I love the burritos, and I like to have them right out of them gym, Its convenient to have a salad and go right by me; however, most of the time I do online order, I do at least 30 to 45 mins in advance, and select my time of pick up. Even at the time I get there 5 to 10 minutes late, they still haven t started doing it, so there is clearly no point in making my orders online, if I won t be getting my food in time anyway.

This was my first visit. I got the spinach and egg breakfast burrito. It was a decent sized burrito. Wrapped nice and tight. I asked for salsa, red sauce, but was given the green sauce. (Not a deal breaker.) The drink that I got was different from any other that I have tried. I got the cucumber mint lemonade. (Do not get this drink if you are not a fan of a pulp filled drink.) It was a great drink, thick and chunky. The guy at the window was super friendly. I will have to go again, to see if they can get another star out of me.

Im very aggravated that I decided to try out salad & go today. First off I ordered through the app for my double chicken caesar salad and didnt order egg till I actually got there. After getting home to eat my salad basically all the lettuce is brown and not something that should have ever been given. To make matters worse I try calling to speak with someone there and get customer service which basically in forced to have a gift card for them as if that does me a favor. I paid for good food that I didnt get and dont even know if I wanna bother anymore. Definitely not a good first experience. Pictures are of me trying to pull off what was bad thinking maybe just a little but I gave up.

The quality and portion sizes have gone down a lot in the past 6 months. Every time I get the salad, the cucumbers are mushy and slimy now. Half the time avocado isnt available and when I have ordered it I receive 3 tiny not great slices at an extra cost, so I dont bother with that either. Apparently the green onions have also been discontinued. The chicken is cooked well and the dressings are good. Id frequent this place once a week or more (like I used to) if quality and portions went back up. If cost needs to go up a bit, fine. It used to be such a great deal, and I was so happy to have a healthy quick meal option in an area that lacks many of those. Still decent in a pinch if you are willing to pick out the bad produce and maybe add a few things to your salad at home.

I just wanted the wrap and a drink combo for 7 Bucks. Came up to 8, not a bad idea. Its pretty good prcing for a good meal. burritos are usually pretty good and big in size and folded really good. But I got the steak fajita wrap. there was no steak, so I got chicken instead. there is not a lot of chicken. I dont know where all the juice came from, but it fell apart, and there was not a lot of chicken in it... it was really mushy and Soggy. it was my last $8 after the gym, so I was kind of a bummed because I dont want to go back up and complain over a dumb chicken wrap its really not that big of a deal. it is more of a convenience thing. Usually, its folded really well. Its not soggy, but next time, hopefully, itll be better? Hopefully.... but I guess for tonight, I will eat with the fork off of my paper Updated the service. For the response. I greatly appreciate the response. I was already going to go back. I love it. I just moved to this location, and its right in front. Convienent! I m hoping you all can please talk to management about this situation. I want to patronize businesses in my city to help the tax base but this is getting out of hand. The Salad and Go in Sasche Texas always gets the order right. Never had a single issue.

Tranika is the laziest employee in the establishment, she provides horrible customer service and over the speaker manages to somehow be even ruder. She was on phone while waiting I was outside the window for service, trying to get her attention about my salad. I guess her Tiktok was more important. I had to start honking to get her attention and once I got her attention she had an attitude. I was being nice the whole time but her frustration over a simple question blatantly obvious in her tone. I will not be coming back hopefully staff at another location will be nicer. I went to the one at Sachse and let s just say I ll continue going there.

I ordered a Cobb salad no onions with Ranch, when I received the salad there was no blue cheese on it so I had to turn around and go back. The employee who came to the window was rude and said I didn t get the cheese because I didn t want blue cheese dressing and when I asked for the cheese he shut the window abruptly in my face. When he came back I said thanks and he said mm hmmm and again shut the window abruptly. This was the first and last time I will go back to this location. I d rather spend my money where it s appreciated

I usually try my best not to leave negative reviews but this experience was too unpleasant for me. I was very excited to try SaladnGo today since it was my first time and I have always been curious about them. Today I ordered a Autumn salad but since it was my first time I didnt understand how to customize. I also placed this order online. The salad came with grated cheese when I actually wanted sliced parmesan cheese as seen in the menu photo. When I told one of the employees about the salad I had to go through 3 people only for my request to be turned down. They had an attitude of not wanting to help me and wanted to charge me extra. They re-made my salad eventhough I didnt want them too for obvious reasons. When they handed me the re- made salad, it was of poor presentation and only had 2 slices of parmesan cheese. There was no empathy from the staff. They made this experience difficult for me when they could have provided the sliced cheese in seperate container but theyd rather re-make an entire salad, make it poorly and be frustrated that I wanted a refund. When I ordered the salad it was not busy at all. Noone was there. I guess they just didnt want to be there that day but they could have treated me better.

