Came there for my 21st bday today, was expecting a negative experience due to the first bar I went to but boy was I wrong, the blonde woman with the glasses who served our drinks was very kind, the atmosphere was amazing wasn t too loud, there were dudes staring at my sister a bit which I wasn t too fond of and the bartender was a bit rude but at the same time I think he was a bit tipsy so I wouldn t say it ruined my experience too much, the food was absolutely amazing we ordered the fried pickles and cheese sticks and I ll definitely want to come here again it was a great experience

I saw reviews and decided this seemed like a good place to celebrate my younger brothers 21st birthday. our waitress was absolutely amazing, welcoming, kind, and patient. she walked back and forth 3 different times to explain to us basically how a bar works. super clean place, great prices on food & beverages. we got 3 adult beverages, a soda, & 2 appetizers for about $40. the music was at a perfect volume, the decor (comfy booths) and atomsphere was so cute especially the women s bathroom! i felt so comfortable, safe, and welcomed as a female in the bar. i recommend the fried pickles & we will definitely be back thank you so much for having us !

Favorite bar in the area. Food is phenomenal, all made from scratch. Nothing disappoints. Service is extraordinary. Cece, Lucy, and Sam are amazing as well as the day bartenders. All of the regulars are gems and welcome newcomers with open arms. Karaoke is fun on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Make sure you come for .50 wing Wednesdays! They are wonderful!

I ve been going to Tipsy Chicken since it opened. Hands down the best food in the area. Everything is made from scratch or is a homemade recipe. Open every night until 2. Ive been a regular here for 2 years and never had a problem being served. This is the first time Ive been refused bar service. Im in my 30s and know Texas state law says that drinking at a bar with an expired license is legal as long as youre obviously over 21 (which I am) and its allowed by the private establishments policy. According to all other experiences Ive had there, it was allowed. I dont know why this bartender decided to enforce something no other staff member has had a problem with in 2 years, and I couldnt help but notice my partys licenses were the only ones getting checked. I didnt argue and stayed polite, however I thought it was annoying that she tried to charge me for the drink she refused to serve when we settled our bill. If its actually against this establishments policy to serve obviously-not-minors with expired licenses, ALL staff need to enforce it so that your regulars arent under the impression that they can come here with no problem only to be refused service out of the blue. Also, somebodys dog peed on the floor and nobody cared to clean it. Not sure if Ill be coming back based on todays experience. Ill miss the quesadillas.

We had lunch and COLD Beers at Tipsy today. We were very happy to see that Gabby had returned. Tipsy is a great bar and Gabby makes our visit very enjoyable. She keeps the bar active and fun. Love the tacos ! Cece was our bartender today. We had a great time ! She is very engaging, good conversation, kept us laughing. She kept our beer glasses full. What more could you ask from a bartender ? 50 cent giant chicken wings you say. You win. The Damn Hot sauce is homemade and is excellent. Maybe we will see you on a Wednesday. The wings are good, but the chicken street tacos with onions and cilantro are GREAT. The green sauce takes the tacos to another level. And Gabby kept our beers full. What more can you ask for ? Its a great local dive bar. The Chicken Wings and Mozzarella Sticks are always on point, the rest of the food is average. My biggest issue is I dont understand why they dont give you the itemized receipt up front. It has to be requested. It is suspect that they dont, and even more suspect with dealing with customers who have been drinking. I dont necessarily think something is wrong, however I need to know what I am paying for. This can be very awkward exchange with the bartender. The last time the bartender was trying to overexplain why she charged me for this and that and l knew it was not right.

This place is amazing for what it is. What makes it even just a bit better than most is you can smoke inside and the food is actually good. I have been in quite a few times and have never had an issue with anything. This time only a small problem with the cigarette machine and bartender was not sure what to do but notified the owner and problem solved. I like that you could smoke inside and have a drink like a bar is supposed to be. I didnt have the food, even if I did, I wouldnt write a Google review complaining about it, I know its supposed to be bad, its a bar. Music was dope Friday night, they were kicking it Old School. Only problem I had was all the girls and most the guys were overweight, and the ladies trying to dance and shake their cellulite around made me cringe a little bit. I wouldnt call this the Tipsy Chicken, I would call it the Tipsy WHALE... I was surprised at all the overweight middle-aged single women that were there. If youre down to sleep with retired Shamu, this is your place .

My wings were good, I got the lemon pepper and at 50 cents a wing was a winner. Just expect to wait a while for the wings and the mix drinks were weak. At $3.50 what should you expect. The peach crown on the rocks was the best. Waffle fries are really good. I would like for my order to come out at the same time instead of separate.

Best hole in the wall bar in town, with a great down to earth ambiance. 3 coin operated pool tables kept in great shape as well as a wall of dart boards will keep anyone busy while relaxing with friends and having a cold one on a hot Texas day. My first time here, I ordered the 12 piece and was very disappointed to open them up and have an order of all drums w/ no flats. It s supposed to be a mixture, unless someone specifically orders all drums or flats, give them a mixture of both. FYI.. The best bartender Ive come across. Pool was $1 a game and had current sports on multiple tvs placed in every area. Im def gonna have another date night there
