have been a loyal Wingstop customer for years and even served as a general manager at a Dallas location. However, my recent experience at this Wingstop was exceptionally disappointing. I drove 25 minutes home with my order only to find it was incorrect and missing items. When I called, I was instructed to return, and upon arriving, the food was not ready, and manager Maria was extremely rude. Despite the rest of the staff being friendly, Maria laughed in my face when I requested compensation for the inconvenience. I returned on September 6 to give them another chance and seek a resolution. Unfortunately, Marias attitude remained as unpleasant as before, while the rest of the staff was again courteous. Given that I frequently place orders for Monday Night Football and am a business account executive for a telecom company, we use you all a tremendous amount. I will be reaching out to corporate to address Marias lack of customer service and hope for a resolution soon. This poor service is likely a major reason for the numerous negative reviews this location receives.

This Wingstop is really horrible. They would nickel and dime you for every little thing, including the little trays even the manager I don t know if she s even the manager but one of the short Hispanics said that the owners are very cheap and stingy. I asked her where they Vietnamese or Chinese because those people are very stingy. She told me no they re white, which is surprising because white people are not stingy. I came here on today to order some food. They gave me the wrong order in which I had my kid with me so my kid picked out of the food and I watched them give that customer the same food that my kid had picked out of because the customer had a similar name as me her name was V This lady attitude is very horrible. She didn t give me my ranch after I told her that the ranch that was in the bag was the other customers and she was like NO you have your ranch and I m like that wasn t mine originally give me a new one she was like that will be a charge in which I shouldn t have been charged anyway if I had somebody else condiments .

I went to eat dinner the service was great the team was all in order the night manager ANA GAMEZ was aware of the customers and there needs a customers drink spilt and she was ready and aware of how the handle the incident at hand. It was great food was just on point. I will drive 2 hour to dine there again.

On Superbowl Sunday we ordered a 50 piece of various wings fromt the Rowlett location and took them to party across town . When we opened the order most of the wings were half done and the fries had no seasoning and threw all lemon pepper out becuase the were pretty much raw. Since we were away from area and returned home late I contacted them on Monday and spoke with Marilyn the shift lead that stated I would need to discuss with the manager but manager was not in until Tuesday. I called back on Tuesday and was told the manager was not in. I provided order info and contact so the manager could contact us. They called my wifes phone later that day and she missed the call but no message. I called back today and spoke to a very rude manager Evonia that stated she was aware and so was franchise owner and they had no other complaints on Sunday and no money would be refunded or order remade, I needed to call corporate. Needless to say the number I was given was not to corporate. I truly hope the $70 dollars they received was enough to compensate for losing a good customer because we will never go back this is not the first time they have screwed up an order! They had too much volume on that day and was pretty much pushed the orders out the door!

I went to this location at 4:30 today, I was told no walk in customers until after 6:30. So I guess thats about half time of the game. Whomever made that decision should be fired. To totally ignore the walk in customers is unbelievable. I ended up going to Canes great customer service.

Ordered 6:40 on Friday and it s like they precooked before the rush, and just warmed up and added sauce when orders came in. Wings were warm at best, dry and overcooked. Fries were cold and overdone. What a disappointment, this Rowlett location is closest to our house and I am once again reminded why we usually use one of the other Garland locations, should have made the extra drive tonight.

