I called Pizza Hut tonight and placed an order! Apparently, they hired Door dash to deliver it! OMG....What a nightmare! Driver shows up and gives me my order. I pay $32.17 for 1 medium pepperoni pizza (thin crust) , 8 bone out wings and 2 ranch. I tip $20.00! I paid cash for my order and cash for the tip! I walk inside and my phone is dinging telling me my order has been cancelled! Well, Im clueless because IVE NEVER USED DOOR DASH! I try to call Pizza Hut 5 times and each time the store just hangs up the phone on me. I open the pizza box and I have a pepperoni and sausage pizza on pan crust! I call door dash, they apologize and call the driver 3 times! Their own driver will not answer them. They say they are filing a complaint against their own driver. Clearly, he didnt want to lose the $20.00 tip he made off of me. Door dash says we only refund the purchase price... not the tip too! I continued to get updates on my phone for the next hour saying I have a new pizza being delivered.... now its cancelled. Now I have another order coming... Oops, that one is cancelled too! Wtf?!? Basically, Im out $52.00! I think Pizza Hut should have to tell customers ahead of time if they are going to have Door dash deliver their order. I never would have continued with my order had I known pizza hut was not delivering it! I hear too many horror stories from my sons that use Door dash thats why I intentionally would never- ever use them! Guess Im going to bed without dinner! Ugh!

First of all, they are very understaffed and have been for at least six months. Tonight my family and I ordered two pizzas, two 2 liter sodas, and a cookie pizza. Waited for an ungodly amount of time only for them to forget the drinks. Dialed their number and it sends the call to a call center, not the actual store. Waited on the phone for 20 minutes for them to pick up, and by the end of the call, all that could be done was giving us a 20 dollar credit for the next time we want to order. Get it together bro, hire some more people so this doesnt happen to anyone else. Its a pain in the neck.

I love Pizza Hut and usually dont have a problem with it. Recently I ordered two pizzas. The first was fine but the second one was burnt and dry. I think it was just probably an off night. They seemed to be very busy and although there were two people at the front, one might have been in training as she didnt seem to know what to do. (The one who is usually great was on the phone taking an order.) Also, their new cupped pepperoni is awful. Just very dry and overcooked. Ill still go here and would still recommend it. Food is usually 100%. Just a bit off this time.

It had been a long time since Ive had pizza from PizzaHut. We normally choose another chain in Rowlett. I did not enjoy the food as much as I could have. The sauce was a little sweet, I dont like sweet, if you do itll be great. I had a meat lovers melt. It just wasnt as good as I expected.

First off, I never do delivery because its too expensive. Ive always picked up in the store. I cant say how many times Ive waited past the pickup time for the food to be ready, but its at least 10. My last experience, I waited for 25 mins after the pickup time before my 2 basic pizzas were ready (1 beef, 1 pepperoni). The kitchen staff were loud and rude when the manager lady gave them an order. Cashier girls were just a single step above clueless. Overall, I think Ive had enough of this place. Its too bad because the pizza hut thin crust was my favorite.

Tried to order by phone was on the line for 35 no answer. Ordered on line finally went through after 20 min . Went to pick up order and they dipped the wing in the wrong sauce so they asked if I wanted the one that they made wrong or wait 7 min for the correct order . I chose to wait . However it was not only 7 min it was another 18 min which I said ok, I d rather have cooked wings instead of raw . Only to get home and have the wrong order after all they still didn t get it right . Restaurant is closed now so Returning all their wings tomorrow for a refund . Order extra burning Hot and got nothing on them at all .

Tried this location again but the food quality is terrible. The pizza was dry, cheese over cooked, dough tough and chewy. Usually their pastas are their saving grace but it was flavorless and super watery. I don t even want to finish it. If you want a better quality pizza try Zukos or Napolis down the street.

