the dogs here are all very well socialized. Some folks (if you give them permission, they always ask) even share treats with your loved ones! There is plenty of room for them to run, its a very nice sized park and is separated by weight so you dont need to worry about your poodle getting ran over by a German Shepherd.

We were in town visiting family and used the dog park several times to give our puppies a break from the hotel. The facilities here are absolutely fantastic! There are two separate areas, one for smaller dogs and one for all dogs. Both have water available for both people and pets.

The park has a nice set up. Could use grass in some areas to keep the dogs from getting so muddy. Overall, the people Ive met there were nice and responsible. My one negative comment would go to the people who are not responsible pet owners. I pick up after my dog EVERYTIME he defecates. But Ive seen fecal matter on the sidewalk, literally on the sidewalk, and the landscape on both sides of the sidewalk from the parking lot to the park entrances, as well as all over the dog park itself. Its really rude and fecal matter can carry disease. Please be responsible for your own pet. It is not everyone elses responsibility to do your job. They cant make it any easier. For heavens sake, there are always doggie bags right at the entrance. Use them please. And thank you!

Pretty good park. The doggy waste bags are always stocked (yay!) and the fountains work. Wish there was more grass, less dirt, but I know its hard to seed and grow new grass with dogs running on it daily. Best time to hit the park in the summer is around 7:00pm when its starting to cool off and theres more shade. Past 8:30pm expect mosquitos (theres a large body of standing water just behind the park).

Im really glad that we have the dog park and that its kept nice! However, I do find it odd that I was sprayed by the sprinklers in the middle of the afternoon. Why do yall have them set to come on in the afternoon?! I felt really bad for the older lady that was here with 2 dogs to try to wrangle while getting sprayed from all directions.

I take my dog here regularly. Its super nice. Theres an area for everyone. A nice wide concrete sidewalk that goes around the park , 2 large gated dog areas, and a fence-free dog area. A shaded playground nearby. 10/10 plus every person Ive met there is very friendly
