We come here pretty often. We have four kids and if they arent asking for Starbucks, or Bahama Bucks, they ask for Crumbl Cookies. The staff is always friendly and thats huge for me and the cookies are yummy.

The name of the company suggests cookies that are crumbly. The cookies that I purchased were so under cooked that they were doughy. I bought a six package in order try all of the available options. I cant say that I enjoyed any of them. The environment was sterile and not inviting. I can say that it smelled good because I love the smell of cinnamon. I purchased 6 mini cookies for over 16.00. Im going to eat them just because I spent so much money on them. But I was very disappointed.

For door dashers the wait time is often 20 minutes OVER your timer. You are really risking your ratings recieving orders for them. Its the customer service, however, that sent me to write this review. The employees there are plainly disrespectful. Often mocking and laughing about (or even at) other customers. These 2 younger girls seemed particularly bad about it. Few places are so hateful to their customers

As a family, we went in and picked out some delicious looking cookies. On the way from our vehicle to the house our youngest son (8years old) dropped the box and the cookies fell on the ground. We called and asked if they could replace them. They informed us that was not allowed because corporate would get upset with them. These cookies are good but expensive. Someone with good customer service would have switched out the cookies to make it right. I was very disappointed in the Crumbl Cooking in San Angelo, TX.
