My first time eating here and the sandwich was delicious I had made an order yesterday and I thought I had added avocado but I didn t get it I call the manager was super nice with service and said he will make me another one, I ended checking the receipt and it was my mistake but he gave me the sandwich anyway so I thank him so much I will definitely recommend this place its fast service and really good customer service.

Excellent food and service! Very clean interior with excellent customer service members. The manager goes above and beyond his usual duties to make sure his customers are taken care of! Provided support and advice during less busy hours regarding both their sandwiches and the location!

On Google and on the schlotzskys website it says theyre open till 9:00 on Saturday night and I pulled up to the drive-thru at 8:10 p.m. and sat there for 7 minutes honking my horn and then a lady walked out and got in her car and I asked her where everybody was and she said they close at 8:00 even though both websites say 9:00 p.m.. this has been happening a lot and a lot of stores of all kinds lately I think employees just leaving when they want instead of when theyre scheduled to close. If this is when youre scheduled to close then please fix your hours on your website.

The sandwiches were missing the meat, the main part of the sandwich. We figured it out when we came back home. It wasn t worth it to drive 20 minutes to request a refund, however, we will never come to this place again.

We placed a very large order for delivery. Our dasher Luis delivered the order to a completely incorrect address and would not answer any of our calls or texts. I m sure the dasher saw the opportunity to steal $200 worth of food. We contacted door dash and they had the order remade. The store manager did an amazing job helping to rectify the situation as that was no fault of his own at all, remaking our order. Amazing customer service provided by the store manager and kudos to the team for fulfilling our order so fast.

Schlotzsky s is truly underrated. I usually have their pizzas and flatbreads. This time I decided to try the sandwich on a jalapeño bun. Wow. This may very well be my new favorite. The staff and management at this particular location is outstanding. They are super friendly and they keep the restaurant spic and span clean. Funny name. Great sandwich.

Do not use this location!! They scam you with online orders by taking your order and money online while they aren t even open. This has happened twice to me now. First was through Uber eats so was easy to get refunded. Second time was on the stores website. Had to dispute the charge since the manager quit responding to calls and emails about the issue after being so understanding and we will get this fixed for you . Scummy operation here. Be warned. Posted hours are meaningless and store may be closed at random times

I drove through the Story Road Schlotskys and purchased a 1/2 Turkey Bacon Club (There was no bacon whatsoever!!!) I also ordered a Center of the Roll for $4.49 which ended up being 1 pieces of outer edges of rolls all mixed in together and piled in the cup with sauce & a little icing on top!!! Very disappointing!!!

Someone walked in behind us and stated his name while he was behind us. Instead of forcing him to wait his turn by taking out order first, we were forced to wait until he found his call-in order in the back. We sat down after ordering and then he brought out a to-go bag because he didnt bother asking if it was for here or to go when we ordered which we then had to ask for because he wasnt smart enough to see that we had seated ourselves to eat. The restaurant wasnt clean. The bread was sub par for Schlotzskys and there were drinks that were unavailable. Wont come here again.

I would give them 0 if I could. I ordered a small and medium deluxe original with no tomatoes on the medium and was charged for them. I ended up with 2 small deluxe. One was tagged no tomato, and no onions. Both sandwiches had tomatoes and onions. I loved the rye bread they used to have but they no longer have it.

The restaurant got my mobile order, but wouldnt cancel it even though they didnt have what I ordered. I asked for a refund but they said I had to get my refund through the app. The app said I had to contact the store to cancel the order. The person at the drive thru was no help and very rude. He repeatedly talked over me when I tried to answer his questions. He also refused to escalate the issue to someone who could do something about it or provide me with someone to contact to resolve the issue.

This was my first experience with this Sclotzskys. I was put off because its mixed with a Golden Chick (so ghetto). I order a beef bacon smoke cheesy with lettuce and tomato because I want some kind of veggies/fruit with my sandwich. They told me that they couldnt add the lettuce and tomato. I also ordered a soup they forgot to put in my order. The sandwich was nasty.

This is the worst Schlotzskys location Ive ever been to. 5 - 6 visits and never had a good thing to say. Today I ordered on the App, get to the drive thru 15 mins after I ordered and they cant find my order. The manager makes me a sandwich after I show him my order on my phone and it is wrong after I leave. I sat in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Their dining room isnt even open! Avoid this location at all costs....

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I came to get salad mind you they close at 8pm I got there at 745pm. The lady told me they decided to close early. I then ask was their a reason she said no. She then stated they stop serving salads at 7pm only serving sandwiches. This is unacceptable for a business to have set hours then not keep them. I have ordered before and there was no sesame seeds in the food. I cannot eat sesame seeds. However both mine and my husbands meals came with sesame seed in the bread. Truly the menu should state what has sesame seeds and what doesnt. I wasted money and had to go back out to get something else to eat.
