Since they have remodeled, this place has gone to crap. It takes forever to get your food if you get it. This time we waited 10 minutes and went up to inquire and they said they had given it to us. No you did not. Then they wanted to argue about it!!! They do not want to give you napkins or ketchup or any anything. No one will acknowledge you are even standing there! I just want my damn fries and a drink while I wait for my daughter to finish dance class! Not here again. Y all lost a weekly customer.

The new manager is the nicest McDonald s manager I have ever met. He goes out of his way to greet you and does his best to remember the names of regular customers. He is always smiling I don t think this man ever has a bad day. You need more managers like him! Love their chicken sandwiches.

I came in at 7 a.m. on a Saturday with a large group. The morning crew did a great job getting our orders out to us quickly. All orders were correct, hot, and fresh. Im really not a McDonalds fan. But i give it to them this McDonalds, reeled me back in with their indoor playground. Very nice and clean atmosphere. I can get some important things done while watching my child have a blast eating and playing. Talk about 3 birds, 1 stone!! At this point someone needs to say it. I hate this McDonald s. My first bad experiences was about a week or so ago when the power outage came from the tornado I walked 35 mins with 6 kids to buy food for our household of 12. My order was 12 sausage mc muffin bundles and 12 hic oranges they over charged me for 12 hash browns and 12 sausage egg muffins but that s obviously not apart of the bundle. Then I got a refund and couldn t get anything for us to eat because the money didn t return to my card for 2 days. Today again because this is the only McDonald s over here I returned and I asked the lady in the window 2x is it 6 bundles she said yes and still I was over charged for 2 bundles and 4 sausage Mc muffins it s like either they clearly don t understand English well enough and it s no disrespect to them but if they don t work good in the window then have them clean dishes lobby bathroom something and they don t even know what they are giving out because they trying to make they times better I got someone else s food 2x before I got my bag with the wrong order anyways I go here because I we put a family of 12 but I ll just go across to Wendys and pay 2$ more for bundles because I m already being over charged at McDonald s anyways

i get to the drive-thru, i can clearly see through the window all or most of the employees sitting in the dining area including the young african american gentleman wearing the headset taking orders. I drive up and silence. I say hello after a minute or so. He then says, 1 minute, I can see him still sitting there chillin not getting back to work to take my order and still continuing his conversation with another employee. i did not purchase anything. i drove off. tbey lost business.

The food tasted horrible. I dont know what happened, but the food just doesnt taste good it hard to put the food in my mouth. I have to force a cheeseburger in my mouth. I only eat here because my husband doesnt want to go somewhere else because he is tired and this is the closest to our house. I drove from another McDonalds on this same street with the worse service to this GREAT McDonalds. This McDonalds had a very present person taking the orders at the drive thru and no excuses on making me a Frappuccino like the other one. They have been trained right at this one and you can tell they are grateful for their employment. Thank you Xavier & Briana on the drive thru window for such a pleasant service.

Food is good, but the employees attitudes at night are ridiculous. They act like they don t care and it s like if you don t care about your job then maybe you shouldn t have one. Also asked for ketchup and the guy handed me two ketchups and one fell on the concrete and he just kind of shrugged his shoulders and turned around and didn t give me another packet. I was like umm okkk and drove off. They definitely need to hire new staff. I m not trying to knock it or anything, but I definitely do not recommend going to this one. EDIT: The review I originally wrote is no longer applicable. This McDonalds went from Hero to absolute ZERO. Now they cant get one order correct, and if you bring it up that your order is wrong, they give you attitude. I recommend not going to this McDonalds anymore, or any other McDonalds for that matter. Below is the no longer applicable, original review: If youve ever read any of my reviews, generally there reviews of terrible, horrible incompetent restaurants and their employees. And many of them are drive throughs and many of those are McDonalds. However, this one is different. This one has people who seem to be very friendly, accommodating, service-minded, and do their jobs without complaining and do it quickly as well. So far I dont have any complaints about this place and I actually would recommend it. I feel like as long as the customer can be cordial and polite, I feel like youre going to have a good experience here. Good job!

To be honest, this McDonald s actually used to be alright until lately. Now they re just trash. Not worth your time or visit. As a team they seem dysfunctional with co workers arguing with each other over who is to blame for getting an order wrong instead of taking action and fixing the problem. Ordered 3 bundle combos with some extra items and somehow I was charged an additional item. When trying to refund the unwanted item (had to ask more than once) the manager tried to tell me that I already paid. What the hell kinda service does this place have? One star just because they were able to refund me, AFTER the fact that they got the WHOLE order wrong, with missing items, and they served me burgers with NO BUNS. Like I said, absolute trash. And apparently when getting my refund they got quite a few orders before me wrong? Just no excuse. If you do happen to come to this place, ORDER IN PERSON. That way at least the staff can see everything wrong. Save your time.

We had an experience with a woman who was a manager I believe at 4:15 in the morning at the Lakeview and Dalrock location in Rowlett. She said systems were down and only doing cash which Ive never heard of that and she is definitely pocketing the money. She said she wrote down the order and calculated it herself total was 28 she said but looked on the app and it was 19. Then when I brought it up then she said prices in the store are different than online which is not true. She then proceeded to get mad and walk off and made us wait 10 minutes to give us back the money.

This place is useless at night. I went there around 8:30pm. Was told to give the person a minute and a car pulled up in the other driveway and they immediately took their order. I asked why did they take their order before mine and the person on the mike said I ain t take no order then the manager came on the mike apologizing with an attitude. How you supposed to be a professional manager apologizing with an attitude. Then I said it s fine and told them my order. Why these people didn t confirm my order but instead was taking the other drive thru order. Thats 2 orders that came after me. At this point I drive to the window. Since 12/31/23 this location clams they either have no ice cream or their I cream machine is not working. Yet, they re still accepting Mobil order ice cream products. Instead of issuing a refund they try to get you to take something else as a replacement (food) because they don t want to issue a refund. Open 24 hours, twice I have gotten off work, went to get something to eat and they say they re currently not serving food. The first time I called and spoke with the manager the next day, he said that sometimes between 3 and 4 am they can only do cash, but they are serving, which is fine, I would ve paid cash. Who waits in line for over 35 min for their food, then ask me for my receipt. So unorganized smh, you take the order put it in your computer and give the total take the payment then give the correct food duh

Arrived at 230 am in the drive thru. Immediately the only thing we are serving is breakfast burritos and we are only accepting cash. Its funny how nobody ever pays cash hardly anymore and all of a sudden late at night thats all they take. Did the same thing at a location in Mesquite late night and the car in front of me paid cash and I had my window down and when they asked for a receipt was told the printer was down . Doesnt take a genius to figure out what the employees are doing..

Waited in line for over an hour for 3 cheeseburgers and 1 order of fries. This was a 2 line in-car order station. People were trying to go out of sequence to get thru the merge to the one line pay area. Food was cold upon pick up at pay window. People actually exited vehicles and walked to pick-up window to get food orders. I will never go back to this McDonalds store after this experience. Totally incompetent employees at this establishment. The very worst service Ive ever experienced at any McDonalds drive-thru that Ive ever been to. I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER, CAST MY SHADOW AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IN MY LIFETIME!!!!!!! The very worst experience Ive ever encountered and I swear to the Lord above that Ill never spend another penny at this establishment.

Very kind cashiers. One was obviously getting trained and they were kind and patient with her. The place was very clean, food was fast, and they got the order right, even though it was a little complicated!
