I engaged the services of mr. thomas through a company program that supposedly provided legal assistance for its employees. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the beginning, communication was a major issue. Despite our attempts to reach out for guidance on a legal matter, he responded to our inquiries with a single condescending email that left us more confused than before. It seemed as though he was more interested in showcasing his presumed expertise than actually assisting us. Whats even more disappointing is the complete lack of responsiveness after that initial interaction. We attempted to follow up on multiple occasions, seeking clarification and further assistance, but it was as if our emails were swallowed by a black hole. The sheer disregard for our concerns and the lack of professionalism in handling client communication is unacceptable. Considering the supposed caliber of service associated with mr thomas through my company, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend him to anyone seeking reliable legal support. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a lawyer who values their clients time and concerns.

I was charged $70 just to ask this people if there was any updates on my demand letter for which I was charged $350..they answered with 3 simple word via email and charged me $70...please stay away from them.

I plan to live forever but just in case I dont, I decided to get a will, medical power of attorney and medical directive drawn up by Mr. Thomas. He made the whole experience efficient and easy. Our initial contact was by phone and email. Once he knew what we wanted he completed the paper work, we went to his Royse City office where he reviewed all the details and answered our questions with courtesy and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone needing a will drawn up.

Outstanding attorney! Mr Thomas is honest, fair, and knowledgeable. I went from initial phone contact to in his office within 20 minutes. He looked over my paperwork and gave me sound legal advice. He was very thorough and meticulous; exactly what you d want in a great attorney. Now we have a lawyer for life!

We were referred to Andrew by our long-time friend & CPA (Tommy Nelson) to do our WILL. Like most, we had been putting off doing our will due to paralysis of analysis , thinking it would be too expensive, complicated...& time consuming. Andrew sent us & had us fill out a simple questionnaire, at our convenience. Then we set up an appointment to review and sign the documents. Very easy. And the cost was less than I was expecting. Glad we finally got it done!

We had to have legal advise on a very quick basis concerning our mother. We were able to see him quickly. Attorney Thomas took his time with us and was very thorough and compassionate. He is very personable and we would recommend him highly.
