I contacted Dawn Salas and the initial contact I had with her was pleasant and comforting. She had excellent soft skills and offered me multiple options in getting my daughter her immigration papers. We signed an engagement letter and then communication just stopped. I wanted to speak with her briefly, but was unable to have an appointment without paying a fee. I was also told that the appointment fees that were collected would be applied to my balance. Unfortunately, I received a letter today that stated that Dawn Salas was not interested in representing me in any matter. Wow, thanks a lot for the horrible service! Dawn: Please allow clients to reach out to you via email so they can keep you abreast of current situations.

I recommend her especially if your immigration status is complicated. She understands this field very well and she was extremely helpful. My visa process got messed up by another lawyer who stopped even responding to my emails. I tried to figure out myself to fix it but it was too complicated that I decided to seek for help and thats when I found Dawn. I went to her office and we had consultation first. She knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it and she explained in a way so clear and simple that I felt such a relieve. Ms. Dawn Salas is extremely professional and efficient. One recent incident was that I was stuck at the US Consulate General in Hong Kong. I was in need of some proof for my PERM process. Ms. Salas immediately replied to me when the documents needed and emailed to the US Consulate General on my behalf. My visa stamp was smoothly processed after her help. Excellent immigration lawyer! [Updated on Feb 20, 2017] I got my green card!! Ms. Salas has been wonderful throughout the entire green card application process. When I had questions about my status or application, I would send her an email and she would reply my email promptly (as fast as within 30 minutes). She is a responsible lawyer and I would confidently say, the service and consultation she provides are better than the larger law firm that I had previously used. The entire process is truly worry-free. When I obtain my U.S. citizenship, I will definitely come back to Ms. Salas and have her to handle my petition application for my parents.
