Stopped in after a doctors appointment for breakfast but was too late, breakfast stops at 11:00am, so I ordered an enchilada lunch. Served on a piping hot plate it was delicious. They have a wide variety of menu choices. Eat in, to-go, or drive thru options available. Nice bar setup and cold cerveza. Service was excellent, and prices are very reasonable.

Ive brought my family here for years and cant recommend them enough. My son Knox has basically grown up here as many times as weve dined in. He loves seeing whats going on in the kitchen. Ive had plenty of work happy hours and meeting with my AC Technician employee team for breakfast. Great food, atmosphere and always friendly staff. Plenty of options on the menu and a full bar.

I work nearby and get takeout from here often. I can t say enough good things about them. Food is good and service is above and beyond. Google let me order somehow when they had just closed and they stayed late to make my order for me instead of refunding me. I don t know of another restaurant who would turn everything back on after they ve cleaned and were ready to head out. I am so grateful to have them as my favorite neighborhood pickup spot. Y all have my business for life!

I wasn t the greatest fan and I love Mexican food. The term good enough can be applied to this restaurant. You can tell it s authentic, but it s just bland and the breakfast tacos fall slightly below average. The salsas are nothing to be remember but it is close by and will fill you up.

Absolutely delicious and fantastic service. I stopped by with my sons, because I happened across the great reviews. This place did not disappoint. Truly authentic and tasty. We WILL be back... A LOT! Update: a year later, this place is our go-to for delicious food and drinks! We also will drop by to pick up a 32oz frozen margarita to-go, which is perfectly made for sharing (at home).

Very nice lunch visit. Crispy beef taco and the chicken chalupa were fantastic. I liked the chile con carne on the cheese enchilada very much. Beans very good. The pork tamale was excellent, though I was not fond of the tangy / sour green sauce on it. Well-made, just not my personal preference. Red salsa was perfect. Service was excellent. Atmosphere very nice Inside - as nice as you ll find in a small neighborhood strip center. Very happy with our meal! I was most impressed with the way they cooked the meats. So next time I plan on trying fajitas or carne guisada, maybe both?

We came here for a late lunch on a Saturday and as expected, it was not at all busy; we were the only customers until another couple arrived some time later. We received our obligatory chips, minus the salsa and one of the servers made some weird joke about bringing the salsa whenever we want. OK then. We finally got the salsa and then ordered the following: 1) Small Chicken Tortilla Soup, 2) Nachos with Ground Beef and a la carte items 3) Beef Enchilada, 4) Crispy Beef Taco and 5) Chicken Flauta. The chicken tortilla soup was a little too spicy for me. The nachos were kind of a mess and pretty greasy; certainly not worth the $12 price tag. The beef enchilada didnt seem to have enough flavor/sauce and again, was extremely greasy. The crispy beef taco was also unnecessarily greasy, as if they deep fried the taco in its entirety. Finally, the chicken flauta was not at all crispy and sadly chewy, it seems that they did not fry it in oil that was hot enough. We dont like to waste food, so we ate what we ordered but did mention that the flauta was not cooked properly. I am genuinely surprised that this place has been around since 2012 considering that all of their food is extremely greasy and lacking flavor. Finally, I am not sure if they are having issues with their A/C, but it was very warm inside when we visited. Personally, we will not be returning.

Let me start with important details. The frozen house margarita is the best Ive tasted in Central Texas!!! Same for the refried beans. The chips are super yummy. The salsa was so good. Spicy and full of all the flavors you crave eating chips and salsa. The Shrimp Ala Mexicana is my favorite dish. I cant stop coming here.

This is a neighborhood place that serves Creek Bend and Plantation. The dinner plates are excellent but the hours are weird and the staff is not very friendly. I do not recommend breakfast at all. Breakfast is actually terrible here. I have lived in the neighborhood for years and cant quite figure this place out. Its a mixed bag for sure.

This is my favorite tex mex place in all of the Austin area. Its a small, family run place, and they care about your patronage. Weve been going here for over 5 years and we feel like were family every time we walk in. The barbacoa is one of my all time favorites. Theyll even put egg in your barbacoa taco for breakfast if you ask (gringos like me love it ).

What would you expect when walk into a restaurant and find out ONE person is running around as a waitress, a bartender, a busboy, taking orders by phone and a cashier, while customers are coming in? Thats right, a darn interesting experience . Today we decided to visit Cinco Sentidos Tex-Mex restaurant for lunch and that is what we encountered. As bad as it might sound, the lady (Jodie) doing all the works did an outstanding job clearly communicating with the customers, telling them what to expect but most importantly, she got the orders and delivered all the dishes in timely manner. Very interesting dinning experience but pleasant one since I felt we were being taken care of.

I have eaten at this place for about a year. The food is good no complaints. The last 3 times I have ordered a breakfast burrito from this place with salsa my stomach hurts and burns for about two weeks straight. I tried to give it the benefit of doubt by going again to give it another chance thinking it was something else. I seriously think the Public and Health sanitation needs to be called on this restaurant. They re not cooking something right all the way in the kitchen. I know for sure that s what s upsetting my stomach and I will be calling the Food and Health department.

Came for breakfast. I think I should have come for lunch or dinner. The drink selection looks amazing. I just couldn t justify ordering a drink at 10am. I ordered the migas without beans. The beans are not vegetarian. The migas came with red potatoes and they were really good. The potatoes were not crispy which was surprising they were a little mushy but they were tasty. The migas were nice and crispy. However I don t think there was enough tortillas in the migas. They have a red house salsa that is pretty good but it s not that spicy. The coffee is good but nothing special.

Muy sabroso! The food was so tasty and the flavors were very balanced. The vegetarian chile relleno and vegetarian enchiladas were delicious. Perhaps the vegetarian fajitas could use a bit more inspiration but they were good too. We ordered takeout and the service over the phone and at the restaurant was friendly, polite and professional. The first time I ordered tacos (barbacoa) they were excellent!!!! The salsa was great. It was the real barbacoa!! and so darn yummy they got a 5 star and would have given more stars. The next time I went by I ordered the same thing....dry like it had been sitting there for hours almost burnt like look. As much as they cost which I would pay anything like with the first time I had the Barbacoa, but this time....look if you have none left then you have none left...dont give whats on the bottom just say your sold out. If I could give a 0 I would. Literally the worst carne guisada tacos we have ever had. Meat was hard and horrible tasting. Was hoping to find a nice neighborhood Mexican restaurant in the area that we could get great breakfast tacos or maybe come in for a good meal. Food was good, prices were fair, but the restaurant is a small space and unfortunately had karaoke going on in the back of the dining room. It was very loud and made it impossible to carry on a conversation at your table.

Good breakfast burritos at a good price ($1.95). We ordered 6 with different ingredients and they came out very quickly and fresh. The sauce they provide with them is very good.

Great local, family owned mexican food. I judge a place by their hot sauce and Cinco gets 5 stars hands down. Lots of good options on the menu at good prices. Breakfast is awesome as well. Highly recommended.
