First off, shout out to T-Mobile and the T-Life app for the Tuesdays hookup on the free ShackBurger! Without it, I would not have stopped in to Shake Shack for lunch this afternoon. Anyone reading this that has T-Mobile, hurry up and redeem that offer before Friday, 10/4, because its gone after then. Now, onto the focus of this review, which is called Burger Bliss with a side of sweet teas!! Got myself the ShackBurger (single) and through some lettuce, tomato, and bacon on there, plus the cheese that it comes with. Everything but the bacon was free thanks to the T-Mobile hookup. Then I added the fries as the required purchased item, and for the drink, and this is where my eyes triggered my taste buds to start watering... Strawberry Peach sweet tea. Mmmmmmmmm. Can you sip that up in your brain piece right now. And trust, it did not disappoint. As they cooked my meal, I went around the restaurant snapping pics for your viewing pleasure (because whats better than a detailed review to help you decide if youll come check them out? Pics, thats what!). My meal was ready, I sat at one of the beautifully wood-crafted tables (see pics of the authenticity of the White Oak they use) and enjoyed my meal. I went up to request a refill and to my pleasant surprise... refills are FREE! No way!? Yes way! I did not think my drink would come with free refills because its not from the fountain. But man, am I lovin that it did! All in all, Id say you owe it to yourself to come check Shake Shack out. T-Mobile put me on, but Ill definitely return, and with the fam! Have been here a few times, always been great. But tonight we came around 9:20 to the drive through, employee at the window was extremely nice, the wait was around 10 minutes, which honestly didn t mind at all, another employee was very nice as well and explained how they were sorry for the wait, and gave us free meal cards for the next time we come! Overall, staff is doing a great job with customer service and i highly recommend the food as well! Made my day honestly with the kindness!

Ate here with a family of six recently, and everything was very tasty. My wifes burger was made wrong, but they were quick to fix it and make things right. This is a very clean location. We will definitely be eating here again. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free and dairy free options available. Parking: Plenty of parking and theres a hotel next door if additional parking were ever needed. Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and kid friendly food options. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair and walker access.

The manager was very proactive and helpful when he saw us having some confusion about the kiosk. The woman who brought us our food was very, very nice. And halfway through our meal, another employee came outside to see if we wanted drink refills, given that it was extremely hot outside. Best service I ve ever had or seen at Shake Shack. Big thumbs up to these people and this location.

Our middle child is starting Kindergarten so we did a meet the teacher night and then let her pick where we got dinner to celebrate. She picked Shake Shack. Joey the manager was super friendly and attentive and made it a great visit. He was really thoughtful and cheerey and it really did add to the experience. I also heard him hyping up the crew in the back. Hes probably a great manager. Got the Carolina burger and it was awesome. I love their food but they are a bit pricey. Only point against them, otherwise the food and atmosphere are great.

I normally love shake shack but this has to be the worst location in existence. The last two times Ive been theyve screwed up my orders once for getting my bacon and avocado this most recent time for getting my bacon and adding a bunch of things that I didnt want. To make matters worse, the mushroom on top of my shake stack was like leather. I couldnt rip it apart. Terrible. On top of that they are extremely slow.

The order kiosk is confusing. Hard to customize your burger for well done, lo salt etc. The entry screen has big x on top right. I wanted to add a drink and it seemed it wasforcing a shake order to up sell. The screens are gross to touch. Greasy and full of fingerprints. Put screen cleaner by kiosk please. My fries were cold, but Luis was willing to replace them immediately. He is a super friendly hard worker. Nice these days to see someone in people business like him!

I like trying new places and had never been to a Shake Shack before, so if course, I needed to try it. Went through the drive-thru, hardly any wait time other than that which is required to make food fresh. To start with, I requested that the gentleman taking my order (who I would later learn to be Noel, this locations manager) to surprise me, because whats life without a few surprises? No spoilers, so I didnt know what I was getting until after out was handed to me! Noel was super friendly and totally game for playing my game! I left with an Avocado Bacon Burger, absolutely delicious! Well worth the price I paid, which isnt much in hindsight when you take in the quality of ingredients being used. My first impression of this establishment is well put together, friendly, vast variety of meals, and open atmosphere. I liked the location, and I loved the food. I will definitely be back. 05/30: edit: I came back and this time, I tried Finleys Special, this is not on the menu, lol. Rather, one of the employees made me his personal burger which was, as follows: A single ShackBurger with added Cherry Peppers, no whole leaf Lettuce, added shredded lettuce, added onion. It was a good twist on a classic burger and, just as delicious as the first burger I tried here. Very good, and the Angus beef with the lightly crispy edges accompanying the juicy pattie is just perfect! The team is very fun from what I have seen this far, very kind and they humor me by playing my game, so Im quite fond of them this far. Will return! 05/31: edit: This will be my last update! I went back and this time Justin introduced me to the Carolina BBQ Burger with Fried Pickles. I normally dont eat fried pickles. Not that I dont like them, just impartial. However, I was delightfully surpass by just how much I enjoyed this burger. It should be noted that I normally cant finish a burger, but the last three Ice had were completely devoured. While I will be returning, this will be the end of my review. I believe 3 times is sufficient proof for a well earned 5 star and highly recommend this place!

