Loved the people helping, the team in My house purchase was young & not able to secure what we needed but with a lot of help we found adequate on 3 out of 5 needs for our family. The team worked well, but new wasnt readied w/enough land to be a family of our size house unless area is developed to proper walking paths sponge tracks benches & sidewalks to local things like schools, stores, etc. Good area, people , loving enough to try to meet the need. Still have need of keeping our warranty package & promises on land purchase agreements, learning together, how we can get things done well. Fortunately are able Christians w/good young family

Moving from out of state it was VERY important that we worked with someone who had extensive knowledge of the area. Terra has lived in the area for over 30 years and she was able to provide a lot of insight into the areas we were looking at. This was our 4th move due to my husbands job and she was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. She was readly accesable by phone or text and did a great job of findiing homes that were in our price range. We would hate to move again but if we had to, we would definately use Terra again to sell our home.

As new home buyers we knew absolutely nothing about it. Julie went from someone I randomly looked up on the internet to the person who did all my hard work for me. I admire how she checked in on us, kept me updated, and reminded me of things I forgot (which is a lot). We didnt buy the most expensive house but I feel like we were well taken care of anyway. Terra Salas is the realtor who represented me from the KW group. There arent enough great words that I can use with limited space! I found Terras profile at Keller Williams and from there, read her realtor Facebook page. I knew she was the realtor for me! A few minutes after I sent her an email, Terra reached out to me and discussed my needs for a home. Terra was very honest about the current state of the market so I would understand what I would be dealing with as a buyer. Sure enough, I made offers on homes that I was really excited about, and was outbid by cash buyers. Terra made sure I did not lose hope! We worked hard to develop an offer that any seller would appreciate, and I finally found a great home! Terra is the best realtor I have ever had, and a person that knows the importance of educating her clients. She is kind, dedicated, and has an incredible work ethic. My family worked with Jay Acker to list and sell my parents home. Although it was a very special house with a number of unique features, parts of the home were older and needed quite a bit of renovation. Jay was able to give us great counsel on what repairs were necessary for the lending process, as opposed to which repairs should be left for the buyer to make choices about since we were selling the home as is. Jay also did a wonderful job helping us find the right price point for the listing. The price he worked out was quite a bit more than we had thought we would be able to realize based on the homes condition, but considering how quickly we received a highly acceptable offer, Jays suggested listing price was just right for the market and showed a good understanding of the local real estate situation. He really helped us get the best value we could for the home. The realty team also worked extremely hard to promote the property, with a remarkable number of viewings in the first weekend it was on the market. Besides that, they helped us find an appropriate strategy for handling an unusually large encumbrance situation that arose during the contract process. The real estate team was very responsive, and Jay particularly was able to help me by phone even when I had to call twice on weekends about various urgent issues. Also, since I live in a different city over an hour from the property location, he even offered to help if there was a need to let in tradespersons or handle some brief property issue, to save me the trip. Thats a lot higher level of service than I would have expected, and I appreciated it. Jay was also very patient to explain (repeatedly) how the various steps of the contract process worked, since this was my first time to sell a home and I didnt know what to expect. All in all, my family had a great experience working with Jay and his team, and would definitely recommend them!

We always knew we would work with Carol Milton if we were ever to sell our home, and that time came this year, albeit during a pandemic. Carol met the high expectations we had for her and then some. Awful realtor within this company. Obviously has better things to do than take care of people who buy lower end priced homes! A sale is a sale and should be treated as such. I don t care if you are selling a 100,000.00 home or a 1,000,000.00 dollar home , they should be treated the same! This realtor drug her feet, went on trips , etc. instead of taking care of business! Terra went out of her way to ensure that we found a home we WANTED, not just a home that fit. Terra worked with us, acted as a liaison between us and the owners of the home and ensured that everything was taken care of. I know of more than one occasion where she pulled over JUST to call a small town and ask for information for us. So I applied for a place and it was basically just a waste of $50 and my time. The place I wanted was handled by Tanner Blankenfeild and I felt like he was pretty unprofessional. He would rarely answer my calls and when he did he would always say he d call me right back and never would. I would eventually just text him and since he rarely answered my texts either I just decided to show up to his office. When there, he didn t even bother to take out his airbuds to talk to me which is just rude. He also had to pause the show the office as I entered... He was supposed to send me an email to finish my application process and I never received it even though he said he sent/ resent it already? When he asked me if he had the right email- it wasn t (even though we had already been emailing back and forth previously for the past few days). It was just lazy of him to not double check he was sending the email to the right email address. In the end, I never even received an email or response to say that I was denied the apartment and this is 3 weeks later. So thanks for nothing. If you want to donate $50 to this place without ever hearing a word back then this is the place for you.

She was totally attentive to our concerns and questions and was always extremely quick to respond when another question would come up. She helped us to get under contract for our new home and quickly sell our existing one during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Offering, negotiating repairs, and then closing on our new house each had some unique situations to resolve and we could not have navigated through those without Nikis help. She even was available to help us coordinate follow-up repairs after we had been living in the new house for a week. I consider her one of the premier real estate agents in DFW and especially within Denton itself as her market expertise surpasses many others. We are not planning on buying/selling for another 20 years at least, but if something were to happen that forced us to be buyers/sellers, Niki would be the first person we contact. My husband was looking into taking a job around the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. I started searching online and Joe was first Realtor to contact me. He asked what we were looking for and price range. I expressed we didn t want bugged every day as we lived in Kansas. He didn t which was nice and he answered any and all questions regardless of the time of day! We trusted Joe s judgement and honesty as a realtor to get us in area that fit us. Husband got the job and we found a house online. Joe went out of his way to FaceTime us the house. The following day we went to look for ourselves, offer was made. We were worried the sellers may not accept offer so Joe showed us 5-6 more houses 90 miles from where the original house was the following day. He wasn t bothered by our wanting to look elsewhere just in case . Then news came in our offer was accepted and from start to finish we were right at a month to close! That s excellent! Troy Jaster is amazing. Really...I dont need to say anymore than that. You could just stop reading there and call him. But assuming you need more convincing... you should know: Troy is lightning fast to respond. This is probably the most important quality a realtor could have. He is always on top of things. He never fails to return calls and emails and if you reach out to him by text or by phone, he will almost instantly respond to you. Additionally, Troy is very knowledgeable about the profession. I am a details kind of client. And I mean...obnoxiously detailed. Troy knows the real estate laws and he knows how to handle a problem when one arrises. We have now sucessfully completed three real estate transactions with Troy. And we have had some doosies! But Troy has sucessfully navigated some very challenging situations and he has done so with incredible grace and professionalism. Troy probably wouldnt want me to mention this (just because he may wish to one day have his family time left in tact)...but it has never failed that our deadlines ended up on a major event, be it a holiday or one of his childrens birthdays...and yet...Troy was there. He answers his phone on weekends as well...even when he knows you probably could wait....he never leaves you hanging. And most importantly...and the part that as a buyer or seller you might like to know.....we have now sucessfully sold two homes and each of them was at listing price or higher and NEITHER was on the market for more than 48 hours. I was searching for a home at 3 o clock in the morning and sent out a request to see a couple homes that same day in the afternoon. My wife and I met Sue completely by chance at an open house that she was scouting for another client, we struck up a conversation and she gave us some pointers on what to look for in different houses. We went on to see a few other houses that day and on the way home we talked a lot about Sue.