Ok I was wanting to really like this place but my order keeps getting messed up, 2 or 3 times now. The first time I asked for no chicken on my salad and I got no salad dressing. Today I ordered a salad and asked for no onions, I got onions on it anyway plus chicken I didn t ask for. Also some tomatoes that should not have been in the salad. The food is otherwise pretty good but when people ask for no onions or whatever u need to listen and don t add and charge for chicken that they don t ask for.

3rd time there. Service good, Salads good, wrap is a damn burrito (sloppy & lacking), drinks horrible. 4 drinks later & money wasted, horrible everytime. I love salad & go for their vegetarian options, so I always get the traditional breakfast burrito no bacon with salsa verde (green salsa). My receipt says exactly that, but the cashier/host gave me Rojo ( red.) I was going to tell her but my entire customer service experience was not even the bare minimum. I was given short responses such as k, total is etc. I didnt have a chance to ask for the salsa verde because she took my payment and closed the door, handed food, closed the door. I just thanked her and drove off. There was no customer service or politeness or manners. Perhaps shes having a bad day, idk. Ive always gone to the sachse location and they have always been amazing and sweet, I think Ill stick to that location from now on.

This is my second time going to the one in Rowlett. What I noticed first of is the portion sizes. I usually go to the one by my job in Richardson and they fill your salad container to the top. In Rowlett, you get half The one at Rowlett gives you half. Like I said I just came from there for home saw my bowl half full no surprise there. I had ordered a Cobb salad, now why do I not have any avocado or egg???? Really a Cobb salad with no avocado or egg. Im ticked, but Im not going back to get it not am I going back there at all. The one in Richardson of Campbell is great!

It amazes me that my wife and I can both eat a hearty healthy delicious salad for less than 7 bucks each. The ingredients are fresh. The serving size is ample. The ingredients are high quality. I have only one complaint regarding the similarity of the Blue Cheese and the Ranch. These two salad dressings should and are usually very very different. At Salad and Go, Blue Cheese and Ranch are almost indestructible. We always ask for Ranch for my wife and Blue Cheese for me and every time we question which is which. Have you noticed the similarity between Blue Cheese and Ranch at Salad and Go?

Ok the first time we came here for wraps (not salad), it was lunch time and the wraps were SO huge and filled that they actually lacked any flavor from not enough dressing. Half the lettuce did not look great either. Somehow, despite not enough dressing, they were still a huge mess and not the easy park playdate quick lunch I thought theyd be. This time Im trying a breakfast wrap and I asked them to add chopped tomatoes. Maybe they dont have knives in there, but I obviously got these ridiculously large whole tomatoes. Tell me how that is practical in a wrap? Theyre not even practical in a salad most of the time, they should be cut in half at best for that format, but here in this wrap they have no place. I could have just chopped them myself and re-rolled the wrap when I got home. AND they charged extra for them. Another issue: they put warm eggs into a wrap with cold things like spinach, avocado, ridiculously large tomatoes, and feta cheese and what will you get? A cold breakfast wrap....not appealing. Its cheap but not the freshest, they certainly dont know how to construct a wrap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

My honey and I thought wed finally try out this place the other day and we liked it so much we went back 2 days later for more! I had the chicken Cobb salad the first time, and it was delicious! My bf got the Thai salad, and he liked it a lot. The salads are huge, enough for multiple meals! I wanted to try a wrap, so I got the jalapeño ranch chicken and I LOVED it! And the wrap was huge! I ate half and was stuffed! Customer sevice was great both times. No complaints here. The drive thru was super fast and the employees were nice. We will be going back. I wanna try them all now! Vegetarian options: They have a tofu option. Parking: Lots of parking spaces and double drive thru!

The ease and convenience of this place is great, the salads are fresh and I appreciate the caloric values as if people are going to a salad restaurant they would want to know how much calories are in it. The one item I really miss is the caprese wrap, I think that s the best thing they have had on their menu. Outside of that I really like the Thai wrap but add croutons. The lemonades are a little eccentric and not my taste, but I know people who do enjoy them. Definitely worth stopping by for a quick and healthy meal.

