Every time I come here they never get my order right . Crazy how y all literally only got 4 menu combos but yet every time y all fail to get my order right ! Great food, and great service at a great price. A chicken sandwich combo at just above $6 is an absolute steal. Always fresh likely due to the line that is usually wrapped around the building. However, even so the service is notably quick. For a quick lunch or satisfying dinner would 10/10 recommend.

09/05/2024 at 12:55 am, I purchase the box combo. Cashier handed me drink dripping wet. I asked for napkins and she took the drink back to fix it. Handed drink back with the cup dry, but severely leaking with the slightest movement. She said Our new cups suck . Yeah they do! My cupholder was half full from my drink leaking out. Not to mention trying to transport the drink from my car to inside. A nightmare of an experience!

I went to several raising Cane restaurant but this particular one was the one in Round Rock,TX on University Blvd service is always fast I actually ate here opening day a few years ago great location bathrooms always clean inside the store is always clean never had a bad experience besides the city of Round Rock is a hidden gem and a beautiful up-and-coming city in the state of Texas this particular location is blocks from the outlet mall just steps off I-35 Parking: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: Great family atmosphere and reasonable prices for children

Raising canes was quick. We came here after the movies and by far the best. We got our food fresh and the chicken and fries was made just right. We would love to give a special shout out to the worker Lawson and the cashier whom I didn t catch his name but Mr. Lawson, made sure our order was perfect. He even came to visit during his lunch to make sure my family was satisfied and he does deserve employee of the month. Thank you raising canes for the best sweet tea.

Raising Canes is one of my favorite places for quick, good tasting food. They turn through a lot of chicken here, so you can count on it being tasty and fresh. The service is also on point and they have some of the most friendly people in a fast-food establishment. I love the cool vibe in this store with the disco ball and gear hanging on the walls from the local high schools. However, the queen of the ball at any Canes is the Canes Sauce. That stuff is so delicious, I wish I could soak in a hot tub full of it. I would wash my hair and lather every inch of my body with this magical stuff. Hold my beer...

when we got our chicken at this canes, the chicken fingers smelled and tasted like burnt rubber/kerosene. apparently they were using oil with burnt chicken residue to fry the chicken because they hadnt gotten to filter it. they just kept serving customers this chicken that smelled liked something that should not go anywhere near your mouth. cooking with contaminated oil is a whole health hazard too. feel extra bad for the guy that walked out with 3 trays of gasoline chicken.

My sister and I stopped in on our way home today. Our first time at Raising Cane. It was really good chicken, the cashier was awesome. They sell individual chicken strips for less than $2.00 each. And no issue at all when you ask for just 1 strip,( my sister), or just 2 strips and water(me). With tax I paid less than $4 and my sister paid less than $2. We were there about 30 minutes. One of the servers(?) came by and asked if we wanted her to take any of the trash on our table and I gave it to her. She was not hurrying us in any way, just being nice and keeping the place clean. When we were leaving I told my sister that she should get a water too because it was her favorite ice. She said no, thats ok, they are busy. A minute later the manager, or assistant manager, walked up and handed her a tall water. Just like that. Told us to have a great day and gave us a big smile to leave on. We will be back here. I love chicken tenders that are juicy, tender and crunchy. These are that and tasty. Yall stop and get some! You will be glad you did. Parking: Plenty of parking all around the restaurant. And large handicapped parking spaces. Easy in, easy out. Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids in there when we were there. No frowns when they got a little loud. The manager JB at this location is extremely rude. I brought in a card that offered a bogo for any combo and he told me it was only for a box combo. He was wrong because I had already used one the day before and even the other MOD who I spoke to on the phone said so as well. Also he got my ordered wrong because he was too busy worried about arguing with me even though I was polite and kept my composure. He is dismissive and has poor customer service skills. I tried to explain the situation and he just kept talking over me. I worked for Canes back when there were only 3 stores in the state in Houston. Im extremely familiar with the policies. I am not one for trying to get people fired but that gentleman is a bad representation of Raising Canes 1 Love motto. I would suggest he be demoted to kitchen staff to keep him away from customer interactions. Not to mention he was working the 2nd window with no headset on. The store was well staffed. As a former manager myself of a Canes and other restaurants the MOD should never be in a position where they are not able to know whats happening throughout the store. Its unfortunate that this happened because Ive never had a bad experience at any Raising Canes state wide. He is not suitable for a management position in my humble opinion. Todd would be ashamed to know someone like that is a manager. Thank you for your time and I hope I wont ever have to interact with that individual again. Didnt seem like the crew liked him very much either to be honest. I will be contacting corporate as well.

We got a chicken tender meal, a big tin of them. They must have used some rancid oil or something because they emitted a strong smokey, ashy smell that stunk up our vehicle and house. It was almost like cigarette smoke, very weird. Also, we all thought the sauce they give with the chicken tenders was too salty. Its like someone used too much mayo and then added extra salt. We took some and mixed it with BBQ sauce and honey mustard, and it tasted way better. Not fond of the current salty blandness of the sauce thats provided.

Raising Canes is my usual go-to for some good crispy chicken strips! The box combo is my favorite because its enough for me to have half now & half later! However, this review is not about the food but the lack of cleanliness of an employee. Today when I went through the drive-thru at the Canes on University Blvd in Round Rock, the employee that receives payments and gives you your order had *extremely* dirty nails. I didnt see it at first, but then, he handed me several ketchup packets and I couldnt help but notice all of the nasty filth under his nail bed. Not only were they filthy but the dirt appeared to have been caked under his nail bed for quite some time. I can only imagine what hed been doing with his hands! It made my stomach turn enough to not want to eat the food! In fact, I tried my very best not to touch his hands when he handed the ketchup packets to me! So disgusting. Good thing he didnt cook the food or I definitely would have asked for my money back! That begs into question how sanitary things are in the kitchen where things arent as easily seen by customers. Especially, if theyre already allowing their drive-thru representative to be unkept and have bad hygiene in front of customers. It really is a bad look! Someone needs to have a grooming discussion with staff so that returning customers arent being ran off. That being said, I will definitely be taking a break from eating there! Yuck-ity Yuck.

The food is always on point, but this location (Round Rock on University) has the smallest chicken strips of any location I have ever been. This happens consistently. You don t get your monies worth in my opinion. I always say I m going to stop going to this one but it s the closest one to me.

I stopped here because the restaurant I was going to was closed and I was starving and wow Im so glad I stopped at Canes! The food is delicious! I got the 3 piece tenders and they are super juicy and plump! I will definitely be going back for my fried chicken cravings! Kid-friendliness: Theres a great kids combo with tenders.
