Love coming to this location because I get a chance to thank the Round Rock Police Department and the Round Rock Public Works City workers for their contributions to the community. This is the thing you crave on a hot day. A juicy veggie, turkey n bacon wrap. With fixing inside so good that you will be taken back by the first bite all the way to the last. Their sausage egg n cheese biscuits are so good as well, my lord let me tell you somethin. My mother in law and wife are from Ohio originally and had been to a place called Tudors Biscuit World, they have stated it was like Tudors. If you know you know, if not then time to know period. I love quiktrip and whomever is behind slinging the kitchen, is 100% professional and an artisan with those hands.... just... dont catch em cus they will cook you haha.

Whoever the guy working register with the longer dark hair was such a sweetheart and made my night yesterday. I asked for chapstick because I couldnt see any and he immediately went behind the counter and grabbed me multiple options, with great energy! Amazing service 10/5 stars. So many gas station employees seem annoyed youre there.

Who writes reviews about gas stations? I had to for this one for two reasons;. First gas price. In the local area, this station is consistently the lowest price. Second is the counter service, when there is a line and the cashier is working both sides of the counter fast and efficient. These people have amazing customer service, must be good training or good management. I hope they are being treated great from management, they deserve it.

The employees seem absolutely miserable, like flesh puppets for some sinister entity bent on depressing the human race. Upon attempting to put in an application its not hard to see why. Beards, tattoos, piercings, downtime, use of phone, all are prohibited for the poor souls trapped in this hole of a job. My sympathies go to these employees and I sincerely hope that they one day are allowed to breathe at their job again.

Update: On October 22, 2022, I thought I was purchasing Nestle Pure Life Water for $1.19, but was OVERCHARGED; and initially paid $1.94 at the register. When I spoke to the acting Manager, he told me he could only help me, if he was the Mgr. Really? When I showed him the list price in the refrigerator, he became anxious, and REMOVED the price of $1.19 from the refrigerator. After our discussion, he returned my $0.75. However, I went back to the refrigerators to discover he had REMOVED the two $1.1, but left $0.09. I WILL N LONGER BE DOING BUSINESS WITH QT! I still remember being OVERCHARGED for the Grandmas Peanut Butter Cookies, at the QT on Grimes, in July 2022. N THANK Y U! * * * * * * Actually, my hubby JP filled up at the QT by our home the evening before me. On Wednesday, the next day, I needed gas. So, when I saw that their prices kept dropping, I drove up to see and found them even lower than a day or two before. QT has kept lowering their gas prices all week, before all the other stores in the area. So, I filled up. Great job! Thank you, Sondra

Amazing cashier was on a roll! Most efficient person Ive seen working any counter. He would call a customer up on one side while finishing up a customer on the other side. Incredible how fast he was going while also managing to welcome every person that walked in. Five stars all go to him! QT was also clean and well lit.

I saw this while on the service road. It was tricky to get there as the next street was a one way. I took a short cut and ended up at the light across from it. This was at the intersection of S Mays. It was quiet in the store lot as the road on the side of it led straight to the Homewood Suites behind it. Very beautiful. The store layout seemed backwards to me. You can not see the pumps by the cash register, so I had to walk all the way back to the side entrance to check what pump I was at. There were two side entrances, like most of them have. Of course the bathroom was at the opposite end of the store. Lol. It was just a little unexpected walk for me. There was the kiosk ordering station and the many fountain/slushy drink selections also. I love QT gas stations, but not some of the layouts.

This place has really gone down hill since opening. This was the nicest gas station in town. Now, not TP in bathroom, no soap, no paper towels, no seat protectors. And broken dispenser on the floor and pretty dirty. I hope this is just a phase.

I made the unfortunate mistake of stopping for gas before a yoga class to fill up my tank. Added extra money in my account. Went to pump 5. It wont work. I had about 20 mins before class and had yet to see inside this store so I went in. Nice young kid doing his best at the front had me swipe 2 more times. It wouldnt go through. Suggested a different pump? He agreed that would work, so I went out. Tried again. No gas. Ask cashier for help. Went back in and now Im in a rush. Young man called for a senior assistant I guess who was working the kitchen. This guy follows me to the pump. It still doesnt work. He is adamant about not using debit because of an auth hold which is understandable but I didnt get any gas. Couldnt seem to understand or know how to give me my money nack or release the pump and let me get gas. Now Ive had to cancel my class and Terrance is visably annoyed at my irritation. Was told to just wait for the auth to drop. Wait a min. You want to hold 80 dollars from me with no receipt and no services rendered? when I asked for a corporate number, he made a phone call then tried to hand me a complaint form. I will be contacting a lawyer. QT Customer service reached out and made good out of this experience though I cant get the day back the giftcard will help. Thanks!

What did I just walk into? Went in for a cup of gas station coffee. Walked out flabbergasted! This place is fantastic So many choices. So clean. Friendly service. Oh....they have gasoline too . Seriously, will add to my favorite place to fill up on beverages....until Ive tried them all....which will be never because the drink choices are endless! The coffee is fantastic! Glad I stopped in . p.s. They have a hot tea! Lots of it!

Gas pump would not shut off! He is Covered in Gas, his shoes are soaked with Gas,the inside of the car got about a gallon of gas sprayed into it, and the side of the car covered with gas. Tried to call but no one would answer. Tried to phone call and still no one would answer.

The first thing we did when we got there was order hot food at 4:11. Ticket printed and we had paid by 4:15 at absolute latest. Our cashier was so incredibly nice (which is the only reason this a two star and not a one). There was a ton of prep work being done in the kitchen, which is fine. Two people in the kitchen and we didn t receive our food until 4:33. While we were waiting for ours, there was also prep food sitting face up getting cold. Our food had been done for about 7 minutes before we got it because we were still waiting on our shakes that took forever to make. Our food was no longer warm by the time we got it and one of our orders was covered in mustard which we didn t ask for and cannot be removed easily. Plus while there, one fellow (not in the kitchen) wasn t wearing a face covering and one girl( in the kitchen) didn t have her mask covering her nose. I understand that Employees might need to take a breather but can it not be in the kitchen where I m about to consume food from? Normally we go to the quick trip near the pet grooming place off the highway but today we changed it up. Sad to say we probably won t make it back to this location, especially for food.

The gas is always cheaper than the other gas station (Im not to sure about the Walmart gas station down the street) and the ice creams there are so extravagant that they make them so big and tall just for $0.49 cents each, no where else can beat that!!! Employees are also nice to the costumers and the restrooms are fairly clean as well...

The pizza here is delicious and it s is only $7.99 for an XL cheese pizza! It was delicious, they don t skimp on the cheese or sauce. This is my new favorite gas station. You can order ahead on the app and it s ready for you when you get there. Sandwiches here are also A+. Stop by and check it out. Austin needed a gas station like this.

QT opened last week. I took Luci and she waited in the car while I went in and got her a breakfast burrito. I also bought a sugar cookie stuffed with Nutella and an unsweet ice tea. The burrito was filled with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and lots of chunks of sausage. The tortilla was the thicker type, which I like but Luci prefers the thin ones. The Nutella sugar cookie was the most amazing creation of yummy I have tasted in a while. My unsweet tea was the perfect paring with the extremely sweet cookie. The tea was freshly brewed. I love unsweet tea if it is made correctly and this was. Luci and I cant wait to try their other deli items. Luci reminded me to mention how their gas prices are 10 cents per gallon cheaper than the other 3 close convenient stores. Luci is pretty observant for a mini-malti-poo. (My husband was putting gas in my car so Luci was not left by herself.)
