I have a hard time understanding how this location is so much slower than every other chick fila I ve ever been too. I order through the mobile through and it takes 20+ minutes every time. Could probably eat at chilis faster than you can eat here.

I keep telling myself I m going to stop coming to This chick fil a but then I forget, but they are always super slow to bring food out and often forget parts of my order! Sometimes I ll just get a drink and I ll wait in the mobile through with no cars In front of me for 20 minutes.

The customer service at this store is terrible. I ordered a small five count nugget online and got to the store to pick it up and waited about 20 minutes, and no one even asked about what I was waiting for or noticed me at all. I eventually left 10 minutes later, without my food, because I was so over it. I d like to rate the service zero stars, but I can t.

Im going to start this off by saying I LOVE Chick-fil-A. I have been a signature member and regular for my entire life - Im talking every day Chick-fil-A. I have thought long and hard about posting this. At this point, I feel like I would be doing a disservice to the nuerodivergent community if I didnt speak of my experience. I used to work here. I was so excited to try working at one of my favorite restaurant chains, but the illusion was quickly shattered. Chick-fil-A is supposed to care... Sadly, when I worked there, I found that mission statement is actually only carried by very few and taken seriously by less. I ultimately quit because I got yelled at for bringing attention to how I was being treated by a couple of the managers there. No issues really started until people found out I was on the spectrum. I was definitely treated differently afterwards. They didnt want to make simple accommodations for a person who is on the autism spectrum. For example, I asked for no fruit in my yogurt because of my ARFID and was told verbatim thats not a thing, unless it was for allergies. There was a point in time where food costs were an issue... But they would rather waste fruit than allow me to make a cup of yogurt myself (which I was trained in and had no issues doing) ARFID is very much a real thing, and I encourage that manager and establishment to become more educated in mental health disorders and what they entail as to avoid making anyone else feel less than for their condition. I also tried to bring attention to how I felt I was being treated by management just for upper management (the same manager who said my ARFID wasnt real) to jump into said meeting without any context and quite literally yell at me and say I was just an angry person and that until I learned to be happy thats all I was going to see in others. They also tried to write me up because I had to go to the bathroom when I got put on new meds. I had even found someone to cover my post, but I still got in trouble because the person I got to cover my post didnt move the cone to open the lane. When I asked the managers what they would have done differently, they said they would have done what I did. They ripped up the write up a week later, but still.... How do you get mad at someone for having to go to the bathroom? Especially when they do everything they can to make sure it doesnt impede business? I watched people make fun of someone who worked in the back just because he gave everyone high fives when he would come into work. So I know it wasnt just me... There was blatant intolerance for anyone who doesnt fit into their cookie cutter idea of how a person should be. The saddest part is Im sure if the owner knew, she wouldnt stand for it. The owner is a beautiful soul and never once made anyone feel less than at least from what I have seen. That is part of the reason why Ive found writing about this so difficult because its not her fault that the actions of others has caused such a disdain for this location. I found a new job that has actually promoted multiple times and they had zero problems making accommodations for my health and actually celebrate my 20 years of customer service and experience that I bring to the table. I also havent had any issues before CFA with coworkers or management in any other jobs I have ever worked. My autism was never a hindrance, and I was never made to feel that way until I worked at this CFA. This Chick-fil-A disappointed me on the deepest level. The reviews arent wrong... It really is a hot mess. The communication is awful and the team aspect is convoluted with gossip and people who do bare minimum while the people who truly do care are overlooked and passed on for the exhausting neverending popularity contest. There were a lot of good people that I was blessed to work with, but overall its sad to see a great name and company tarnished by the actions of 2-3 people.

I hate leaving bad reviews but hoping this will motivate them to make some changes. Every time I get an order from here it s either missing something or wrong. Today I got two salad dressings and a fork instead of sauce and a straw. I m just going to stick with the older one farther down on 66, rarely have any issues with that one.

I keep trying to give them a second chance, but Im always disappointed. They have their newest employees working out in 100 degree heat and they dont know what theyre doing. My order has ALWAYS been wrong or incomplete. Th first time they forgot my fries, the second time they didnt give me 1 of 2 meals, the third time they didnt include any sauces at all and no straws for my drinks. This place is a disgrace and needs to be reinvented with a new operator and better trainers.

This location has lost it. The speed of service is horrible! Entered drive thru at 5:05 pm so far still been in line for 13 min. Wataburger at this point is faster and they are made to order. Really need to get their systems down. Dont use this location for drive thru or speed. If you have all the time in the world go ahead.

Ordered via this location on the app. Payment didn t go through, so I submitted it again. Hit my bank account twice and sent me 2 emails confirming. An hour later, I called delivery support because I still had not received my food and they told me the store was having technical issues and I should receive my almost $100 back within 3-6 business days . If the store is having technical issues with the app, then they need to STOP ACCEPTING APP ORDERS. Now I m down $100 and have no food.

