My first visit was everything!!!!! Even scheduling my appointment was fast and friendly. From the front to the back the staff are amazing extra friendly I don t mean trying to be friendly I mean like you walk in and the vibe is automatically comforting!!! The FNP is absolutely amazing she made me want to tell her all my business in a good way! Whole experience was professional knowledgeable and I was well taken care of! This clinic is my new care home for sure!

I was in desperate need to see a doctor for my son and I. We were extremely sick and no doctor could get us in last minute, this place was extremely flexible and met our needs.

Very neat and clean patients room . Very good staff including MAs Jessica , saira and NP Brittney . They were able to accept me as walk in at the last moment . Their service is very much appreciative . I would recommend this clinic to my family and friends

I was visiting today taking my kids and the doctor (Dr.Thomas) she was rude to my daughter and kept pushing her and the secretary screamed at her and said to hold her and not go anywhere. They don t act professional they need some education to know how to work with kids. (Worst experience I have ever had)

My father was trying to make an appointment, since we contacted our insurance first and they referred us here. He spoke with several team members and they are were all very rude. When I tried contacting them, they dismissed me quickly and rudely. Hes just was trying to get an appointment, you guys act like we were asking for a favor. He has blue cross blue shield which the insurance said you guys do take. This location is very unprofessional!

Avoid. Dr. Thomas is holding my husbands epilepsy prescription hostage unless we travel in person to her office that is extremely far for us. (Weve moved, my husband doesnt drive due to his epilepsy) The prescription is required 2x daily, so going without it for the any period of time could be dangerous. The prescription automatically renews around the time it runs out and we werent given any notice that it would expire. Hes been on approximately the same medication for decades. A decent human being would call in a temporary prescription to hold us over until we find a new GP, now that weve been made aware of this. However, their policy is more important than their patients. They offered no recommendations, no suggestions, no compassion when we explained our limitation and urgency. If we dont find a new GP that can prescribe today he will 100% have seizures tonight. They do not care. Seems pretty evil to me.

Took a family member out of desperation to refill a prescription to treat side effects of chemo. Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Unreliable. Unbelievable they are still in business. WHO are these people in the picture??? You wont see them at this clinic.

This doctor s office was a nightmare for me. Betty refused to help or even examine health concerns. She is dismissive, uncaring, impatient and unhelpful. Add to that she is always rushed, she never listened to anything I said and she was always just trying to get me out of the way so she could rush to the next patient.

Worst experience ever being our first time there,we got sent from mesquite to rowlett and I drove 40 min,we got there on time and I filled out lots of paperwork and then we waited for an hour and then I got told that my kids werent going to be seen that day that we had to reschedule. wont be rescheduling again with them.

I switched my PCP to Dr. Stubblefield expecting to get a better experience with a doctor. Unfortunately, I was met by the PA Betty Thomas. I said several medical issues that I wanted to address because I had gone so long without insurance. She did not take the time at all to try and understand my medical history. She was very condescending with the questions she asked. Rather than take the time to listen to me she constantly cut me off and didn t let me finish a single sentence. The cherry on top was when she walked to the receptionist area and proceeded to tell the receptionist that I was just a druggie trying to score pills, and laughed me off. I will definitely be switching to a different practice after this experience. She was unprofessional to say the least.

This pediatrician office is very dangerous. Took my son for yearly check up during the Covid-19 pandemic. The lady Lynette Bells doesnt too much believe in washing hands!!! If you tell her that you have no concerns with your child she will not do what insurance pays her for(checking eyes,stomach, head.etc) She will simply take your word and tell you youre good to go Lynette puts abuse children in a horrible position! Complaining to insurance office as well. I highly recommend looking else where for your childs medical needs. 0 stars!

BEE HERE MANY TIMES, BUT THIS APPOINTMENT IS THE FIRST TIME IVE EXPERIENCED BEING TREATED SO POORLY! DOOR WAS LOCKED WHEN ARRIVED FOR MY APOINTMENT MADE A WEEK AGO, SOME ONE CAME OUT TO TAKE MY TEMPERATURE. NOW WAITING TO BE CALLED INTO PRIVATE ROOM, 3 INDIVIDUALS WALK RIGHT IN, AND SIGN IN WALK STRAIGHT IN TO PRIVATE ROOM. 5 MINUTES LATER A MAN WALKED in to use their private restroom, no appointments, this is so typical of 99% of businesses, Especially Government ones, in my case. So over incompetent staff. I will not be back! Or refer their office.

I came in as a walk in and did not have a long wait. The staff were very kind to me and my children. The inside was tidy, the doctor was able to help and give all necessary care without a problem.

The lady at the reception is very rude. They told me my prescription was sent to the pharmacy but it wasnt ready. I had to go back and forth 3 times. The nurse practitioner seemed to forget to send it to the pharmacy. Because of them I had to take my child to a different doctor and finally got the medicine. The worst clinic.
