I am a senior citizen and thru the years have had several pool tables setup , moved , uncrated and setup and lastly Simonis 860 felt added or changed. I thought I was getting the best service from the different large billiard companies from TX to NC until now. I had Gil take down a table I bought and move it to my house and set it back up with Simonis 860 felt. Gil hit out of the park with his attention to detail and professionalism. Gill is a knowledgeable professional. I cannot express the superb level of customer service he provided This man drove over an hour just to deliver this table. What should have been an hour long job turned into 3. He practically had to disassemble the entire table to get it up the stairs to the game room above my garage. He reassembled the table and would not leave before making sure it was perfect. Needless to say he got the privilege of its first break. Gil had approx 5 hours into this job and not once did he complain or rush thru assembly. We would highly recommend his business for anyone looking for a quality table and outstanding customer service! My only regret is not having taken pictures of the disassembling and reassembly process . However, we do have pics of our new table in its forever home along with pics of the stairwell. Job well done!!

I had J&G move a billiard table from Sugarland yesterday. They were 100% professional and did a fantastic job. They clearly took the time to do it right, moving a heavy three slate table from upstairs to my upstairs without damaging one thing.
