The fries are freshly cooked when ordered, shakes tastes like frozen ice water with flavor only coming from the candy, cookie, or ingredient you have. It tastes like a frost bite shake. Me or my daughter didnt like it but since we bought, we dranked it burgers was greasy asf, the bun had oil everywhere.

Im so excited that Steak and Shake went back to the original. For years, I stopped eating their because of all the changes. I went last week because I wanted to try something different, and when I pulled up, I was excited about their menu. I ordered the number 1 and made sure to ask for the seasoning. Everything was hot and fresh. It was so hot I had to turn on my ac to cool my sandwich off...lol. Steak and Shake is back! And Im here for it.

I went through the drive-thru, so I didnt get to experience the inside of the store. I ordered a cheeseburger and a shake. The burger and fries were solid not the world s greatest, but decent overall. However, as always, Steak and Shake s shakes were amazing! The service was pretty good, though the gentleman who rang me up at the window seemed to be in a bit of a hurry. In fact, he was in such a rush that I thought they might be closing soon, but I noticed they still had almost an hour before closing. That said, I don t mind quick service it is fast food, after all. Overall, it s a great place with decent food for the price!

Another reason place trying to cut corners by firing human workers and using kiosks to place orders. The kiosks were not working properly and the human worker had to come and put in three consecutive orders thus defeating the purpose. Then I tried to get a drink and you have to scan a code just to get a drink. The scanner does not work well at all so it is hard to even get a drink. Oh yeah and all of this has done absolutely nothing to reduce the cost of food. So you just made it more difficult for your employees AND customers.

Don t ever think your food doesn t have germs here , the owner and workers definitely don t care if your food drops or if your food is touched by their bare hands . They will still hand it out to you nothing is sanitary fr ! Them cherries in your shakes yeah 9/10 it was picked by an employee bare hand ! Those dishes they be using are never really clean fr , the trays are never really properly clean! They do the bare minimum , they will place all their dishes in the same disgusting water thinking it gets sanitized.

Across the board, my family loves steak n shake, its our favorite place to eat before we take the kids before going to the park. This establishment has been the best, the cleanest and fastest. We really liked Sergio, hes on top of it, hes genuine and he made sure this atmosphere stayed the same by his vibes and staying on top of the cleaning. Well definitely be back

First time at Steak n Shake, while on vacation. As soon as me and my family got in and placed our order, the card kept declining even though it was still good. Turns out, the machine was broken, so we had to use another one. There was trash on the seats, but overall a decently clean inside and outside. The shakes were good, and the chicken tenders were AWESOME! Though, it was kind of expensive. We didnt have much experience with the staff, but the one guy that gave us our food was kind and tried to help with the whole credit card thing. Overall, I would recommend coming here if you want some tenders and shakes!

Reviews are apparently paid for. Theres no such thing as service when you order your own food through a contact less experience and you get a bar code to fill your own drink. You have to scan to unlock the fountain since with the lack of staff/service they cant verify whod stealing soda. They put that effort on you. Its not worth the hassle and is not service forward. Its an automat essentially. Your experience is all on you.

Spent about 55 dollars for my techs in the shop to get lunch. One of my techs went to pick everything up and 2 of the 4 burgers were incorrect, we were missing a drink and a couple fries. He tried to let them know and they rushed him out the line telling him everything was there. They never gave him a receipt or a few seconds to even verify it. And when I called to ask what happened, calmly, might I add. Because I have no problem with people as long as they try and fix their mistake. I called, they put me on hold and hung up on me and proceeded to ignore my next phone call. So here I am.

I only go through the drive thru so I don t know quality as a patron inside. But each time I come here I get the garlic double steak burger with a side of their garlic sauce. I also get their fry seasoning. It is such an amazing and delectable experience. The depth of the butter and garlic makes it worth the far drive from me. Top fav burgers around. Cost was $7.17 for the burger alone with the extra side of garlic burger. A great price!

Food is pretty good usually and there s really not much customer service interaction since you order everything through the kiosk they have. I came in today and ask to speak to a manager and the people who were working the grill were being rude. The guy with the head set first told me we have no manager then said he ll be there for a moment and THEN said my manager asked if you have an appointment with him whilst laughing. I felt uncomfortable at that point so I just awkwardly laughed. After waiting for what seemed like forever, the manager went to go grab a drink and walked past us. The guys working the grill were clearly laughing at us. I only asked to speak to a manager for positive feedback. Very disappointed.

No waitresses which have been replaced with kiosks that you order from which honestly seemed very user friendly but just dosnt replace the experience of personal interaction with a friendly smile from a waitress. From what I could tell there obviously was a reduction in staff due to watching the only guy up front having to multi task calling out order numbers, giving out food and cups for drinks, and shakes and also running back to the grill to flip burgers. The buns were stale, the fries were soggy and no smiling face to ask if I needed a refill. The atmosphere was that of any other busy fast food chain. I miss the old steak and shake.

That was a fun place to go to steak n shake, thank you for your excellent hospitality and customer service and attentive to the clients needs, I pray that many people here repent and believe in the gospel of the kingdom of god, that theyll become disciple of King jesus, that their sins are forgiven through King jesus, that all glories to go to god. Went with 3 friends, place was dead and it still took a while to get our food out. Forgot how tiny everything is for the price. Had overly salty burger, Shake was good, fries practically dead after the first minute. Not what I remember.

I got the double steak and fries for $4.99 and it was fast, hot, and fresh! I was bummed that they no longer serve the taco salad because it was my favorite but the menu is exactly how I remembered.

Google Maps says they are open till midnight and the sign on their door says both the drive-thru and the dining are open till midnight but they locked the door at 11:30 and say that they are now closed for dine and this is horrible .....change your sign and change your Google listing.... youre losing customers.. were going to Whataburger !
