I came here last year when my son started band. We did the rent to own instrument. Everyone was helpful,knowledgeable and it was such an easy, quick process. They went and grabbed everything I needed on the school list. We walked out w a great instrument. Today, I brought it back due to it needing a repair. They automatically gave me a loaner, advised this repair usually causes future problems so they just ordered me a brand new one same model. I was in and out in 5 mins and didnt have to pay a dime. The hassle free and great customer service has made me a customer for life!

Great place to learn violin, the teacher Nathan is my sons favorite. Hes friendly, keeps my son on task, they talk about video games enough to relate but not enough to distract.

It was amazing they have really good high quality products and it is an easy buy they have many many selections on instruments but I was looking for a piano I got the Yamaha piano it plays amazing and smooth and I recommend the 3 year warranty

Update: after more than an year Im still having Violin classes and enjoying very much. Nathan is the violin teacher, he is really energetic and a great musician. The staff changed a bit but they are all great, they have a great vibe. Started to have classes here, which provides discount on the store. Very good teachers and the store staff is very helpful and friendly.

David, the store manager, helped me and my girlfriend tremendously. He not only politely answered many questions about prices for renting, rent to own, and just a full purchase. He went out of his way to search at other locations for the violin that best suited us. He ended up finding one and putting it on hold for us to make our purchase later in the day. Much thanks to David and his great customer service! Will be coming back in the future for supplies and new instruments from this great experience.

Very bad retort policy. COSTUMER SERVIS NOT WILLING TO HELP IN THIS SITUATION stores closed and they even cant stop or freeze payments.I paid off account and trying to return instrument,and they teleng me I will be charged till store will open!!! Never will go back to this place.Thank you!!!!

Quick to sign you up for a rental plan but good luck trying to return it without a hassle. Took 1 year of run around & being hung up on before returning to store. Now I still get phone calls saying I havent returned it because the computer system has malfunctioned & they want me to pay $400 or send it to 3rd party collections. Even calling the store to figure out what the heck is going on they put it off to oh I will have my district manager call you not going to hold my breath. Also not going to pay for an instrument that I havent had. Please find a local place & not a corporate screw you over place.
