We had great experience with Tori from this team. She helped us identify a rental as we made our initial move from DFW, and continued to be essential to our search for a home to buy. We had quite a few boxes that needed to be checked and Tori was able to always show us houses that reasonably met the criteria. We moved to another state and left our home empty to sell. Chris and Pam went above and beyond to help us with our sale. No task was too big or small. Chris made sure the house was ready to show. He supervised repairs, painting etc. He even cleaned the pool when needed. Chris did a good job communicating throughout the process. It would have been extremely difficult to manage without them.

We started planning and monitoring the process of selling our home in May 2021. From the beginning the RJF Team provided exceptional service to our family. We gave them a forecast of when we were projected to move and never did they turn their back or rush us to sell. We used the RJF team to both buy and sell a house. We have worked with three other realtors buying and selling houses over the years, and Robert and his team put the others to shame. On the buying side, Ryan was super responsive and helpful. He had some great feedback on things we should consider as we looked at different properties, and during the bidding/negotiating process, his pricing recommendations were lower than what we were originally considering, which says a lot since the higher the purchase price, the more commission he earns. From a selling perspective, Robert was awesome. It is way more stressful to sell a house than to buy one, but Robert was very knowledgeable about what we should fix and what we should leave for the new owners to address. He also included a free consultation with a designer to help us stage our house. His marketing strategy was very effective. We had 20 showings in 16 days, and it took less than a month to sell our property, almost receiving our full asking price. We should have used Robert and Tess from the beginning. Robert and Team sold our first house in Round Rock - but he had different staff then and her name started with and N was not very good when showing us homes to buy while selling our first one on Green Vista Ct. So needless to say when selling our Senna Ridge Trl home we start with 2 other Agents - what a mistake. 1) Agent 1 - his name starts with M was wet behind the ears in Real Estate and they had this thing where a potential buyer would want to see our home - call the number on the board and was directed away from our home to the next Open House - truly - I have copies of all the calls and text, along with emails between us and this other company. Dropped them like a hot potato. 2) Agent 2 - his name starts with M as well - by this time we were starting the middle of the bell curve on selling a home - this man did nothing. I made the flyers for the house describing the hot points of the home for potential buyers. I forced the Open Houses - I forced him to do something and he was late to every single open house. And when I say late try 10+ minutes. He was so involved in his personal life that he at his advanced age (Im Advanced age as well - so I can say it). Anyway he did not have the ability to separate his personal life with his work life. They say they are the #1 Agents in Austin - that word is part of their company. He had this weird idea to drop the price every week to get people to look at it - wrong and bad idea. So once our contract time was up we dropped him/them like a hot potato. 3) Robert Fischer and Tess - are definitely #1 - he has this down to a science. You remember I said they sold 2 homes for us - and both exactly within 10-12 days - they had a contract and a sold sign on my lawn. Robert was on vacation when I reached out to him regarding all the troubles we were experiencing and he emailed and texted me back. He asked Tess to meet with my husband and I - and from the moment we met her we knew she was going to be the one for us to sell this big beautiful home. Right away - Tess pointed out all the mistakes in our listing that the other 2 Agents put out there. You know schools are very important to parents and the other agents had schools listed way across town - there were about 11-12 mistakes on our listing that Tess and Robert corrected and what do you know - the home sold. We highly recommend Robert and Tess to all - Thank you for taking us on and selling our home

Grant Dean, with Robert J. Fischer, was great to work with during our long distance search for a home in the Round Rock/Georgetown area. We specifically looked for a realtor who could work with us, while we were stationed overseas on a work assignment. Grant was very flexible and responsive, given the thirteen hour time difference! When we were unable to view a property ourselves, Grant was always available to check it out for us, taking lots of extra pictures of the things he knew wed be looking for and providing us with details about what he observed. If Im ever in the market to purchase a home in this area again, I will have complete confidence in Grant to help us find what we need.

Where do I even begin? The RJF Team was amazing, and I truly dont believe we would be currently sitting in our new home without their services! Our realtor was beyond words amazing, Ryan Owens. Ryan was spot on from the very beginning. Always returned our calls and texts, was incredibly knowledgeable, and addressed every concern that we came across. He was a magnificent guide when it came time to put an offer in on our house and we happily got our offer accepted at a much lower price than I would have thought! His recommendations for inspectors and the like were perfect. They got the job done well, at a great price. Those folks were friendly, professional, and efficient. When our first lender denied us at last minute, Ryan gave us yet another great recommendation for a company that really pulled through. The experience was far more pleasant than it had been with the one we picked out ourselves. The whole RJF Team pulled together to make sure we got our dream home. And now I get to spend every morning on my deck, drinking a hot cup of coffee, watching the sun rise over the hill. I couldnt be more thrilled with my experience with these folks. Had a great time working with Cassandra! She showed us every house we wanted to see and was very patient with us. She was so very great with our 2 young daughters. The team is very family oriented by having get togethers for all their clients. The RJF team really know what they are doing. When our lender we chose personally wasnt able to close on time they recommended their preferred lender and we were able to close right on time! They found me a great house in Cedar Park in 2009 ... then when I had to relocate for work in 2017, they sold that house in ONE DAY -- for a big profit and above asking price. Our realtor Josh Slayton is top notch and really listened to what we were looking for and seemed to read my reactions better than me sometimes! He said after one house that would work....lets keep looking...your eyes didnt light up!!! He helped with tons of our questions and since we are new to Austin; he was able help with areas and his knowledge is quite impressive. Wendy Trevino is also top notch and is behind the scenes making sure all the ends tie up and helped move our lenders along and keep us more informed than the finance people. As executor of my Mothers estate I was faced with many tasks all at once. Amongst them, I needed to sell her house as soon as possible. We recently sold and purchased a home with the Robert J Fischer team. Our realtor, Grant Dean, was so kind and patient with us as we were clueless about what we were getting ourselves into. Grant took time to come to our house, gave us great ideas about staging our home and explain the listing process to us.