Best salads and wraps you can find at any fast food spot, and theyre under $7! Their portions are twice that as the over-priced Chic Fila salad and taste better. We love their Autumn salad, the Mediterranean chicken wrap (real mozzarella cheese balls!) and their Thai Chicken salad. They have tea, lemonade and good iced coffee, all for $1.24 each. No sodas, only healthy options which I love because less sugar is better. Best lunch and dinner spot for food to go, and best price in DFW. I love how fast they are, drive through in under 8 minutes or less, and very affordable. I dont know why more folks dont go here, its very good food and nothing is fried. For those of us tired of average food, everything fried and disappointing salad options here in DFW, this place will impress. We eat here twice a week, and love their soup of the month in cold weather. Its cheaper to eat here for a family of four than Taco Bell and you will eat healthier! I cant recommend it enough.

I will definitely drive over to Sachse going forward. Email said order will be ready at 435 which was 10 minutes from when I placed my order. I show up at 438. Girl tells me I need to give them at least 10 minutes next time before I show up. Umm it was more than 10 minutes. Lack of consistency between the 3 salads. One was much smaller than the other two and the double meat was apparent on one and lacked on the other. I love this place but not this location!

We have not been disappointed the past two times(the only times because we just found a location near us) that we have gone! The greens are nice and crisp, the toppings are sooooo good and everything just tastes fresh and fills you up! We love that you can add the dressing whenever you want so the lettuce doesn t get soggy too quickly and that the container has so much room you can actually shake and mix the salad! 10 out of 10! Yes I decided to try Salad and Go for the first time. Purchase the Cobb Salad with Chicken for my dinner, it looked so delicious. Opened it up looks perfect and yummy. I started mixing everything together and seen something odd. A little bug moving on the blu cheese chunks in the salad. I was like no no say it isnt true. I picked it up with my fork and placed it on my top. Unfortunately it was true it was a little bug on the blu cheese. I didnt get to enjoy the salad at all had to toss it in the trash. $6.24 wasted.

The salads are really fresh and a huge portion. Great taste, great container, great staff. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because every salad Ive gotten has had a few pieces of something I didnt order. A big bite of jalapeno was definitely not something I ordered.

The worst experience ever!!! I did a build your salad with a drink. They didn t put all my things on my salad, they didn t give me my drink. And charged me twice in my order!!! Will never be back to this place. Was told dispute it with my bank!!! No refund me my money and hire people who can properly read a list right infront of them! Why must I dispute ya ll charged my cards twice ya ll didn t have to dispute when charging me twice

This place is my go to for salads, must try favorites from this location are listed below. The salad is fresh and the amount of food that you get for your food is worth every penny. When they were building I was extremely excited to finally have a place just for salads. Their drive thru is convenient and quick to say the least. Their service is great and they offer apple pay. Such a convenient location as well. Overall, great new gem to Rowlett and this is my go to for lunch or dinner. - bbq chicken salad - jalepeno ranch salad - buffalo chicken ranch salad

Another great restaurant. We had three salad bowl. Cobb, buffalo and jalapeño all three of them were good. I am a big guy and it fills me up. Mango ginger and Arnold Palmer cucumber drink was one of the best drink I ever had. No sugar I think but taste good and healthy. No more fast food. If I feel like eating out, straight to this place and get some salad.

Im so glad Rowlett has a healthier option for fast food. Lord knows we need it. I ordered the Greek salad from here and it was just mediocre. It was like a packaged salad that you see but never purchase from the grocery store. There are very few options to choose from so if you like variety, good luck. If you havent tried this place Id say try it at least once and then go from there but Im ok not going back.

Extremely affordable, healthy food. The salad was incredible. The breakfast burrito was incredible. Their drinks are wonderful. Please go to this location so they dont go out of business. I cant believe how wonderful this place is. The staff is excellent and helpful, sweet and adorable. CALLING ALL ROWLETTIANS!!!!

Good huge breakfast burrito heavily stuffed with ingredients. I wasn t expecting such a huge burrito for the price. The packaged salsa is good. I also got a kids salad, which was good. I ordered on the app and got there five minutes later and my order was ready. Very quick. Very easy. Love it.

Today was Grand Opening for the Rowlett location. From looking at the menu, they have quite a few varieties I will have to try. Today I went for the Buffalo Chicken Salad. Pretty descent size for $6.75. Will Be trying the other items later on.
