Last year we incorporated my wifes sales business and knew our tax bill was going to double. We need tax advisors not just accountants and after meeting with Beth knew we had found the partners we needed. Her team has been great. They have given us clear instructions on how to take a variety of easy steps to document many different deductible expenses. They also knew how to maximize the tax code way better than TurboTax to do all of our taxes. The result? Over 40% reduction from my estimates after their reasonable fees. My net tax bill barely up even though our income grew by 30%. They saved me 2.5x their fees. Year two my fees dropped a little as we are good book keepers so we will jeep getting great value even as our income increases agin. Great tax advisory services!

I first met Beth Williams via LInkedIn. We set up a Zoom and she explained what they did. At the time, she was quite frank and said If you arent paying at least 12k in taxes, we cant save you money. I appreciated that, and her. Fast forward a year and Im there. We connected and began working together. Then COVID. Wow. Was I glad we connected! I have paid less in taxes than I ever did doing my own with the software, and believe me, Im cheap! Last year, I was prepared to write a pretty good check because we hadnt paid in a ton. We went to the Flower Mound office in person and met with our rep, Derek. He was apologetic when we came in and said I wish I had better news for you. I was prepared, or so I thought. He said I was only able to get your REFUND up to 10k..... I was prepared to WRITE a check for 10k or better! These folks have it going on and I cant say enough about them! Set up a Zoom. Do it. AND.....tell em I sent ya!

My wife and I spent MANY YEARS bouncing around from one tax professional to the next trying to find someone that could handle the complexity of our tax situation and work for US and not the IRS. Someone who would work to allow us to keep more of our hard earned money instead of giving too much to the IRS because they were trying to be conservative and afraid of an audit. Then we found Williams and Kunkel. These guys took us in, had a couple meetings with us to understand the complexities of our tax situation and then went to work for us. They came up with a plan based on several tax strategies we didnt know existed and hadnt even thought of. These guys are not just people who can get your taxes done. They are experts and have mastered their very complicated craft. They stay up on all of the new tax laws and every year, they let us know how this will affect us and they come up with new strategies, if necessary. We sleep much better at night knowing that we have finally found tax professionals who are working for us and are on our side. Scott, Beth, Derek and ShaNae are a vital part of our team and their guidance has allowed us to scale our business and reach new heights we had only dreamed about. I sent in my documents to get our personal taxes done (plus a prior year which included a small business) and received and email right away saying they would start working on my taxes. Over a MONTH later I had not heard from them so I followed-up and not only had they NOT started, they asked me for additional documents. How long would my docs have sat on someones desk had I not called? Why didnt they tell me that they needed additional information sooner? So frustrating! I asked them to mail back my documents, which they did. I did not get an email, note or phone call with an apology or explanation. I guess they have bigger and better customers to service and dont need little old me.

People here are very nice. However if you are a very small business like mine you need a CPA that can work with you one on one. If you give this people the wrong information they will charge you extra, if you pay them with a credit card they will bump up the invoice an extra 60-100 depending on the mood they are in with out notice or disclosure.