I m really surprised to see this establishment with a 3.3 I have ordered from many pizza huts and majority of the time the custom service is awful. Our order was picked up and when we got home we noticed one pizza was slightly wrong (no big deal). I called the store and spoke with Caitlyn the shift manager, she offered right a way to fix the issue and have it delivered and the proceeded to tell us that they just had a rush and it was possible that it was overlooked (it happens all the time, I m a GM of a restaurant so I get it). This young lady was fabulous. Would love to have people like that work for me in my establishments. She deserves a raise and pat on the back. This Pizza Hut will be my regular hut thanks to Caitlyn. Kudos to you.

Try Napolis across the street. This particular Pizza Hut is horrible with customer service and the food the produce. Simple instructions to not put too much sauce on a pizza and they went ahead and threw all the sauce on it. Felt disgusting at the time of bite. Didn t give wings and had to go back to get them. Updated updated: yup, still the best pizza place in town. Even at 5pm on Friday they have the orders ready and hot when you get there. Update: still using this location for our pizza hut orders. Consistent, hot, and delicious. We have 2 young boys and having a reliable pizza spot that we can order delivery from and know what to expect is very helpful. I order online using their app and everytime (about 6 separate orders) the order arrived perfect. I appreciate their commitment to quality service.

I was unable to order online due to my neighborhood being in a new development so I called in and attempted to explain my situation. I called and was put on the phone line with someone who was not even in the same area as me. I explained the situation and they kept repeating that I was out of their delivery area and asked if I could do carry out instead. I explained I had been drinking and was trying to be responsible, told her that I am only 5 minutes away from the store, and that its just my address is not yet recognized by whatever mapping software they use. The woman on the line just kept repeating she cant deliver there. So I asked if I could be transferred to the actual store and she said she could and transferred me. I sat on hold for about a minute and a half before it automatically hung up on me. I understand its not any employees fault and this isnt a judgement against them. I used to work at Dominos for 4 years so I understand its just non-sensical/greedy/understaffed corporate decision making that cant make wiggle room for an unknown address and hiring an out of area tele-company to take pizza orders to save on profit margins.

It seems that lately, service has been way below par. No one answers the phone when you need to find out about your order and apparently delivery is terrible. I waited an hour and a half while trying to reach the store. I then drove up to the store to find out my pizzas were still sitting there and cold because the delivery driver forgot my pizzas. My pizza arrived, but it had already cooled to the point that the cheese was a solid block and the crust was no longer crispy. I mean it was fine. But it definitely was no longer a warm pizza. It was a room temperature pizza.

Try to order $65 worth of pizza via their app and could not get through. Ended up going to the store and placing my order and was told would have a $10 credit for my troubles. Did not keep their promise. The pizza was not up to standards either. Would recommend Blaze Pizza just up the street you can choose your own toppings and your own crust for under $10. And if they over cook it they will make it right at no additional cost

Get my pizza to me quicker than 2 plus hours when It was promised at 45 minutes and it was cold and burned. Terrible this is not my first bad experience with them but it will be my last. And to hang up on me when I tried to call is disgusting

Brought wrong pizza out to my car and then when I went in, no one ever came out. I was even yelling hello, not until a delivery driver came out was I noticed. And that was because I had to yell excuse me several times. My pizza was no longer hot after this whole process. Maybe a bell that customers could ring would help.

I ordered honey BBQ boneless wings The wings were without sauce-it did not just drip off they never had any sauce on them ever. It was pooled in the bottom of the container! My pizza had no sauce and virtually zero cheese. The pizza tasted like it was old. The bone in naked wings tasted like the oil in the frier needed to be changed. I have ordered from this store before and I have never had such poorly prepared food. The employee was eating while she was working, her hair was all in her face and she looked unkept. The inside was not clean, I understand it was wet out side but it was not that kind of dirty. The store has been going down hill for a while now and I will cease to do business there.

I did not have to wait long for my order to arrive. It was hot and exactly what I ordered. We tried the new Detroit-style pizza and it was very good!
