Jessica and team is absolutely amazing!!!! She is an attorney that actually cares! This was one of the hardest thing my family has ever been through, but having Jessica in our corner, and knowing you have an attorney fighting for YOU, who is absolutely, the best around sure is comforting. When you re a father fighting for your daughters, it seems like the cards are stacked up against you from the start. As soon as I met with Jessica she made those feelings go away. She exceeded our expectations and the end result was more than I ever thought was possible!! Not only was Jessica great, her team with Randy, Megan and Lisa were also amazing! When a good friend of mine told me how great she was and there is no better choice, he was not lying. We are truly blessed that GOD guided us to Jessica!

Heres an updated version incorporating your additions: A heartbreaking situation left me in a state of shock and disbelief. An opposing attorney completely misrepresented their intentions, handing my young, naive kids a pen that unknowingly signed their son away. The moment I realized what had happened, my heart sank, and anger surged through me. After hearing wonderful things about Jessica, she was my first call. My initial communication was with Lisa, who immediately showed immense compassion and care. Meeting with Jessica confirmed not only her vast knowledge but also her deep empathy. After a brief rundown of the situation, Jessica and Randy quickly got to work. Despite my tendency to control every detail, I felt my anxiety fade, replaced by full confidence that everything would be alright. Later, I met Megan, Jessica s paralegal, and once again experienced their teams genuine compassion and support. These four individuals, strangers at first, embraced my story and my sweet grandson as though they were protecting their own family. With a perfect balance of heartfelt care for their clients and fierce determination, they accomplished in just one week what felt impossible. They stopped what could have been a devastating outcome. But it didn t end there! Once the desired result was reached, Jessica called that evening, on her way to a game for her child, just to make sure my grandson was safe and sound. Jessica s strong faith along with her grit is what brought me to her firm. We prayed together multiple times and before parking at the court I passed the cutest little white church. There was an Ethel sign in the garden bed. I prayed when I parked. That was my great grandma s name. She was with us. Just more proof we were covered by god and his angels. I am confident that God led me and my husband to Jessica and her team. After attending church for the sake of my step children, I realized my own relationship with God was in need of mending. Learning to lean on God has helped both of us process through so many of the challenges we have been facing and has brought me so much peace. As I write this review, I literally have tears in my eyes. Jessica Presswood gave me all that was stolen from me. She saved my children, she saved me, she gave me hope when I thought all else was lost. What I want to say in this review is literally way too much to type, but the pictures and the TESTIMONY below should tell you ALL you need to know. Jessica and her team are the REAL deal. They don t just fight FOR you, they fight WITH you. If you want a chance in a legal fight then she is the one who will not just go to battle with and for you but she will fight until the war is over and beyond. If youre going through a divorce and/or custody battle go with Jessica. I looked up and researched tons of lawyers and ended up choosing Jessica after my other lawyer wasnt getting the job done. Jessica and her team were always on top of everything, kept me updated with everything going on, and most importantly would respond in a timely manner any time I asked questions. She and her team even helped facilitate a time sensitive TRO for me WHILE SHE WAS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY ON VACATION!! Even though shes representing you as a client, she also makes you feel like a friend and even more so on top of everything she also wants whats best for the kids in the end. Anyone posting anything negative on here is simply the unfortunate party on the other side that obviously is venting due to the fact they also found out how good she is the hard way. I consider the fact I won my case with the knowledge, advice and work that Jessica and her team put in. Im also confident my previous lawyer wouldnt have helped me get what I ended up with. I can t express how much I appreciate Jessica and her team, which includes Lisa, Megan, and Cim. 2 months ago, my son was taken 1400 miles away from without me knowing. I was devastated and heartbroken that I would never see him again. Jessica and her team responded quickly!! There were so many challenges in trying to locate him and bring him home. They showed empathy, concern, and care about my situation. Jessica was determined to get my son back home and wouldn t give up! Horrible person and down right dishonest. If you re looking for a narcissistic person that doesn t truly look out for the best interest of the child. You ve came to the right place. I would give 0 stars if I could. I don t know how this woman sleeps at night. I 100% agree with the other comment definitely BMI or friends leaving the positive reviews. It discusses me the things she has lied about in court and on paper and has ruined lives. Edit after her response: She doesn t even know what s she s talking about and is clearly happy about tearing children from their parents and must do this regularly. Get ready to put your child through YEARS of trauma and therapy. No facts or truth behind her statement. Again, don t know how she sleeps at night.

Upon our first meeting, I was impressed with Ms. Presswood and her team, regarding preparedness, attentiveness, and transparency.