We stop at Chick-fil-A often. We frequent all the locations. This new one is laid out so much better than any of the surrounding locations that we will come here even if the others are closer. From my experience here, the team at this Chick-Fil-A location embodies everything that the brand stands for. This Chick-fil-A is always so clean and everyone is polite and friendly. My family and I visited today and Gavin took our order, he was polite and very patient with my grandmother who took a little bit longer to decide on a meal. Ja Bria, who I believe is a manager, also assisted us with refills and ice cream, and was so kind. Our food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. Wow! I have been a fan of Chick-fil-A for a very long time and have been a frequent guest at this location since its opening and it is quickly becoming one of my favorites! The crew is always friendly and you can tell they really care. They helped me figure out the drive thru with the app and now its a breeze. The inside is kept very clean. The food is delicious. This location has some of the best biscuits I have ever tasted. The fried chicken is crispy, the grilled is flavorful, and the salads, wraps, and fruits are always fresh. Their shakes are thick too. We love our new Chik-fil-a although they do need some work on their drive through service. They are delivering food to cars second and third in line and then they have to wait for the front car to get their food to be able to leave the line. Also, I cant believe they actually built this Chickfila without a childrens play area. They would have so much more business. There is A Great McDonalds across the street with a play yard and we often choose McDonalds just for that.

I just left this location and there was two employees at the take order spot. There is two lanes so we went behind the car since we assumed since there s two of them one of them would help us out while the other helped the guest in front of us. Im leaving a poor review for managers Kayla and Victor. I went through the drive thru, ordered $60 worth of food. When I got home I was missing 2 sandwiches and they got my drinks wrong, I ordered 2 cokes and a Dr. Pepper, instead I got 3 cokes. I drove back to Chick-fil-A to get my sandwiches. I waited in a long line, I explained the situation and asked if I can have a fresh fry because by the time I get back home my fries from the original order will be soggy and cold. The cashier asked the manager and they told her to tell me that all they can give me is the 2 sandwiches that were missing. I asked if I could speak to the manager, but they said they were busy. They finally said I can have 1 fry. Forget about me getting my Dr. Pepper, they were so gracious to finally consent o giving me a fry. I have never had this kind of experience at a Chick-fil-A Fila and we spend $100s on them a month. They inconvenienced me from a meal from my family, waiting in along line because they messed up my order and yet they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them for asking for a hot fry to go with my sandwiches they didnt give me I the first place. Dont think Ill be coming back to this store for a while.

This is a new location. But it sure seems like theyve gotten off to a fantastic start. The staff taking orders on the drive thru line, as well as the staff handing out the food at the window, were extremely polite and friendly. The way this store is structured, it suggests that they handle a lot of traffic. But even when I reached there 1 hour to closing time, everyone was so friendly and a pleasure to deal with, like they just started their shift. Just picked up curbside order about an hour or two ago and now Im sick. I was really looking forward to this being my go-to chickfila since its so close to our house, but I would rather drive to the Garland store again if this is going to happen.

I called to order a tray for pickup, and I was told it would be ready in 15 mins. I arrived 30 mins later. They left us waiting in line for 20 mins. Not sure if they forgot to do my tray or they need more people in the kitchen. But as my first experience in this location, it was not a very good impression.

Customer Service is terrible, all the teenagers working there clearly saw me in my car in the drive through line for 30 minutes waiting for someone to come up to my car keep in mind it s 7 pm and not busy at all and not one person could come up to my car and ask for my name or why i was there or just a simple how can i help you is what they should be trained to do. I finally got down to get my mobile order after waiting for so long and they still made me wait 15 mins for my food inside.

I live that this location is much closer to me being on the other side of town. It is definitely not as busy. Everything has been great except one thing....the experience with the new Mobile thru option when ordering in the app. It was promoted to be able to not wait as long as the drive thru, but this is not my usual experience. I know they are still learning, but I wish they still had the option to do the drive thru in the app. AND they arent doing curbside at this location?

OMG!!! I just witness a car accident in front of chik fil a and when I saw all the people come together from everywhere, but when the staff from Chik fil a came out with drinks for the victims my heart went out. It lets me know there are still good people in the world. Hats off to Chik fil a and all the others that came to the rescue! God bless.

Literally everyone is just standing around. On their phones, hands in pockets, no sense of urgency. 4 managers, not a single one greeted me. Male manager just leaning against the counter. Very frustrating. One girl making drinks was working. Make some cuts! Chick-fil-A, I ll come make this the best location ever and be your GM for a 6 figure salary . Holler @ me.

Yay!! So glad this chickfila is open!! It was easy to get in and out of the lot/drive thru. There was no line when I went, super quick service, employees were nice and most importantly - the food was so hot and fresh!

Chick-fil-a is like all the other great on everything. The big stand out is the size of the parking lot, l like the layout. Hopefully this will lighten the load at the other end of Rowlett.. Great to have them here