I went to this location Saturday night 9/2/2023, and my order consisted of 40 wings, 2 large fries, and corn. My total came out to be $65. However, my entire family was VIOLENTLY ILL this morning and all afternoon because of said wings. And when I called to complain, I was told that there was nothing that they could do. Solely because I was the only one to say that the food got everyone in my house ill. Im not here to ruin anyones business, BUT ACCOUNTABILITY IS KEY. And there was no accountability in this matter. So. DO NOT EAT FROM THIS LOCATION. Thats if you dont want your entire family VIOLENTLY ILL THE FOLLOWING DAY. And the Shift manager, or lack there of, was more concerned with the fact of me being angered by my entire family being FOOD POISONED, to the point that she took what I was saying personal. I have been to this locations many times, at one point would go every Friday for dinner. However I recently order food to be delivered and my food was delivered to the wrong location. I spoke with both Wingstop and Doordash and both parties assured me I was going to be given a refund this was on 5/10. Here it is 5/19 and I still have no refund. I call and get told I will get a call back it would be looked into and called cooperate spoke with supervisor Ben and got the same message would get a call back from this location. They would always state they could not give me an ETA on the call just keep getting promised a call and not hearing back from them. Today I went into their location, the manager there was nothing but respectful and did her best to assist me understanding why Im upset. I showed pictures of my door and the picture the driver uploaded and expressed how I dont understand why Im not getting an answer. When I called cooperate they informed a refund was never started. Here Im now being told today they have to contact door dash bc they cant refund me until they get their money back from door dash per the owner?? What kind of sense does this make? Im out of money bc your not taking responsibility for the delivery company you use? When this originally happened door dash and Wingstop both assured me I would be refunded. & now Im finding out that until I started calling yesterday no one was even looking into my refund or had even started it. This has really been a upsetting experience, I LOVE Wingstop. However, this owner does not care about her customers. She only cares about making sure, she does not miss out on money. I was promised a call back by store manager in the morning. I will update this review.

Horrible! I ordered a large group pack wings. I was very specific to the person on how I wanted my order. And they still got everything wrong!! This is the second time this has happened. I spent $67 on a order that was wrong! I even confirmed it with the girl at the counter when I picked up. I called to complained about my order and the guy that answer said he was the manager told me his name was Brian, but then came clean and said he was not the manager and his name was not Brian! He then told me the manager allows the employees to act as manager when someone has a complaint. I will never go here again!!

FRIED WELL DONE! #YUM...Update..So not so Yum! At the time I lived in Rowlett, TX. I went in an ordered again since it was quite yummy three days prior. The most terrible experience I will advise you of and hopefully some of the info Ive described will help those who plan to continue to buy from wingstop. So, wingstop has different a number coded size box for what size wings that have come in, as explained by the Management. She said coded box 1, box 2, box 3 and box 3 would be the largest. So, I like my wings well done. I was advised and verbatim that, I would need to ask what size wings do they have in order to know how well they would need to be cooked. HUH!?... Who would even know this information. It would be best for wingstop to ask this question and Im sue others would agree! No compensation like 10%off your next order..NO OTHER COMP! Like wow! So get this, I was advised to come back with hungry children waiting to eat and drive 15 minutes away, wait for another order OR THEY COULD DROP IT BACK INTO THE FRYER!...WHAAAATTTT MADNESS IS THIS IN GENERAL BIT ESPECIALLY DURING COVID. So with discuss i asked for Corporates number. So I called. Left my overall discuss about their policy and was expecting a call or email. Two months still no call or email. Call back and left a message about waiting to months and no call. So I then get a call from the District Manager, she identifies as. But had no resolution and provided overall pushback. I advised I had to recook them using my time and oil, wasted to get them well done, she brushed that off. Not expecting this response from a General Manager at all. But primarily the response is, Im sorry. My mind blown! Heres the pushback: I have to speak to the one person who provided you this information because it has to be someone new, since all of our employees at this location are tenured 10+years We dont have a policy to take back food and recook it after a customer has taken it home, so sorry about it If your wanting comp(and will keep reiterating) go back to the store....Mind you, and already had explained 3 times, its been two months and I no longer am in the state of Texas. I cant speak to anyone else higher than her, only the Owners are higher...No wonder her attitude was Advised I had pictures and was told, I cant tell whether or not from a picture whether wings were cooked well done! ... Wow, she must have never cooked a day in her life! She seem to become flustered by my having pictures and was at this point not wanting to even continue the phone conversation. Told me my order was not wrong, just not cooked right.....Me blinking and said well my order is wrong, not sure what accounts for being wrong if it was not cooked as ordered. She hesitantly asked for me to send her the pictures since I could not speak to anyone higher than her. ADDED pictures to show the supposed well done wings and drop a thumbs-up if you can tell these wings dont look well done to you?! EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We ordered a 40 piece and they are usually gone in our home. But the wings were extremely big almost like the ones from 7-11 . No one ate them. Ordered 15 piece meal with 1/2 pineapple and 1/2 buffalo with Bleu cheese dressing. The pineapple chicken was dry and flavorless. The Buffalo wings were ok- just ok. Got ranch dressing instead of bleu cheese which had too much garlic for our liking. French fries were over cooked, soggy, and tasted like oil. We usual visit Buffalo Wild Wings but thought wed give Wing Stop a try. Probably wont go back.

