Visited in late July and was given advertisements and coupons. They asked if I wanted to be a member, but did not say it cost anything. I was just charged 11.99 this month and had to call customer service. I asked to be taken off the membership, and the employee kept telling me all the benefits. And that she would keep me on until I have time to think about it. I had to tell her sternly that I didnt want it.

Bought a puzzle and Im missing a piece. I looked in the bag but I cant find the receipt. The puzzle company nmrbrands wont send me the missing piece without a receipt. Even then they dont send just a piece, they send the entire puzzle or entirely different puzzle.

I can t give zero stars or I would. I bought a few items recently and was offered to join their free loyalty program to save 10% and like an idiot I did it. After I got home and looked at the booklet they stuffed in the bag it appeared it was actually a monthly membership with a fee that I never could find stated. I got online and sent emails and chat messages to get this cancelled before my 30 day free trial ended. I was never told any of this by the helpful employee and you can bet I will never buy anything from that overpriced store again. Stay away far away.

They enrolled my 16 year old in a discount membership and did not mention it is $12 a month. Legally, you have to be 18 to join this type of membership. They never asked her age and or told her there was a monthly fee. We only found out when the fee hit her account. The website makes it hard to get a live person. Luckily, they canceled her membership and gave her a refund for the monthly fee.

Dishonest employees. Theyll ask for your email to get 10% off your order and points/rewards when you shop. What they dont tell you is that theyll take that email and your card information and sign you up for their subscription based program for $11.99 month. They are supposed to disclose that but don t tell you any of this. If you don t read the fine print, they ll subscribe you to a magazine subscription as well. When I declined both, they tried to tell me to proceed and just cancel it before the free trial ends.. sketchy business and employees for sure. I bet they scam so many others cause you re being rushed at the checkout line when all of this is happening.

Cool store, Terrible prices and atrocious customer service , Seriously if you want stuff similar to the ones in the store or exact ones, just order off temu, Amazon or wish, youll end up finding the same product for less, also customer service is legitimately bad, I went here to buy things before and there was this lady employee that kept looking at me and my friend in the store giving us this disgusting look, like alr if you dont like my Idc outfit then just ignore it, also dont buy things here like tshirts or candy you can get them cheaper somewhere else SAVE YOURE MONEY!!

Cool place. Cool idea. Cool stuff. Absolutely despicable customer service. First time I went with my friends to pick out some jackets (they later bought), the lady in blue hair yelled at us and told us I am watching you . The second time we went, same friends, we were absolutely being respectful, and the old guy with glasses and a beard at the front kept staring at me. When I moved, he moved as well. I didn t even utter a single word while in the store and he still stared. I felt disgusted and disrespected, so I left. Will NOT be coming back and will tell people to NOT come to this horrible store full of horrible employees. 0 stars if I could.

Interesting store, enjoyed all of the items and options. Staff werent very helpful though. Felt like we were bothering them when we asked a question and didnt feel very welcome afterwards. Cool stuff to check out though. Would recommend giving it a look.

Though they have a large selection of cool things. Their customer service definitely needs some help. I had to call for the lady behind the counter multiple times before she assisted me. I asked about the discount card with multiple discounts printed in front of the items I was looking to purchase. After several questions, I picked up the items I was going to purchase at the register, and the man helping me didnt want to give me the discount for the second item I purchased even though the lady had just told me it was 25%off. I asked him to go get the lady she came back and said yes to the discount and apologized, yet the man who was in the wrong didnt utter a word except my total. Work on your custom service seriously

To anyone complaining about the membership you re all lying this location does not sign you up without your knowledge! You need to be adults and read the brochure you re handed, and maybe pay attention when someone is talking to you! They all SAY FREE TO TRY and if you say they don t you re lying. Do NOT blame the employees for doing their job you need to be better customers and treat people with respect and don t blame your lack of understanding and or reading skills on anyone but yourselves.

Store has some cool stuff but unfortunately they are indeed overpriced as some people are mentioning. I came in and was the only one in the store, the older gentleman with glasses behind the counter had a very unwelcoming attitude I picked up on as I went to check out. He did not greet me at all and did not even attempt to smile at me even once. He tried to quickly add in the fact that I could try and save 20% off my purchase if I did something. He mentioned it so quickly I didnt really know what he was trying to offer me. I was confused as it sounded too good to be true so I declined. He spoke as if he didnt care to be there and after I paid he hastily slid me my item and processed to walk away like I was a bother. I hate to complain but this isnt the place for you if you cant show professionalism to your customers.

the girl working signed me up for their PAID VIP program without asking. she told me how to cancel everything, but she still signed me up without asking and just asked for my ID. thats so wrong, as I never wanted that. theres still cool stuff in here or whatever, but you can just get a lot of it online and avoid the VIP sign up. not cool.

Do not shop here. They signed me up for their VIP program without my permission and are now refusing to refund the money. Thankfully I caught it on the second charge but it is ridiculous that I cant get that $24 back. When I talked to the customer service they said they arent allowed to give refunds. They then told me that I got confirmation emails sent to me and they were delivered. I never got any emails and when I asked what email they had on file they wouldnt tell me and kept asking me to provide the email. It is extremely sketchy. A Google search on the program also showed many other people with similar issues.

This store is amazing! It has so many awesome displays of merchandise images of things that I grew up with... comics, sci-fi merchandise, and anime. Door is always in good condition and kept clean. It seems like the employees really enjoy their job, and are extremely helpful.