Ever since returning to Texas from Oregon, I have looked to satisfy my milkshake need on a hot day. In Oregon, that meant a trip to Burgerville (a regional chain) and their vanilla shake. Having only heard of Shake Shack, I naturally assumed they were known for their shakes and finally tried one today. One might have thought they would have lots of shake flavors to pick from - maybe even multiple vanilla flavors. No, vanilla was one of maybe five flavors total offered and it was nothing like Burgervilles. To sum up, there was absolutely NOTHING SPECIAL about it AT ALL! And it costs $6. OUCH. There isnt a fast food shake I have tried that would satisfy me any less than this one did. Anyway, I felt ripped off and horribly disappointed.

We arrived 15 before close and I was a little hesitant to go in knowing they were about to close, I felt so bad, but had been in the Nissan dealership for hours and just wanted some good food. My partner and I walked in, and it looked as if they were cleaning up or getting ready to clean up for good, but they welcomed us in and we input our order and we received it in a timely manner, all the workers that night were incredibly nice and even the manager came out to ask us if we needed anything else and hoped we enjoyed our food, I felt bad we were so late, but I loved the experience and the food was delicious!! Were in town for a soccer tournament, so were not familiar with the area. My daughter was in charge of picking somewhere to eat and navigate me there. I guess she failed to notice the big red CLOSED word on the maps directions. We get to Shake Shack, and it looks empty besides employees, but she is certain theyre open because it said. So I listen to my 14 year old (probably my second mistake of this adventure) and pull through into the drive-thru. Sure enough, the automated Were closed but come back during our visiting hours comes over the intercom. I give my daughter a stare through the rear view mirror. She again states, It said theyre open! As Im pulling it up on my phone, another voice comes over the intercom to let us know theyre closed, but that hed be able to help me no problem. I apologize and tell him that we can totally go somewhere thats open. He says, No way, lets get your order in! We put our order in and pull up. I again apologize and explain that my daughter was put in charge, and he is so friendly and kind and says to not even worry about it. Payment is given, drinks are given, and hed told me it would be a little bit... understandable, they arent open. So, I decided to take this moment to teach my daughter how to comprehend the maps information. I pull up shake shack... I show it to her without saying anything, and she says, See, it opens at 11. I say, YES, but do you see that big red Closed next to it, also what time is it now? She looks at the time and says Oh. We ordered around 10:10, got our food around 10:30. They did NOT have to service us. Another gentleman hands us our food and I apologize again. I was mortified but they were so very kind and helpful! I didnt have cash on me to tip nor was there a payment pad to add to the amount. And in my moment of embarrassment, I failed to get their names, but please, I hope this gets to someone... its Saturday 4/27/2024 and the 2 gentlemen working the morning/lunch shift are AWESOME! We were headed to San Antonio and stopped in for the 1st time. They welcomed us in and helped with the Kiose since I wasnt that familiar with it. Ordering was pretty easy and all 3 employees that we dealt with was very helpful and friendly. Food was fast and very good. There were some managers having a meeting or something and one of them got up 2 times to assist with things which I thought was great. Would definitely recommend to give them a shot. Fries came out the wrong order, waited 20+ minutes and it was not busy (4pm on a Sunday) the burger was cold to the touch when it came out and you can prob see from the picture I don t know what on earth they did to the burger. Overall it was a poor experience and the food was sloppy put together and served cold- hard pass!

Their computer lost our order for 5 people. Computer screwed up our friends order. They had no meatless patties. The grilled cheese sandwich was squished like a pancake. The fries with cheese was pretty gross-- covered in melted velvetta-type fake cheese. One plus is that the manager did make an effort to help us. Overall, disappointed.

The last time I had Shake Shack was 2018 in New York , but I have had changes to my life since....because Im vegan I almost passed this place up but my friend has never been, so I looked at the menu to see if there was something I could have and thankfully they have a veggie burger called the Veggie Shack which is vegetarian but I opted for no cheese and no ShackSauce but add avocado... it was only a single veggie patty. My friend loved it nd I was happy to be able to eat there. Fries on the side. Next time I will be getting a non dairy chocolate shake too

Burger was okay, didnt have enough sauce on it like I did at another shake shack location. Fries werent delivered, then the fries that were had no cheese, then the cheese fries that were delivered didnt come with the sauce it should come with. Order took a very long time to get to me. Shake shack can be good, but for the price I pay for, I expect a good experience