Disgusting...I order the new thighs to go...I picked up my order and when I began to eat they were not done. I called the store and was told to return my order. They recorded the thighs then asked me to check to see if they were done enough. I was not going to touch hot chicken! I took my order home and I could not eat them. They were fried too hard and I would have needed dental work to eat them. I threw the entire order in the trash. Wasted $12. I will never order from that store again. The WingStop in Rowlett is the worst! I have placed my order online on 2 separate occasions and had to wait when I got there for pickup. What is the purpose of ordering online if you still have wait as if you placed an in-person order. On 8/26/19, I placed an order online at 6:19pm, per my online receipt my order would be ready at 6:37pm. Well...that didnt happen. I got my food at 7:05pm. I thought maybe they were having busy day. Fast forward to 9/5/19 and the same thing happen again. I placed my order online at 6:58pm, per receipt, order would be ready at 7:24pm. I didnt get my food until 8:08pm...bull-ish. AGAIN what is the purpose of ordering online to avoid the wait. The cashier was telling people that the wait was 45 minutes or more because the chicken wings were bigger and taking longer to cook...bull-ish. They lack professionalism and organizational skills. There was a gentleman waiting who called in his order at 6:30. He got his food at 8pm. If you want your order ready when you arrive, DONT go to the WingStop in Rowlett. I placed an order for 40 pieces in celebration of my sons achievement. He loves hot wings. At the end of the meal, in my little cup of ranch dressing, was a LONG BLOND STRAND OF HAIR. This made me gag and destroyed what was a good dining experience. WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS WINGSTOP LOCATION again. Paid $50+ for this!

This is a good wingstop, I have not had any problems with them. Even when they have a lot of orders, you get your food expeditiously. I always get the classic red sauce hot wings. One thing I love, love, love is the cheese sauce and the french fries.

I did not have a great experience with the quality of food. I gave 2 stars only because my order was correct. The wings were over cooked to the point that the meat shrunk on the bone. We ordered 45 wings and all 45 were hard and smelled burned. This is my last time with this Wingstop, I will try the one in Rockwall before I go to this one again. Spent 61 dollars and it was a waste of money.

First I have a problem with the wingstop app. How are you going to have an app & not have online pay as an option? then the location didn t take apple pay either, which was an inconvenience but no worries i just had to go home to get my wallet (i live close) i put in my order again so i can have freshly made food & the lady argued that since i already put in my previous order that means i had to take THE OLD FOOD. i told her i just wanted fresh food because it s been 30 mins since i been back but she refused. eventually i got new food but the customer service is AWFUL. all the young ladies behind the counter were talking ignoring customers, giving looks and attitude and just making an easy experience terrible. they don t even say thank you or any simple manners. AND NONE OF THEM ARE WEARING MASK OR GLOVES!!!!! BIG NO NO. won t be ordering at this location again.

i m not sure if she s a new hire but lately every time i come here for a pick up order, there s a girl here who just let everyone grab whatever bag they want so when someone grabs a wrong order, it slows everyone else down... the second time, she tried to tell me i spelled my own name wrong on the order uuuhh... how is she still employed? she got yelled at in front of everyone and is still doing the same wrong thing...

Decided at the last minute to go to Wing Stop for Sunday dinner. Ordered wings, fries and vegetables (carrots and celery), which cost right at $40.00. After what seemed like forever, my order was finally ready, but that did not really bother me because I was a walk in and there were about 3 customers ahead of me plus phone orders. What DID bother me was the fact that when I got home my family and I noticed our fries must have been the last in the bin before starting a fresh batch. Each fry was approximately 1 in legnth and we had to eat them like popcorn instead of fries. I never have had to check my order in the past. And yes, after church, I was too tired to take them back. I shouldnt have had to. Signed Disappointed

Prices seem to be higher than other locations but friendly staff and food prepared fast. I am editing my review because it was a year ago and now the service is very poor, sent home after 15 minute additional wait with cold food. And nobody was wearing a mask. Manager Liz Guzman refuses to address any of the issues.
