Dont order table service in the app. The employees dont bother bringing the food out, so itll sit for 15 minutes until you ask where your order is. Then theyll get confused because the bag has a table number on it instead of an order number. If youre not going to provide the service, disable it in the app.

Served me an old and burnt biscuit. I asked for a fresh and the manager made me wait 20 minutes and served me the worst biscuit Ive ever ate from McDonalds. She intentionally gave me a bad biscuit and made sure it was not in condition for me to eat. What was interesting is I asked her so nicely.

I go to this Mcdonalds at least 3 times a week. The short round mexican girl that works the 1st window in the drive thru is so unfriendly. She never says good morning or thank you or anything. She seems put out that she has to wait on me. WTH???? I mumble you little witch every time i drive away. She does not need to be in the drive thru. She needs to be mopping the floors. that way no one will bother her.

They made us sit in the drive-thru for 7 minutes in the pouring rain and nobody answered us. Since nobody answered tried going in but the door was locked before 9 pm! Great service and always friendly. My only complaint, I know seems sort if silly but, we dont get the Happy Meals for the food content rather the toy. Promotional toys are advertised and rarely if ever do we get that one and sort of a waste of a purchase. I have even asked if the toy on the screen/,one promoted on TV would be what we get and told we it would be. Then we get home only to find some random item and a disappointed kid.

Zero stars!!! Went through drive-thru. The person could not get our order straight. The person at the first window had to look for our order, which explains why the wrong order kept showing up on the order area. When we got to the last window, the lady gave us our order and left the window. We checked our order and we were short a strawberry milk shake. We told the lady and she said I gave you all your order. She said you had 4 drinks. We had to show her our receipt! My husband said, yes, 4 drinks and a milk shake. The lady rolled her eyes and closed the window on us. Someone then hands her our milk shake., she then opens the window and gives it to us. I ask her if she should be arguing with customers like that. I ask to speak to the manager. Guess what??? She was the manager!

If u could give zero stars I would. Went through drive through and asked how to use the app I just downloaded to earn points on my order. Cashier said I don t know. So I ordered a sausage muffin and a cup of water extra ice. Asked for the manager, Diana, to explain the app to me. She did, took care of my order and used some code from my app for a $1.50 breakfast sandwich even though I was only trying to earn points. I was done trying to explain by this point because she did not speak good English and did not understand. I pull out and see that I was given a plain English muffin. And a cup half way filled with no extra ice. I drive back through, and the incompetent cashier from the beginning that had no idea what she is doing told me that s what I ordered. Literally and rudely tried to argue with me so I pulled through to Diana and she did the same! So unprofessional! Then I pull off to see that I was given a old floppy not crispy or fresh sand which! Diana and her team need to be replaced and retrained!

We went to the McDonalds in Wylie tx and their machine went down so they was only taking cash and that was a bummer due to me not having cash so i went to this location down the street in Allen and it was the best decision i would make because usually this location is very rude but there s a worker there named Alan! ALAN WAS THE BEST MCDONALDS WORKER EVER!! He needs a raise seriously because he worked really hard and also He was so super sweet and made sure our food was super fresh and hot and made sure he had it all correctly done. I would recommend this location when he s there and his crew because they were awesome as well.

This McDonalds always get my order right, but this morning I was not pleased, I ask for grape jelly and ketchup, I didnt get neither, this may seem small but its a big deal for me, I use those items on my breakfast. It looked like it was open on Christmas Day and but someone must have left all the lights and machines on. There have been at least 20 cars going through the drive thru. And we placed an order on the app, bit when we got to the speaker, the recorded message suggesting a chicken sandwhich, but noone ever answered after that. We checked the door and it was locked. Called the non-emergency police to go check and make sure there was not a problem with someone inside.

My daughter and I drove thru MacDonalds for a caramel frappe and cheese danish We usually do this before we go shopping. Their frappes are great. The large is under $4. A frappe is a cold frozen creamy coffee with whip cream and caramel drizzled on top. You can dine in or out. They serve burgers, fries, chicken sandwiches, breakfast. I think everyone knows that.

This is the best McDonalds in the area, including the one in Murphy, Wylie and at 78 and George Bush! I mean everytime I have been there they are super fast, the food is exactly how I asked for it, and service was polite and with a smile! My hats off to the ownership all the way down to the regular team members! Doing a great job! I live in Wylie and if I want McDs bad enough I will forego our store in Wylie (which is terrible BTW) and drive all the way to this store to get my fill on McDonalds!
