They have a commissary that the public can donate to, where residents can get books, furniture, canned goods, clothes, etc.

This organization saved my life . During a time of need, my infant child and I stayed here while I needed a helping hand to get back on my feet. If you re a single mom in need of a long term program to assist you during crises and are at risk of not being able to care for your children- look into this program. The women at TBCH LITERALLY are the most graceful, caring, and compassionate people I ve ever known. I Texas Baptist Children s Home.

When circumstances in life got really difficult and my daughter and I were homeless we called Texas Baptist Childrens Home our home. The staff there treated me better than Ive been treated my whole life. I was seen and heard, understood and loved, all my needs were met. I was given the tools that I needed to take better care of myself and my daughter, I left there with confidence and better self esteem too. Thank you TBCH, for everything!

This place helps women and children who are displaced to get back on their feet and to eventually be independent again. They are very appreciative of any help you provide. I highly recommend helping them to help others.

I ve worked with TBCH for a few years now and I highly recommend this organization. The services they provide in the community are indispensable. They are not an orphanage, they are so much more than that. You should check them out.

I am very Grateful for TBCH, not only do they make us feel like family but they have helped guide me through the thick and thin of challenges in my life. Everywhere there are encouraging and positive staff that never skip a beat on making sure I am on top of my stuff. We are a family that was part of receiving in the Toy Run. Toy Runnerz and different events that go on are heart-warming and fun. My children are grateful for the support. One of there favorite places is the Rec Center on Campus.

They do a great service for the community. We were there with a school group giving ng presents to the little ones. It was nice to see how they run the childrens home. I was impressed with how much they work with young mothers in an effort to keep little families together. Very inspiring.
