My family and I decided to try this Mexican place because it was right next to the mall and we were pleasantly surprised on how good the service was. We also had a few vegetarian dishes, such as the vegetarian nachos that had spinach, which was a first and very good. since it was the weekend, they also had Chilaquiles, which we also had with veggies instead of chicken and it was also very good. My son had the mac & cheese with some french fries two thumbs up. They had some drink specials and we tried that tequila sunrise as well as a margarita.. overall everything was very good. A little pricey for lunch, but I would definitely go back. Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes could have just veggies with no chicken or meat

Was the first customer Tueday sept 10 around 11:05am. The bartender was your server. He asked for the order delivered at and never saw him again. The buzzer was very aware of our table and helped us. Another person. Had to give us out check because the bartender was MIA. Horrible service.

Had accidentally posted to the wrong location. This review is meant for this place by the outlets. The food was very delicious such as the other Santiago in the area. Got my usual drinks and food. However, the experience for this location was tainted by their waitress, Alexandra. Very cold, not customer friendly oriented. Not even a friendly Hello, how are you? When they didn t offer something, no we don t have that . Could she not have apologized and offered something similar? Did her job with minimal effort and with a chip on her shoulder. She did however have a big smile and more energy when she was wrestling around with her peers but not with her customers. She would probably have had a smile and more pep in her step if GRATUITY wasn t already added to the check. She got her money, no matter the level of service she provided.

Seems like there was a lot of confusion when I walked in. The host sat me down and I was expecting my friend, but then no one came to my table after. I pretty much had to flag someone down after 20 minutes of sitting and still no server. I was also seated near the front windows and there were so many flies that when we finally did get our food, the flies immediately started hovering over our food.

We used to frequent this spot regularly for years, they were our go to for TexMex in Round Rock, today we went to enjoy some of our favorite dishes to find out the food has changed and when I asked about the sauce that was served with my tacos Al pastor, they told me that is how it comes. I explained to the waiter that the sauce has changed and we used to eat there every week for years, he said no it s the same. The guy used to be a bus boy and is now a waiter which is great, but the sauce used to be a jalapeño sauce, not tomatillo. The pastor did not have the same flavor either, I m sorry guy but your customers might know what they have eaten every week for years has changed. Service was terrible, maybe New management or cook but I miss the old tacos Al pastor with jalapeño sauce and I won t be back for that because the price increased too and it sucked!

The manger was terrible I believe his name is (Jesus) we were there last night celebrating my cousin birthday and the manager told us we were too loud and we need to calm down in such a rude way as we were just about to order more food and another round off drinks for 6 people we our tab was about $300 at this point and was gonna spend another $200-$300 I feel bad for the waitress because she was amazing and her tip would have likely tripled. I had their tacos there for dinner. This is the only place that I know of that makes their taco shells. They were freaking delicious! When I want tacos, Ill make my own shells at home. I m not one to typically give an average rating. I ve been wanting to come and check this place out for a while, maybe my standards were a little high for rave of reviews left. There was absolutely nothing going on with the food or service that would make it stand out. The vibe in it self was weird. Food was a little to bland for me. The margaritas were strong and the service was absolutely perfection. I ran my server ragged, changed my order twice, and made him redo my margarita for no reason. He handled it all with positivity and class catering to my every whim. I dont know what God made José but he was the best waiter I have ever had.

The building used to be home to a place called Reds Porch, which was famous for being dog friendly. The current establishment is the complete opposite, to the point of putting a gigantic sign outside. Seeing that, I didnt even bother going in. Given the design of the building, it is a misuse of space.
